411: Today is one of those days when you may feel a little overly sensitive to people and outside energies. The angels are telling us to avoid unpleasant people and situations if you can manage it. Otherwise “bubble up” and surround yourself with protective energy and let the “nasties” bounce off. Another way to keep your sanity today would be to engage in something creative. Immersing yourself in a creative project is a sure way to promote peaceful feelings. It also creates a block against negative energy. Remember, the angels are just a thought away so if you need help just ask them!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Michael is the go-to guy for protection. His clear, powerful energy acts as a shield that helps to buffer energies directed at us. He offers protection from those who would do us harm or cause pain, even those who think they “have our best interests at heart or simply can’t stay out of our business”. Simply ask him to block these lower energies

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector, she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or move in the direction you know is right. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life”

Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem-solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes and brings harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy and teaches us how to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change and transformation. It also promotes clear insight and focus which helps us to leave behind the things that no longer serve us and make room for the blessings headed your way.

Pyrite has warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self-worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

410: Today the Universe has opened a small window that will greatly enhance our manifestation process. Pay careful attention to the thoughts and ideas that keep popping up. The key is to create a clear vision of what you want and to hold onto those optimistic vibes. We all want to manifest good things in our lives and this window will allow us to add more stepping stones to our creations. The Universe and our helpers have heard our requests and the wheels are turning. They are letting you know that the work you are doing is paying off and that you are headed in the right direction. Keep doing your part and continue to add your energy to theirs to keep things moving. If you are guided to take action, do so and know that the Universe has your back and good things are on the horizon!

Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier. The Norse goddess Freya celebrates fertility, spring, and new growth. She is also a goddess of fate and extends to us an invitation to use your personal magick to create. She says “Feel the pulse of earth beneath your feet and feel the sun upon your face. Draw upon them to enhance your power as you help the tides of fate to weave your destiny.”

Black Banded Agate helps us start new things, and embrace new beginnings and projects. It promotes the creativity needed to make things happen. The patterns in this stone invite inspiration and creative flow!

Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision-making.

 Use Carnelian for motivation and increased creativity. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues as it boosts self-esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

Today’s Message: Tying Up Loose Ends

49: Today the Universe is telling us that this is a good day to work on any incomplete projects or things that you’ve been putting off. By making time to tie up these loose ends we are clearing the way for new growth (which brings new blessings!). The same goes for things that you may have tried and didn’t quite work out. If it’s something that has meaning to you it’s a good time to reexamine it and find what DID work and move on from there. Remember that this month is all about “Challenging Yourself” and embracing your power as a creator. Your spiritual support system is taking care of you. If you need help with creative solutions, focus or direction just ask. Grounding and centering before getting started will help the messages that you receive to come through more clearly. Making the most of today and doing the work will benefit you in the near future.

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that is needed to move forward on this journey of self-discovery.  The Welsh Goddess Cerridwen uses her cauldron “Amen” to help provide us with knowledge, wisdom, personal rebirth, and inspiration. remember that change brings us the transformation that we need. She reminds us “The opportunity for your own transformation lies before you. It provides you the chance to spread your wings and grow. Look into my sacred cauldron and see the vision of your path unfolding before you.”

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self-defeating thinking. It also helps to balance our emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. It helps to dissolve problems and insecurities that can arise when we are faced with new opportunities.

 Pink Kunzite is a feel-good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels.

 48:  Today we are receiving assistance from the “Angels of Abundance”. While things are a little crazy right now it’s important to stay focused on creating and opening the channels of positive flow that will bring new opportunities and blessings. Remember that in order to receive you must be open to it, fear and worry will shut that door and cause you to miss out. Don’t get caught up in the whirlpool of worry or obsess about money. Acknowledge your needs and turn your concerns over to the angels. They want you to know that you are being taken care of and that blessings are headed your way. Mentally affirm that you are open to and ready to receive the prosperity and abundance that the universe has in store for you!

Citrine. This happy and sunny crystal draws abundance and brings our self-confidence forward. It promotes the optimistic mindset necessary to activate the manifestation process and nudges us into action. We can also use Citrine to help us sift through information and analyze situations so that we can move forward with positive intent. Citrine also helps us go with the flow and encourages us to explore all options so that we can make the best decisions for our journey.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Today’s Message: Ask For What You Need

47: Yesterday we talked about our angelic support system and how it assists us. We are carrying that message over into today. The angels are reminding us that they can help us even more if we ask for specific help instead of asking in general terms. For example, if you need extra money to pay your rent and you request “Angels please bring me money”, you might find $5.00 on the ground. However if you phrase your request “Angels, I need enough money to pay my rent and buy food, please help me now”, this opens up all kinds of avenues for getting the help you need. Remember that help comes in many forms so allow yourself to be receptive on all levels and that you are worthy of receiving blessings in all forms. Our angels are with us all the time and since their mission is to help us never be afraid to ask for help!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music and he is associated with the color turquoise!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.


The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem-solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

She helps us to clear space (both in our physical home and our inner home) to make room for new things and teaches us the value of letting go of what we no longer need. ” If something does not make your heart sing put it where it belongs or set it free. This will clear your inner and outer sacred space. Then open the doors and invite the new blessings inside.”

This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem-solving skills and protects us against self-sabotaging thoughts and actions.

Today’s Message: Reclaiming Our Power

46: Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small, take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that are needed to bring peace into our lives. Part of the challenge is in our willingness to help ourselves. Remember that the universe can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting out of our own way and by doing what is needed to reduce our stress levels, by setting boundaries, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that are no longer needed. Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which makes room for new growth. The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.


