You know the phrase “hater’s gonna hate”? It’s true. Unfortunately there are always people who like to make others feel bad about themselves. I think it’s because deep down they are unhappy with themselves. They are angry or hurt and think that if they hurt someone else they will fell better about themselves.

Don’t let “hater’s” ruin your day. Remember that you are a beautiful, amazing person. There are people who love you and want the best for you. Show your sparkle and give yourself a big hug because YOU ARE WORTH IT!

On a core level we all want the same things like peace, happiness, freedom etc. By coming together we create a stronger more unified world and by celebrating and accepting our differences we add the sparkle and spice that makes the world a unique and wonder-full place.

Today is about taking a moment to truly see the beauty around us. Think Men In Black “The stars….. we never really look at them anymore, but they really are quite beautiful”. Everyday our attention is held hostage by an overabundance of things. The 4 walls of our work cubical, chauffeuring people around, or just jam-packing as much as we can into our day. The challenge for today is to find something, anything that opens your mind and senses to the beauty in the world. Let that beauty refresh and heal your spirit…..
