1030: It’s good to have friends in high places, natural places, and even earth, air, fire and water places. No matter what we need, whether its help, healing, peace, etc., all we need to do is ask. As we get ready to close out the month of October we are being reminded of divine guidance and messages. Sometimes we shut our receptors down out of fear, anger, sadness, or stress. The messages keep coming but they just pile up in the inbox and remain unopened. During these times it’s more important than ever to keep your receivers active. Take some time today to ground-center-clear. Open your connection to the Universe. Ask for what you need or simply give thanks for the blessings you have received in this cycle. This will help you to get a step up in November. Remember, your requests are always heard and inner peace is yours for the taking.

813: It’s a good day to relax and just be. The Ascended Masters are chilling with us today and their message is simple, ” The Universe supports you in all that you do and all your needs are being met. Trust in the guidance that you receive and allow the blessings to unfold.” Gentle reminders like this are quite often what we need to initiate a little downtime. Remember that your ground, clear and center work is a good starting point for relaxation, then do whatever makes you feel chill or brings you peace. There are no right or wrong answers so allow yourself time to reset. Remember that the things that you give attention to through your focus, your words, your thoughts, and your actions are what you will manifest. It’s all about positives and negatives, so choose the best and let the rest…. rest.

The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Hindu Goddess White Tara embodies the beauty of Divine love and shows us the path to strengthening or restoring our faith. She says: “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.” Tara’s name means “star”, and like a star she helps to guide us along our path and through life.

Dioptase which helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things with joy and the best in every action.

Softly colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Today’s Message: Turn On Your Intuition

87: We all come equipped with a personal guidance system called intuition. And, every day we are faced with choices that we must make for our personal evolution. When faced with the choices that will have an impact on your life ask yourself “Is this best for me right now?” Your inner guidance system will always be the voice of reason and will not steer you wrong. The key to intuition is learning to recognize it as opposed to the voice of the Inner Child who can often get us into trouble. Today the angels are asking us to fire up our intuition and embrace the strength and courage to make the best possible choices for our current situations. They are also telling us that it’s time for a balance check in regards to giving and receiving. Make any necessary adjustments to avoid tipping the scales.

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. He helps us to find our courage and our direction while giving us the strength that we need to choose wisely and make decisions on our own.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom. By following our inner guidance system we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjuntion with the Third Eye or brow chakra.

Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings. This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns.
