43: Everyone needs a loving support system, which consists of friends and family and right now this is so very important. However, we also have help in the Divine realms in the form of the angels, the ascended masters or our patron Goddess/God. By sharing our hopes, dreams, fears or even grief with our support systems the wheels begin to turn and things are set in motion. it brings us renewed energy, peace and healing. We then find that we are able to work the small miracles that enrich our lives as well as being able to appreciate the tiny miracles that occur on a daily level. The Universe is also encouraging us to take a look at both lifestyle and home. Ask yourself what changes you can make that will bring more balance, peace and good vibes into your situation and environment.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. 42: There are times when life is difficult or things just aren’t going our way. When this happens we can lose faith in ourselves, the world or with the divine. Everyone goes through this, we are only human after all. When we feel negative we tend to draw that kind of energy to us so it’s important to recognize and acknowledge it and then do our best to nip it in the bud. Today the Angels are reminding us that they are here and that our prayers have been heard. “Do not be discouraged. Have both faith and patience and embrace a calmness of spirit. This will help you generate the self-love and compassion that is needed right now.” If you find yourself bogged down with fear, worry or negative energy try one of the following: smudge yourself with sage, go outside and ground yourself, meditate or engage in a calming activity. This self-care will help to clear your energy field as well as your mind.

Try looking for that one good thing in your day. There is always at least one thing that brought you joy. Maybe it’s your morning coffee. Or making cookies with your child, seeing the first spring flowers bloom or even hugging your cat. You can do this!

Reason and Evaluation: Cat’s Angel Message for April 1, 2020

April Theme: We are being challenged to change ourselves, the way we think and the way we do things. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.

Fear cannot be banished, but it can be calm and without panic; it can be mitigated by reason and evaluation. – Vannevar Bush

41: April starts with a reminder about watching our thoughts. This goes hand in hand with yesterday’s message about “the whirlpool of worry”. Do your best to stay focused on what you want to accomplish and on the things that are within your control, and hold love and faith in your heart. This combination will help to draw peace and calm into your life. Even when things don’t quite go your way look for one positive thing that came of it, there will always be at least one. Now take that “one thing” and add it to the foundation you are using to build your hopes and dreams on. This step by step process ensures that you will make things happen. Remember, negativity happens (it’s normal!) be sure to acknowledge the source (don’t ignore it). Learning where it comes from helps us to open and grow and allows us more freedom to be the creator we are meant to be.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. He helps us to find our courage and our direction while giving us the strength that we need to choose wisely and make decisions on our own. Michael’s energy is easily felt particularly during times of stress and confusion and helps us when we feel lost or overwhelmed.

The Ascended Master Buddha is called the Enlightened or Awakened One. During his life, he lived as both prince and ascetic. When he achieved true enlightenment he came to realize that the key to happy living required moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which will free the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Blue Lace Agate helps us to create and maintain balance during times of stress. It helps us to find our voice when indecision is a factor, allowing us to freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner.

Heart is a word that refers to many different levels of our being. Essentially, it is the love aspect of soul, capable of making direct, intuitive contact. Soul love is not emotional; it is highly impersonal and intelligent, capable of grasping the essence of someone or something without any projection on our part.

Appreciation significantly turns on the heart. Appreciation is not an emotion that arises spontaneously, but a soul quality we can choose. The more often we choose to be appreciative, the easier this choice becomes and the more frequently our heart opens to give and receive love.
