May’s Theme: This month brings changes into your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!

526: Let’s start today with a question, “What is your heart’s true desire?” The answer to this question lies within each of us and it is up to us to find the answer. Today, the angels are asking us to look within and be honest with ourselves about what we truly want. Take a little time today for some soul searching and ask yourself:

*What do I REALLY want from (life, myself, others)?

*Am I REALLY happy, or am I just going through the motions?

*What can I DO to change my situation for the better?

It’s important to be honest with ourselves because we too often spend our time and energy living someone else’s desire. Living your heart’s desire does not make you selfish, uncaring or a bad person. It does however create inner peace, confidence and a happier and spiritually healthier YOU!

Archangel Michael helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles that pop up. He teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self confidence. 525: Change is part of life. It doesn’t matter whether it happens naturally or if we initiate it ourselves there is always a feeling of uncertainty that accompanies it. One of this month’s themes is “Embracing New Adventures”. By having faith in ourselves and in the divine sources we are able to meet change with feelings of excitement. We all want to be the best that we can be and in order to do that we must be willing to move forward. Remember, changes are necessary for our overall growth (personal, mental, emotional, spiritual) and without it we are stuck in the same place. Today the angels are reminding us that during periods of change both we and our loved ones are safe and cared for. When we need help and support they are just a thought away. Opening yourself to an adventure creates positive energy that draws good things our way. Welcome them!

Archangel Chamuel helps us to see what’s truly important to us, he also helps us to build strong foundations for our relationship with ourselves (and others) and smooths the road of our personal journey. Let today be a day to trust your own inner guidance, a day to have faith that your steps are carrying you in the direction you desire, a day to keep your eyes on the heavens and believe that your feet will carry you well. – Jonathan Lockwood Huie

524: Today is a reminder about staying open and receptive to our personal guidance systems. This includes divine guidance and intuition, both of which can help immensely when working with change. Everyday we receive guidance from the Universe and it’s helpers. Our job is to listen to the messages and use them to our benefit. This requires us to stay present in the moment, if we lose that focus we wander off and miss out. If you have been working on creating positive change in your life this month the angels want you to know that you are definitely making progress. However, if you have been dragging your feet and struggling with these necessary changes then there is still time to make things happen and get back on track. Remember that these messages can come from anywhere and at any time. The key is Ask-Listen-Receive. Pay attention to what’s going on around you and use your intuition to guide your actions.

Archangel Jeremiel oversees life changes and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. Today’s Deity: Baba Yaga

In Russian folklore, Baba Yaga or Baba Jaga (UK: /ˌbɑːbə ˈjɑːɡə/; Russian: Баба Яга [ˈbabə jɪˈɡa]) is a supernatural being (or one of a trio of sisters of the same name) who appears as a deformed and/or ferocious-looking woman. In Russian fairytales Baba Yaga flies around in a mortar, wields a pestle, and dwells deep in the forest in a hut usually described as standing on chicken legs. Baba Yaga may help or hinder those that encounter or seek her out and may play a maternal role and has associations with forest wildlife. According to Vladimir Propp’s folktale morphology, Baba Yaga commonly appears as either a donor, villain, or may be altogether ambiguous.
Andreas Johns identifies Baba Yaga as “one of the most memorable and distinctive figures in eastern European folklore,” and observes that she is “enigmatic” and often exhibits “striking ambiguity.” Johns summarizes Baba Yaga as “a many-faceted figure, capable of inspiring researchers to see her as a Cloud, Moon, Death, Winter, Snake, Bird, Pelican or Earth Goddess, totemic matriarchal ancestress, female initiator, phallic mother, or archetypal image”

The law of Love supersedes the law of karma. It intervenes in the process by focusing in the present. In fact, one could say that Love is being fully present. When anything is initiated in Love in the present, the future of that reality will be purposeful, meaningful, loving and powerful.

The Great Awareness: Cat’s Angel Message for May 22, 2019

The great awareness comes slowly, piece by piece. The path of spiritual growth is a path of lifelong learning. The experience of spiritual power is basically a joyful one. – M. Scott Peck

522: Most of our work so far this month has been focused on personal change (mental and emotional). Today’s number however, will focus on changes to our spiritual outlook. Positive choices, life lessons,courage, faith, insight and Universal love are all key for today. It sounds like a lot but these things are what help shape our own unique brand of spirituality. When change arrives it brings many things including a change of perspective which flows into our being on all levels including the spiritual.

The Universe is reminding us not to ignore our spirituality. Embrace it by staying strong in faith and by remaining optimistic, as it is these things that help build a strong spiritual base from which all good things grow.

Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp as it enhances and brings forward our spiritual nature. The Ascended Master Padre Pio teaches us that we can heal by embracing our spirituality and he guides us through periods of spiritual growth as well.The Celtic goddess Nematona teaches us that healing can be found through nature as she helps us replenish our energy. She says, ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Our Sacred Stone for today is Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to our spiritual growth.
