If we take the example of a car – a car is not just transportation. If it were, we’d all be driving very fuel-efficient, non-descript vehicles. A car has become a symbol – of our wealth, our style, our priorities. A Mercedes costs more money not just because it is more expensive to produce, but because people are willing to pay more for the prestige associated with the name. So, the car is providing necessary transportation, but also the “image” that the driver wants to project. Is the image worth the price? It’s just a matter of personal preference. Genius can be found in any field, and it shines as a bright example for all of us.