 The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”,

The gentle energy of Blue Lace Agate helps our overall communication skills by teaching us to freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner. it also allows us to find balance and emotional calm during times of stress. This stone is associated with the Archangel Zadkiel.

Green Calcite also helps to create harmony which allows us to dissolve rigid beliefs and outdated programming. It promotes mental balance, aids in communication and gently helps us to let go of the things that no longer serve us which helps us to draw the good things into our lives that encourage growth.
( Calcite can also be used to promote the balance of your chakras. When our chakras are in balance it’s easier to live the attitude of gratitude.)

.Tangerine Quartz helps to increase our receptivity to Divine inspiration while it stimulates the mind and enhances overall creativity. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self-worth

45: In previous messages, we’ve talked about how change is necessary for our overall growth. Unwillingness to embrace change not only keeps us from growing, but it also keeps us from moving forward and fulfilling our dreams and goals. Our energy becomes blocked and all the wonderful things that Universe is trying to send us don’t arrive. How we view change lies in our perception of it. There are two choices, fear change or see change as a new adventure. Today is a reminder to embrace the changes that life is offering. The Universe is asking us to have faith in ourselves, our helpers, and our human support system. Ask for help, courage, and strength and they will be there for you. The changes that you make will be a good thing and will benefit all areas of your life. Be bold and embrace these changes head-on!

He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama, or harm. Blue-Green Chrysocolla helps make smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity by inviting the energy of universal love into our personal experiences. It brings our inner strength and self-awareness forward which keeps our energy balanced and our creative side active which allows us to handle change more effectively.


Zincite helps to remove energy blocks that gets our life force flowing, which aids our manifestation process. It also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others.

44: Our Spiritual Helpers (Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, and Patron Deities) surround us all the time even though we may not be aware of it. Their job is to protect, help and guide us when we need it. Our helpers will always do what’s best for us, but remember that we limit their influence when we give them overly specific instructions or place conditions on what kind of help we need. Asking for help and then letting them do their job opens the way to receiving all the blessings the Universe has in store for us including some we never even dreamed of!  Strike up a line of conversation and communication with your Spiritual Helpers today and simply ask for what you need right now.

Kyanite is a spiritual stone that helps us to connect to our guides by opening the paths of communication. It also allows us to speak from the heart and to speak our truth as it cuts through the things that are keeping us from moving forward.

Jade can provide aid in problem-solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self-confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade which attracts both prosperity and good luck.  Jade helps us to understand that we are spiritual beings on this very human journey we call life. It stimulates knowledge and ideas.

Today’s Message: It’s About Support

43: Everyone needs a loving support system, which consists of friends and family. However, we also have help from the Divine realms in the form of the angels, the ascended masters, or our patron Goddess/God. By sharing our hopes, dreams, fears, or even grief with our support systems the wheels begin to turn and things are set in motion. It brings us renewed energy, peace, and healing. We then find that we are able to work the small miracles that enrich our lives as well as being able to appreciate the tiny miracles that occur on a daily level. The Universe is also encouraging us to take a look at both lifestyle and home. The Greek goddess Persephone teaches us how to balance between light and dark and the importance of searching the shadows for what is lost or forgotten. Persephone tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath or has been hidden. By shedding light in dark or weedy places you often find treasures that you had forgotten or set aside. These treasures can form the foundations that you need to navigate your path in life.”

Spirit Quartz is a crystal of peace. It helps to resolve arguments and helps to restore harmonious energy to the home., especially in the home environment, and restores harmony to the household by enhancing our sense of belonging. This crystal also promotes teamwork, patience, and abundance.

 The gentle energy of Seraphinite clears the heart chakra and helps to open us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life and shows the changes that we need to make to best help us on our path.

Tanzanite helps to link with the angelic realms, spirit guides, and the ascended masters.

Today’s Message: Faith and Patience

 42: There are times when life is difficult or things just aren’t going our way. When this happens we can lose faith in ourselves, the world, or with the divine. Everyone goes through this, we are only human after all. When we feel negative we tend to draw that kind of energy to us so it’s important to recognize and acknowledge it and then do our best to nip it in the bud. Today the Angels are reminding us that they are here and that our prayers have been heard. “Do not be discouraged. Have both faith and patience and embrace a calmness of spirit. This will help you generate the self-love and compassion that is needed right now.”  If you find yourself bogged down with fear, worry or negative energy try one of the following: smudge yourself with sage, go outside and ground yourself, meditate or engage in a calming activity. This self-care will help to clear your energy field as well as your mind. 

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, who fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s in the right direction.

 The Babylonian goddess Ishtar helps us to navigate times of darkness and change. She shows us how to access our courage. She reminds us ” Times of struggle and darkness can be intimidating. and keep you rooted in fear. Remember to stay clear on what is truly important. This focus will shine like a beacon and hold the darkness at bay.”

Crazy Lace Agate gently boosts our self-confidence and concentration while reestablishing our overall feelings of wholeness and well-being. It’s an excellent grounding stone that helps to bring balance between our negative and positive emotions.

Celestite promotes spiritual development and teaches us to reach for personal enlightenment by helping us to find peace within. It also helps us to embrace new experiences while blending instinct and intellect to create balance and harmony while providing strength and calm.

Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy and teaches us how to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change and transformation. It also promotes clear insight and focus which helps us to leave behind the things that no longer serve us and make room for the blessings headed our way.
