311:  We all have dreams and goals. Many of these dreams or goals we put on hold for various reasons. Money, time, fear, other people, or we are simply not ready to move forward. Today the Universe is asking us to dust off what we have put aside and bring those things back into the light. Remember, things don’t have to be perfect in order to go for what you want and get the ball rolling. The important part is taking that first baby step. Take time to focus each day on what you want to achieve. Use powerful statements, I AM, I CAN, I WILL to give yourself a boost of positive power. The Ascended Masters tell us ” Don’t be afraid to share your dreams and goals with others. It is through sharing them that will help give you energy and opportunity.”




Archangel Raguel helps with personal empowerment and soothes the inner turmoil we can feel when deciding whether or not to “go for it” and take that first step. The Ascended Master El Morya assists us in making decisions that will enhance our lives and help us to achieve our goals by giving our faith a boost. And the Hindu goddess Kali surrounds us with the energy of transformation which helps us to let go of the old and bring in the new. She helps us find our tenacity, courage and determination so that we can make things happen. She says “Dreams must be created with focus and intent. I will help you to embrace the courage and motivation that you need to see things through to a successful conclusion.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Iolite. Also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion. It helps you stay true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others.

This includes our personal truth as well as  the truth in the people and situations that surround us. By allowing ourselves to  feel and see from a more spiritual perspective we gain better communication and manifestation skills and strengthen our ability to let go of the things that are holding us back or draining our energy. Remember to take time for self care through the ground, center clear process as it helps to fine tune our intuitive receptors.  If you need help ask the masters and angels for guidance and they will guide you in the right direction.

We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions and interests with the world around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. 38:  Today a window of abundance is opening for us and the Ascended Masters are urging us to be bold and grab opportunities when they present themselves. The key is to use what you are offered to create the necessary stepping stones that will form the path to your goals and dreams. Even if it’s not exactly what you were hoping for right now, keep in mind that each opportunity opens a new door or window that allows us access to bigger and better things. Keep a clear vision of your ultimate end goal, not the “how to’s”,  as this allows you receive in a broader spectrum. Visualize, embrace and be ready to move forward!

I just had to include all three of these quotes together. These were taken from three different sources! I don’t know if these people knew each other, or were commenting on their statements – but it sure sounds like it. That’s the way spirit works sometimes – all these events happening in different times and places that somehow mesh together seamlessly. Notice the contrast that each draws between character and reputation. Where do we place the most value?


There are things we can work on, and things we really have no control over. When we work on ourselves, the rest seems to fall into place. It’s the “reap what you sow” factor taken to another level. It’s the “ripple effect” that we can’t always see because we’re right in the middle of it.

37: Take some time today to engage in meditation. Like our quote for the day from Jet Li meditation doesn’t necessarily means sitting still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from the Divine Sources, the Angel or Ascended Masters. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Ascended Masters are just reminding us today to embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp.  The Ascended Master Babaji encourages us to follow our spiritual paths. He can show you the path to letting go of material things and how to simplify your life. You can connect with him through breathwork and yoga. How many people do you know that have  said ” It’s just the way I am and others have to accept that.” This is often a manipulation tactic and  a form of emotional abuse. “That’s just the way I am” is a cop out statement. it boldly states ” I don’t care about you because it’s all about ME and you catering to me.” The TRUTH is that others do not have to accept it. Everyone is capable of making changes that will make themselves a better person. The fact is that not everyone wants to be a better person and the blunt refusal to even acknowledge harm to themselves or to others is easier than stepping up and saying “Wow. I don’t like myself when I say that, do that or act  like that, and I can do better!” While it may not be easy why risk losing something or someone important to you?
