It lives in our core being and comes to life when we engage in the things that bring us joy, like creative pursuits, helping others or just setting a positive example. This spark can also help us in our personal evolution and in creating the life we want through the manifestation process. Today we find ourselves surrounded by the love of the Ascended Masters as they offer guidance for our path. After being bombarded with this ongoing negativity it can be difficult to see the good in humanity. But the truth is that the GOOD is there and  sometimes we just need to look more closely to find it. This is also true in our own lives because we sometimes get so caught up in the bad that we forget to see the good.  More and more of our fellow human beings are sharing positive stories and their light with the world.  Today the angels are urging us to trust in the Universe and in ourselves. 31:  Today the Ascended Masters are asking us to start this new cycle by raising our level of consciousness to one of love and peace. While this may sound like a throwback to the 1960’s hippie era, its energy is powerful and one that we should freely embrace. The world needs fewer instigators and more peacemakers. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. It’s important to note that the Ascended Masters are not saying that we shouldn’t stand up for ourselves or for what’s right. If a stand need to be made do so. You can still be firm in your stance while promoting peace.




Archangel Raguel helps us when we are faced with standing our ground. He can show us the path to resolving disputes and arguments in a peaceful manner. he also acts as a  motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves. Ask for help and he can help you realize your full potential. The Ascended Master Mother Mary surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love. She teaches us about compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. And the Egyptian goddess Hathor  says “Beautiful soul, you need no ones approval but your own Now look within and embrace your divine spark.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include Moldavite  which helps us to connect and communicate with the Ascended Masters and  Malachite which helps to support friendships and promotes empathy towards others. It also strengthens our ability to absorb and process information so that we can show our feelings in a positive way.

We all have many things to be grateful for however, today the angels are asking us to focus on the people we are grateful for. Family, Heart family, friends all play an important role in our lives. Take a moment to acknowledge your gratitude towards them and bless them with peaceful, loving energy. Do not be afraid to let them know how much their presence means to you, ” I’m glad that you’re here”, Thank you for being a part of my life”, “I love you”, these words can mean so much. Allow your gratitude to fill you and know in your heart that these blessings will continue to flow around you and your loved ones.




Archangel Jophiel helps us to share loving thoughts and energy with those who mean the most to us. She asks us to remember that goodness and beauty surround us all the time, and to stay open to receive these blessings.
