624: Everyday we are blessed with wonderful things that I like to call “Tiny Miracles“. It doesn’t have to be grand or over the top to be a miracle and often it’s the small, everyday ones that mean the most. The universe is always working behind the scenes to help us out. It’s part of human nature to want more, however in reality we have what we need. Our vision of true “wealth” lies in our perception of self. If we feel sorry for ourselves our energy takes a nosedive . However, if we hold onto our optimism and look for that “One Good Thing” then the tiny miracles are brought into crystal clear focus. Today, the Universe is reminding us that everyday life and it’s many blessings. Hold these tiny miracles close to your heart so that you draw upon them when the need arises.




Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want.  The Ascended Master Babaji teaches us that by detaching ourselves from the lure of material things we are able to draw strength from life’s simple pleasures. He also helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process . Letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important. And the Hindu Goddess Kali who shows us how to get out of our own way so that we can appreciate life’s true blessings. She tells us “Do not allow yourself to become bogged down in what you perceive as lack. You are far wealthier than you realize and by getting out of your own way you will see the truth in this.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Sky blue Larimar which helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow. Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop, and  Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and speak our truth. Which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem solving skills and protects us against self self sabotaging thoughts and actions.

My spelling is Wobbly. It’s good spelling but it Wobbles, and the letters get in the wrong places. – A. A. Milne




623:  How do you feel today? Are you peacefully centered or do you feel “wobbly” ? Either way make sure to take some time to ground, center and clear. This is an important part of a good self care routine. It calms the mind and the emotions. It reduces stress and loosens the hold of anxiety. When we are at peace this energy encompasses everything we do and can be felt by those around us. It opens the pathways that allow loving and peaceful vibes to reach our core and helps us to emit them in return. Just breathe and allow peace to fill your entire being.




Archangel Haniel helps us tap into our own healing abilities. She teaches us to rely on ourselves instead of others in matters relating to our overall well being. The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours,  and the Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin fills us with self compassion and understanding. She tells us “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include Rose Quartz which is another regular “go-to”. It’s energy is loving and soft. This crystal is essential when we are in need of self care. It provides an emotional bubble bath that soothes the spirit. Rhodocrocite promotes a loving and balanced approach to life and encourages a positive attitude and creativity, and Agate is  perfect  for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to the most of our life experiences.

622:  Our message for today revolves around both focus and faith. The Universe is asking us to stay focused in the now and avoid distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed our focus turns inward and is lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!




 Archangel Jophiel reminds us that worry solves nothing as it doesn’t nurture or heal. The effort you put into worry is better used through creative pursuits, which in itself is a kind of meditation. She helps us to slow down and find both beauty and harmony in our day and in our world. The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button., and the Hindu goddess White Tara says: “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.”




Our Sacred Stones for today are: Galena which helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past, and Lepidolite helps us to focus on the important things and filter out any distractions that come knocking.

621:  Today is the Summer Solstice (aka Litha or MidSummer) which makes today the first day of summer and the longest day of the year. This Solstice packs some pretty powerful energy and by tapping into this power source we can boost our own powers of manifestation. The key is to believe in yourself as well as the creator. The stronger our belief is the more we are able to clearly see the blessings and miracles around us. Even the small everyday ones become clearer, which are more important by far. The ancient Romans honored the goddess Fortuna on this day and this is a good time to acknowledge the blessings you have as well as the ones that are coming.




Today try working with the deities associated with the Summer Solstice like Sulis Minerva, Apollo, Horus, Athena, Kali and Isis. The ancient Romans also honored the goddess Fortuna on this day and it’s a great time to acknowledge your blessings as well as your power as a creator.

620:  We are receiving a big boost of energy as we head into tomorrow, which will be the Summer Solstice (Litha/Midsummer). This is the official beginning of summer and the longest day of the year. This is a time of amazing energy and by tapping into this power source we can increase our power of manifestation. The key to success lies in faith and belief in yourself and the Divine Source. The stronger our belief the more clearly we see the blessings and miracles that surround us. This includes the “Tiny Miracles”, which are often more important than the big shiny ones. Today the angels are asking us to embrace the divine magick of the Universe and carry it over into tomorrows event.

They create a connection and helps to raise the consciousness to the energies of the Universe. Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change. It helps to sharpen the mind and enhances our self confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward and Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions.

619:  When we are stressed or worried about material matters we tend to place our lives on hold or even go full frontal freaky. While being aware is good, allowing these things to rule your life is not. The truth is that this approach only magnifies the stress and worry you are feeling and we can become overwhelmed by it. The other unfortunate side effect is that it blocks our power of manifestation. Today the angels are reminding us to continue the work we have been doing on upgrading our thought patterns. They are asking us to get moving and enjoy life. Take a walk or go for a hike, build something, make something or just embrace your creative side. There are always options that cost us very little or nothing but a little time. We are in charge of creating our own reality so take some time and acknowledge your blessings and you will realize just how “wealthy” you really are!




