1119: Today we are being asked to stay focused on bringing peace into our lives and those of our loved ones.  When we are at peace with ourselves we feel better. This feeling reaches out and touches others and they feel better as well. The last few weeks have been stressful for many people so it’s important to bring peace where you can and that starts with yourself. The angels and ascended masters are  here to help us achieve inner peace. Sometimes it’s through alone time and sometimes it’s created by spending quality time with family or close friends, so whatever works for you is the RIGHT way.

The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to indulge in loving self care as he provides spiritual insight and peace. peace.  Maitreya (aka Laughing Buddha) helps us to find healing through laughter while his joyful spirit helps us to release anxiety and worry. 1117:  Today the angels are letting us know that they are proud of the work we have done thus far. “Join us in celebrating your accomplishments both large and small!”  Remember to watch your thoughts. There is a lot of negative energy rampaging around right now and it’s easy to get caught up in it. Bubble up and protect yourself if needed, or ground and clear your energy field. The key here is to rise above any hate and discontent that you come in contact with.  Bless the person or situation with peace and love and move on or remove yourself from it altogether. What’s important is that you stay on your path and keep moving forward. Be an example to other positive souls who are looking for a light in the right direction!

Archangel Michael provides direction, courage and protection and can help clear our personal energy and space. 1115:  The Universe is asking us to raise our thoughts to a higher level.  By allowing ourselves to rise above negativity we are able to create positive changes.  This  opens  the way for new and wonderful things. There are times when it seems like the universe has given us too much to handle and our vibrations and energy plummet.  The key lies in our  ability to recognize the things that we can work with now as opposed to the things that are out of our control. We always have the option of putting things on the back burner until we have the necessary components to solve the issue or it works out on it’s own. This frees our energy so that we can concentrate on what’s important.

Self-care is critical to having a strong inner foundation. Taking good care of YOU means the people in your life will receive the best of you rather than what is left of you.

1114:  Our message today combines the power of positive thought with self care. We all know that  it’s hard to be positive all the time and this is normal. We all slip occasionally and it’s okay! The thing about negative thought patterns is that by holding on to them it can cause self harm through lack of self care. The Universe is telling us that self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary. Replace If with WHEN and But with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. Ask the universe to help you and let yourself be open to the assistance that is waiting for you.

Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back from negative people and situations. She fills our spirit with beauty and surrounds us with divine love. The goddess Kuan Yin helps to replenish our being as she helps us embrace compassion for our own well being. Our Sacred Stone for today is Azurite-Malachite. this powerful combination stone helps us to create new energy through focus on the acceptance of our own power which reduces our stress levels.

1113: We are starting the week with some help from the Ascended Masters.  The world seems to be in utter chaos right now and these energies are weighing heavily on many people. The Ascended Masters have the following message for us:  ” Do not allow  your fears to color your judgment or emotions. During these stressful times remember that there is always hope. We are on your side and are here to help you.” Today is a good day to use your positive and creative thinking to help lift and inspire others. This is one of the easiest and best ways to make a difference in the world around you. The number 13 also corresponds to intuition so pay attention to the messages that you receive and remember to trust in yourself  as well.

Archangel Chamuel continues to work for world peace and he helps us to build healthy and strong relationships with those around us. The following list contains Ascended Masters who can help with inner, personal and world peace.
  • Buddha teaches us about how life is best lived through balance and moderation. He also helps us to achieve peace on all levels.
  • The Norse god Forseti shows us the peaceful path to resolving arguments.
  • Maitreya, the laughing buddha, also helps with peace on all levels. He teaches us that the path to peace often lies in humor.
  • Saint Francis and Serapis Bey help to promote peace on all levels.
  • Yogananda promotes unity of religious beliefs and assists with peace on all levels.
Our Sacred Stones for today are Rose Quartz which surrounds us with loving peaceful energy that we can also share with others and Magnetite which alleviates negative emotions like fear and anger. It also shows us how to be objective when faced with potentially negative situations.

Do you feel stuck? Whether in a project, a job, a relationship, or some other situation, there is a time for perseverance, and a time for letting go and moving on.

1112:  The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. Use these repetitive clues to improve yourself  or if you feel trapped by old habits. There comes a time when we must let go of the things that no longer serve us. (habits, beliefs, things, feelings, relationships etc.) Hanging on to the old effectively blocks our path so in order to move forward we need the room that letting go provides. Remember that baby steps are the key to making successful changes. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Start your day by affirming that you eager to move forward and then open yourself to receive the messages the Universe has to share.

Work with the Divine Source (Universe, God, Goddess or the deity you call creator) to strengthen this important connection. Start by grounding, clearing and centering. This helps to open the channels and chakras. Our Sacred Stone for the day is Aquamarine. This stone shields the aura, aligns the chakras and promotes communication from the higher realms.

1111: While our message today embodies this month’s theme it’s also our invitation to access the yearly 11.11 energy gateway. This is powerful stuff and your power of positive thinking will be essential today. This gateway will help us to manifest our goals at a quicker pace. Do not allow your focus to shift into the negative realm as it will effectively set up roadblocks and halt your forward momentum. The gateway can also helps us with the following things:

*Activating  a higher consciousness and chakra realignment.

*Start a new period of personal growth while promoting interconnectedness.

*Helps to take the steps to send our creative goals to the next level.

*Helps us to find that “New You” by letting go of the old things that are holding you back.

1110:  Today the Universe is asking us to pay attention to divine guidance and our own intuition. We will be receiving some much needed direction so remember to keep all receptors open.  Messages can come from anywhere and at any time, such as thoughts or ideas, visual clues or even physical objects. If the message you receive doesn’t seem to make sense to you right now, file it away for future reference as you will need it at a later time. However, if you are strongly guided to take action, do so. Keep in mind that while opportunities may come back around it best to grab them when they first show up or you could miss out on something important that you need right now. It’s important to note that we should never try and force guidance to happen. Just relax and let things flow. Information comes more easily when the mind is calm.

Archangel Michael  helps us to commit to our path and gives us the courage we need to keep moving. He provides direction as well as protection. The difference between school and life? In school, you’re taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you’re given a test that teaches you a lesson.

119: Our power of positive thought may be tested today. The key lies in our ability to set negativity in it’s place and move forward. Do your best to keep it at a distance and walk away from negative situations and people.This goes hand in hand with the changes we’ve been working on recently. During  times of change it seems that we are more susceptible to getting caught in negative webs, so take necessary precautions to avoid these traps. We are also reminded to look for  success in everything that you do and look for at least one positive thing in every situation. There is always something that you can use to continue building the life you want. If you feel the need to move in a certain direction,  or take specific action grab your confidence by the hand and move forward!

Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive adjustments to our path. The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara helps to rid people of negative entities and energies. His job is to banish the darkness in the minds of mankind and the Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative energy of others. Our Sacred Stones for today are Black Tourmaline which offer protection from curses and ill wishing along with all forms of negative energy and Amber which helps the manifestation process and shows us the way to attain our goals.
