36:  Our focus today involves letting go of material worries and concerns. When we fixate on these things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be  nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Ascended Masters are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and hang out in a happy place!




Calling on Archangel Michael can bring you profound feelings of security. When you are afraid or anxious his energy surrounds us like a soft blanket. Flashes of blue or purple signify his presence. The Ascended Master Yogananda shows how to be more open to divine love. This not only provides healing for us but personal peace as well. The Greek goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope as she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy.  She says “Open your eyes, both physical and spiritual, then open you heart and allow the divine light to fill you. This will help you see the blessings and the beauty that are right before your eyes. Take nothing for granted.”

This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies, which it transmutes into something more positive while dispelling anxiety and fear It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. Today’s Recipe: Apple Crown Cake


This is my mother’s apple cake recipe that I’ve made my own. I now make it for her to treat her like royalty (it resembles a crown)! The added applesauce not only enhances the apple flavour, but also makes it very moist. The almond flour gives it some weight and character. This is one of my favourite cakes. Thanks, Queen Mum! 😉

34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or  our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom and in your Divine support team!




Archangel Uriel is the overseer of Life Lessons. He provides assistance with any problems we may have and helps us to make better choices when faced with important decisions. The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power. He helps us strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be. Our quote today is a reminder to think before you speak. When we are angry we will often say things that shouldn’t be said and can’t take back once it’s out there. Remember before you speak in anger take a breath, count to 10 or 20 or 30, find a smidgen of calm or take a time out and walk away. While it can be hard not to engage in a war of words, thinking about what we say before it pops out of our mouth can mean the difference between an understanding and a misunderstanding.

33:  Like any dear friend the Ascended Masters provide us with unconditional love and support. Like the angels we just need to ask in order to receive their assistance. Speaking to them is easy, and all personal , spiritual and emotional questions issues are all within their realm. There is nothing too small or too big for them to tackle. While each Ascended Master has their own energy signature there will always be the underlying feeling that you receive from a beloved relative or mentor. Open yourself to receiving their guidance which may come as thoughts, feelings or ideas. They may even send you a physical item like a feather or unusual stone or object that has special meaning to you. It could even be help from an unexpected source. The key is to open your spiritual sensors and let the energy flow freely and embrace the lines of communication.

When I Wake Up: Cat’s Angel Message for March 2, 2019 


March Theme: This month carries the energy of the Ascended Masters. We will be working to improve self love, inner peace and overall clarity. These things will help on the path to manifesting our dreams and goals.

32:  The energy of the Ascended Masters surrounds us this month. Since many of them walked the earth in human form they have a better understanding of the things we face. They know that it is mankind’s enthusiasm and creative energy that produces amazing things. The month of March is also a time of fertility and new growth and these things are produced through our creative side. When allow ourselves the freedom to access our creative mind and energy we find that we are able to open the doors to change and adapt to the gifts it brings. We also find that it helps us to share more of ourselves with others. Embrace new ideas, creative solutions and even those valuable AH-HA moments. Creativity inspires everything that it touches, and creates hope from darkness.




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp. the Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and  consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back let it go and continue forward. And the Egyptian goddess Isis tells us “Always remember that you are a powerful creator in your own right. When you cloak yourself with dedication and determination you can move the heavens and the earth and create miracles.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings. This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions as it gently promotes creative thinking and creative problem solving.
