Today’s Message: A Caring Balance

723: Today is a self-care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.  

  • Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away? 
  • Are you achieving a balance between work and your personal life? 
  • Are you giving and receiving energy equally? Or tipping the scales?

Taking the time to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to give us a hand.  They are reminding us that when we are out of balance it drains our energy which in turn will make us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky, or even just plain angry. Even if you have no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can refresh and uplift you. Today is also a good time to ground-clear and center. This helps not only free up our energy but opens us to the supportive energies sent by the universe.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel teaches us to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us. Taking the time to simply breathe and absorb “beauty” it can help open our communication lines by lowering the barriers we have put up.

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving.  Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. Today’s Message: Taking it All In

722: Your path is like a road trip. It consists of many sights and attractions, some good and some bad. We encounter bumps, potholes, and roadblocks mixed in with some truly breathtaking and inspiring scenery. We even find side paths that lead us on a merry chase all the while teaching us valuable lessons along the way. However, in order to grow, we need to keep moving forward, even though this road trip doesn’t come with a map. This requires focus on our desired destination, even if we’re not quite sure how to get there. The key is to stay strong and believe in yourself. Today the Angels are reminding us that life is full of unlimited possibilities and we have unlimited potential. You are an amazing being who is worthy of the best the Universe has to offer!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. he helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Greek goddess Nike, Lady of victory and success helps us to embrace the good things that we have accomplished. By acknowledging them we can increase our faith in ourselves as a creator. She says: “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.


Iron Pyrite has warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self-worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

Okenite can be used to help clear away obstacles and teaches us that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when allowing ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start and helps replace bad habits with good ones. Okenite also helps us understand and work through karmic lessons so that they are resolved.

721: Our path is filled with a broad spectrum of things designed to help us on our way. These events range from happiness and love to great sorrow and self-doubt. Along the way, we meet people who want to push us off our path but we also meet people that encourage us and offer support. It’s nice to have someone else pat us on the back and say “Good job!”, however, we also benefit from the divine voice inside us that offers encouragement. Today, the Angels are asking us to step up and be our own cheerleaders. Listen to that inner voice and allow yourself to receive the mental hugs and kudos that it offers. Use the “I AM and I CAN” thinking to promote your self-confidence and courage. Remember that you ARE a creator and are worthy of great things and that your success and well-being are yours to nurture to full growth!

He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. Today’s Message: AHA! Moments

720: Navigating our path requires generous amounts of courage, confidence, and a few pinches of faith. We must also have an open heart and an open mind to receive the messages and guidance that is given to us. The key is to remember that messengers and messages come in all forms. (nature, music, animals, children, physical objects, etc.) We can see them, dream them, hear them, and even feel them. Today the Universe is telling us that important information is on the way and that we need to stay open and in the present. Don’t allow fear to overrule your judgment because you are always safe and cared for. Keep to your path and absorb the information as you travel. You just never know what may produce a valuable AHA! moment.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. 719: When we are confident in ourselves and the direction we are headed things just naturally seem to flow together. Even if you’re not exactly sure where you’re going you can still be confident in your direction. By embracing our self-confidence we find that we are able to rely more on our intuition and the messages and guidance we receive from the Universe. It also helps us to use this information to our best advantage which ultimately helps us along our path. This confidence generates both blessings and opportunities and helps us to create new versions of ourselves as we update our lives. Today we are receiving a big hug from our spiritual helpers. Their message is simple, ” Your power gives you the momentum to move forward toward your goals with a light heart and open mind.

 Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision-making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which help us to focus

Eulite (Hypersthene) helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

Make some time today to get in touch base with your inner self. It is through our knowledge of self that we gain a sense of confidence and self-worth. These valuable assets put us in touch with the creative power we need to shape our lives. By living up to your truth and personal values you are inviting a steady flow of blessings and opportunities into your life. Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. It brings out our natural optimism, and self-confidence, and promotes our natural flow of abundance as it soothes our fear of change and the accompanying stress that change can bring. Sunstone has a strong connection to light and helps to harness the re-energizing power of the sun during meditation and everyday life. It is linked to all benevolent deities and brings good fortune and luck.

Tiger’s Eye (Gold) helps build a bridge between you and your power. It shows us the correct way to use our power and invites our integrity forward. It is also a stone of abundance and draws good things to us while helping us see the blessings we have. Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions. It is a stone of luck and prosperity and works with the energies of both earth and sun, it also helps with grounding while drawing spiritual energies to earth.

Today’s Message: Gratitude and Blessings

717: Achieving growth on personal and spiritual levels is hard work and these periods of growth tend to occur when change comes knocking at the door. Today the Angels simply want us to know that we are on the right path and that our patience and persistence is paying off. Look back and review your progress and the lessons you have learned. By putting these things into practice you gain a deeper and more fulfilling view of your path. Take some time today to connect to the Universe (Spirit, Goddess, God ) and offer thanks for the blessings in your life or ask for Divine guidance. Like the Angels, the Universe hears and answers us although the response may be much more subtle. Since the essence of this spirit is love be sure to send out loving energy out to those who need it. When love is sent out everyone wins!

Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier.  Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self-confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.

Gentle Seraphinite helps to clear the heart chakra and opens us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life and shows the changes that we need to make to best help us on our path.  When used with meditation promotes spiritual enlightenment and self-healing.

715: Last month was about initiating change in our lives and we began the process by clearing space and making room for new things. Today the Universe is sending us a gentle reminder that what we put in motion is beginning to manifest. Can’t see the results just yet? Hang on…. they’re coming! Persistence and patience are the keys to working with changes of all kinds. This is now a good time to review what you’ve done so far (make a list if you need to) and make any necessary adjustments and tie up any loose ends. Should you have had a setback remember that these are only temporary. Look for the lesson and the truth in the situation then use this information to make the adjustments and move forward. Today’s Message: Talking To Ourselves

714: The power of positive thought comes up quite frequently in our daily messages. The Universe knows that it’s hard for us to be optimistic all the time. There are days that…….. well there are just THOSE days. We all have them and that’s normal. The key lies in our ability to acknowledge our negative feelings and then move past them. Remember that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by substituting words. By eliminating the words “IF” ( that’s never going to happen) and “BUT” (I lack faith and self-confidence) from your thought vocabulary you can change the intent. Replace “If” with WHEN (I know it will happen) and “But” with HOWEVER (I have faith and patience). This will give momentum to your manifestation process. Our Divine helpers are telling us that by making these small changes we will become more empowered with strength and confidence.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. Iris tells us ” While there is beauty and clarity found in turbulence remember not to let these storms become a destructive flood. Look for the light and use it to ascend to a higher level of thought.”

Today’s Message: Helping Yourself Heal

713: We all have those small places inside where we hide or store the things that have brought us pain, anger, or sadness. Today the Universe is telling us “It’s time to let the healing light shine in those places and get the energy moving.” Set aside a little time each day to clear and center, feel the sun on your face and hands, indulge in walking meditation, do some earthing or even the simple act of eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow and inspire the mind. Look for ways that will support and help you on your path to personal healing and growth. Listen to your intuition and pay attention to your dreams, many of the answers you seek dwell in these realms. The important thing is to release these things and let your healing take place.
