True joy comes in many forms however if we are continually looking for joy to arrive in big packages we will be disappointed. In order to find our joy we must look within for the tiny things that make us feel good and this ability resides in perspective. Challenge yourself today to examine the small things that make you feel good. Keep it simple!

Relationships require both compromises, concessions, and give and take. However, it’s easy to lose pieces of yourself by trying to fit in, trying to live up to the expectations of others, or simply giving in because it’s easier to do so. Remember to always be yourself and be your own person. Our differences can make us stronger and more resilient. They keep life fresh and interesting and remind us that we are special, unique, and amazing. You’ve totally got this!