Archangel Uriel is said to be one of the wisest angels. He brings intellectual information, solutions to problems great or small, and creative insight. He also helps us to gain spiritual understanding. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessing in your life. The Ascended Master Maitreya, or the Laughing Buddha, helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter. he tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Our Sacred Stones for today include:  Green Tourmaline (aka Verdelite) promotes joy of life, creativity, prosperity and abundance. it is also a healing stone that transforms negative energy into positive. Soft colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe, and sunny golden Citrine draws abundance and brings our self confidence forward. It promotes the optimistic mindset necessary to activate the manifestation process and nudges us into action by aiding in decision making and creative problem solving.

618:  Over the last few days we’ve working on changing our thought patterns to enhance our powers of manifestation. Today the angels are letting us know that we are on the right track and that our potential for making this happen is strong. Focus will be the key and we need to stay anchored in the present moment and be aware of what’s going on around us. If we allow ourselves to wander off into La-La Land we could miss out on something that we’ve been waiting for or the next piece of the puzzle that will allow us to build to the next level. Embrace your strength and confidence so that when an opportunity presents itself you can run with it!




It’s time to grab the good things that are sent our way and Archangel Michael helps us find the confidence we need to make this happen and keeps us headed in the right direction. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. 617:  We hear a lot about positive affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.




Archangel Uriel gives us essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. The Hindu goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us “ You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”, and the Hindu god Ganesh works closely with Lakshmi. He is the remover of the obstacles that crop up and the ones we create for ourselves, while promoting peace and harmony.




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Sodalite is a stone for the mind and encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and esteem. Chrysanthemum Stone, which used in conjunction with Ganesh, can help to remove obstacles from our path. Since obstacles tend to pop up during periods of change, this stone promotes the harmony and the balance we need to help our forward progress and Agate is the perfect stone for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to the most of our life experiences.

616:  Today’s message relates to how we create our own reality and how positive thought plays an important role in our personal evolution and manifestation process. When we look for the best and expect good things to happen, they do. While it may not be exactly what we asked for, we benefit from them nonetheless. This is also a reminder about turning your fears and worries over to Spirit and the Divine Sources. It doesn’t matter what religion you are or whether you’re an angel person, pagan, wiccan or just spiritual. Letting the “negative nasty’s” go is imperative to your overall well being. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy and the longer we hold on to these “nasty’s” the less good we are able to manifest for ourselves. The angels are asking us to keep our thoughts, actions and energy levels positive so that we have full access to manifesting capabilities.




Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. The Ascended Master Melchizedek, helps us to manifest while shielding us against the negative nasty’s and overcoming unpleasant situations. He helps us to heal through color, so pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant. And the Roman-Celtic Goddess Sulis who tells us “Look to the elemental power of water for healing and comfort. Water has the power to cleanse away heavy and harmful energies from your body, your spirit and energy field as well.”




Our Sacred Stones for today are Zoisite and it’s cousin Tanzanite. Zoisite takes negative energies and turns them into something positive. It helps us to manifest ourselves rather than what others impose on us and infuses creativity into our thinking. Tanzanite helps to link with the angelic realms, spirit guides and the ascended masters.

We are dying from overthinking. We are slowly killing ourselves by thinking about everything. Think. Think. Think. You can never trust the human mind anyway. It’s a death trap. – Anthony Hopkins




615:  Rising above negative thoughts/feeling and indulging in self care are on the universal agenda today. There are times when rising above feels like a monumental task. This can be especially true when there are less than awesome things going on around us. When we experience negativity in any form it makes an impression. We get angry, freaky or we absorb it causing a harmful dis-ease that festers inside. Sounds pretty gnarly right? I mean who really wants to go on someone else’s negative roller coaster ride, or your own for that matter. This trap is easy to get caught in and we’ve all been there. The angels advice is pretty clear on this. “The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge the situation and surround it with healing energy. Then send it to us to deal with. Surround yourself with positive people and energy. Make your own self care one of your top priorities. Remember, you cannot be healthy for others if you are not healthy for yourself!”




Our helpers for today are the Archangels Michael and Zadkiel. They work together to replace any and all negative energies that we come into contact with. You can call on Michael for protection when you feel overwhelmed with the “energies” of others, he will keep you safe both physically and emotionally. Gaining his assistance is a s easy as “Archangel Michael please help me now!” Zadkiel is the healing half of this duo. He helps us get rid of the emotional residue from negative encounters and encourages us down the path to self care.




Our Sacred Stones for today include Amethyst which is the stone of Archangel Michael. It is a powerful protective stone that works to stop energy attacks. Smoky Quartz dissolves negative emotions. Sunstone teaches us to nurture ourselves as it clears all the chakras and brings both light and energy.
