89: Everyday we receive support from Spirit, the angels and from people in our lives. The Universe is telling us that it’s a good time to acknowledge those who love us  and who are always there to listen or lend a shoulder when we need it. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone told someone else “Good job!” “Way to go!” or “Thank you for doing your best!” Simple things like these inspire the growth, create connection and make lives better. Share some of your optimistic energy today with others for a win-win situation. It’s important to remember though that  not everyone is there to support you and it is up to you to gently cut cords with those who take pleasure in knocking you down. When we allow ourselves to receive this negative energy from others we are harmed , mentally, emotionally and energetically. We can tip the scales in either direction by giving too much or not enough. 214: Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to turn any fears or worries over to them and make room for some self love. By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon.
