811: Creative thinking plays an important role in our overall manifestation process. By learning to embrace creativity we can lessen the effects of worry and fear. When combined with positive thought and gratitude we find that all problems are easier to solve( including financial ones) and new doors and paths open up all around us. As far as daily numbers go, today’s includes the master number 11 which is asking us to step out of our comfort zone as we create the reality we want for ourselves. The Universe is reminding you that your life is your choice. Set your standards, create as you go and don’t allow others to define  who you are and will be.  Be sure to pay attention repetitive thoughts and ideas, as they are stepping stones that will help you to create your next level.  Use them to guide you today as they can offer solutions to current issues. It’s a great day to practice your creative problem solving skills, so be bold and stay open to new ideas!




Archangel Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and  by  taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily. The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing. He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!  And the Irish Mother Goddess Dana tells us “While you wait for these blessings to arrive fill your heart with feelings of abundance. Engage yourself in things that make you feel abundant!” ….. ” Your energy is linked to the energy of the Divine. Acknowledge and strengthen this connection as it allows you to handcraft your dreams.”

It not only opens the way for new information it also brings us peace and feelings of safety. Today the angels are asking us to pay attention to the guidance we receive, it could come as thoughts, ideas, AHA! moments or even through visual clues. Allow this guidance to assist your decisions and actions. The key is to surrender what doesn’t work so that the right things will be able to reach you. Surrender will bring change and it is through change that we increase flow in our lives. It’s important, so get ready to embrace the blessings that are headed your way!

I guess this is another way of saying “Go for it!” This makes me think of my favorite book, Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach. Jonathan was certainly independent. He lived by his own rules, he learned and grew beyond the expectations of society, because he felt compelled to do so. He followed his heart, and he later became a teacher, passing his wisdom on to younger generations seeking inspiration. Why be content to walk, or even run, when it is in us to soar? We get to make the choice because we are independent thinkers.

89: Everyday we receive support from Spirit, the angels and from people in our lives. The Universe is telling us that it’s a good time to acknowledge those who love us  and who are always there to listen or lend a shoulder when we need it. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone told someone else “Good job!” “Way to go!” or “Thank you for doing your best!” Simple things like these inspire the growth, create connection and make lives better. Share some of your optimistic energy today with others for a win-win situation. It’s important to remember though that  not everyone is there to support you and it is up to you to gently cut cords with those who take pleasure in knocking you down. When we allow ourselves to receive this negative energy from others we are harmed , mentally, emotionally and energetically. A good support system lifts you up and by surrounding yourself with loving and supportive people it draws more of the same back to you and helps you to support others in turn.




Archangel Michael is the go-to guy for protection. His clear, powerful energy acts as a shield that helps to buffer energies directed at us. He offers protection from those who would do us harm or cause pain, even those who think they “have our best interests at heart or simply can’t stay out of our business”. This is a nice twist on the usual guacamole. You grill the avocados before you add them to the rest of the ingredients. The result is a guacamole with a lovely, deep smokey flavour. You can grill your avocados on your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan. I used the grill portion of a panini press.

88:  By living in and embracing the “Attitude of Gratitude” we are draw prosperity and abundance into our lives. We are able to share this attitude with others by showing them that by finding at least one good thing from any situation it creates a foundation that can be built upon. The key lies in acknowledging all of our blessings and expressing our feelings of gratitude to what we have and what is offered. Remember that even small things add up and they help us to draw more positives into our lives. Remember that you must do the work to make things happen, by sitting back and waiting you’ll miss out. MNN: Canada creates two huge ocean sanctuaries in the Arctic


These are turbulent times for the Arctic. Not only is it heating up about twice as quickly as the rest of the planet, causing a disastrous decline of Arctic sea ice, but it’s also increasingly vulnerable to environmental harm from activities like mining, drilling and fishing.

In hopes of buffering a swath of the Arctic from this upheaval, Canada is creating two new marine sanctuaries in the Arctic Ocean spanning a total of 427,000 square kilometers (165,000 square miles).

The key to intuition is learning to recognize it as opposed to the voice of the Inner Child who can sometimes get us into trouble. Today the angels are asking us to fire up our intuition and embrace the strength and courage to make the best possible choices for our current situations.
