714:  The power of positive thought comes up quite frequently in our daily messages. The Universe knows that it’s hard for us to be positive all the time. There are days that…….. well there are just THOSE days. We all have them and that’s normal. The key lies in our ability to acknowledge our negative feelings and then move past them. Remember that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by substituting words. By eliminating the words “IF” ( that’s never going to happen) and “BUT” (I lack faith and self confidence) from your thought vocabulary you can change the intent. Replace “If” with WHEN (I know it will happen) and “But” with HOWEVER (I have faith and patience). This will give momentum to your manifestation process. Our Divine helpers are telling us that by making these small changes we will become more empowered with strength and confidence.

713:  Today is the Universe is asking us to give ourselves the gift of personal healing.  We all have those small places inside where we hide or store the things that have brought us pain, anger, sadness or other mental and emotional downers. The message is that it’s time to let the light shine in those places to get the energy moving. Set aside some time to clear and center, feel the sun on your face and hands, indulge in a walking meditation, do some earthing or even the simple act of eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow and inspire the mind. Look for ways that will support and help you on your path to personal growth. Listen to your intuition and pay attention to your dreams, many of the answers you seek dwell in these realms. The important thing is to release these things and let your healing take place.

712: Everyday we receive messages from both internal and external sources. These messages can range from mundane to life changing and can be heard, felt or seen. However, there are times when we get busy and ignore the information sent our way. Today, the Angels are asking us to pay attention. Spirit speaks to us through repetitive thoughts and ideas. They come through music, from the people around us and from visual clues. Be aware of your surroundings and your reactions to them and listen for your inner voice. The information that you receive will help you to improve something in your life so stay open and focused in the present. Don’t allow yourself to tune out or turn off as you may miss something important.

711:  Today we continue our acknowledgement of gratitude and of our personal journey thus far. Through the power of positive thought we are able to manifest some pretty amazing things. Sometimes the results are visible and sometimes they’re not. However, by by getting the proverbial ball rolling and our continued efforts to move forward we know that it’s simply a matter of time before we see tangible proof of the results. The Angels are letting us know how proud they are of what we have accomplished so far. 78:  Over the last few months we have been working to perfect our balance. This is essential to our overall growth and has a direct effect as we create our path through life an dour own spirituality. Balance  helps us to focus and see clearly the things that truly matter and put things like material gain into perspective. Today the Universe is reminding us that balance starts with gratitude and it’s a good time to do a little path maintenance. 76:  Maintaining balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material. There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas and we become distracted. The balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and at the same time acknowledge the the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives. Achieving and maintaining balance in these areas leads to good spiritual health. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. But when things are balanced we find that our journey and the flow of life is easier, allowing  us to be grounded and more at peace.




Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self confidence and faith. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by  promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude. 75: Yesterday we talked about making choices that can have an impact our life path. Today the we are being reminded that success comes when we follow our own lead instead of being led by others.  Remember that the sacred Tool of  intuition is a divine gift and that by using the information you receive you increase your self reliance. Choices also equal change. These changes can be small and simple or big and potentially life altering. Remember that the Universe is always working behind the scenes to make things happen.   • Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions. It is a stone of luck and prosperity and works with the energies of both earth and sun, it also helps with grounding while drawing spiritual energies to earth.

  •  Sugilite which is sometimes called Archangel Michael’s stone. This is a stone of spiritual love and awareness and promotes Divine interaction and communication. Sugilite also encourages positive thinking and teaches us to live our truth and to trust our intuition.

  • Pietersite (The Tempest Stone). Use this stone to help access your intuition and create a link to a loving level of guidance. It helps to strengthen the will and increases our focus of where we really want life to take us.
