316: It’s time for a little “Multi-Level Spring Cleaning”. The angels are reminding us that it’s important to regularly clear our emotional and spiritual selves as well as on the physical level. These clearing activities help us to make room for new abundance and growth. Continue the “Let It Go” process by making room in our physical realm. Take things that you no longer need/want or that are no longer relevant to who you are now, and re-gift, sell or donate. This activity can also help us heal on the emotional and spiritual levels by bringing peace and closure. Add to this a few positive thoughts regarding your material supply and know that you are being taken care of.

315: Every so often it becomes necessary to acknowledge the things that no longer work for us. This includes releasing old and outdated feelings, emotions, thoughts, habits, and patterns. This clears the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Although sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry)! The key lies in acknowledging these feelings and not letting them take control. Today the angels are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them, then let them go and move on using them as stepping stone to the next level. 314: We’ve all heard the quote that states that our thoughts create reality. ( positive = positive and negative = negative) This is true…to a point. While positive thinking certainly helps, the truth is that you need to combine that with taking the necessary positive actions to help make things happen. Today we are being reminded that positive thought creates the framework while positive action opens the doors to opportunity. Do a little self assessment today and ask yourself “What action can I take to help me create my dreams and achieve my goals?” Take charge of your life and put your best foot forward. Remember….. small steps and each one moves you closer to the life you want!

313: During the winter months, we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however, offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine-tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) 312: The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. These important clues are designed to help us to improve our lives. We all have areas that need attention and if something is not okay, or isn’t working out for you then the time has come to move on to something better. The key is in being honest with yourself so don’t put Band-Aid on a problem and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements, and while changes take time remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over, remember that you are supported in every way!

39: While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions, and interests with those around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The ascended masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.

It promotes the optimistic mindset necessary to activate the manifestation process and nudges us into action. Citrine also helps us go with the flow and encourages us to explore all options so that we can make the best decisions for our journey.

Jade can provide aid in problem-solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self-confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade which attracts both prosperity and good luck. 37: Take some time today to engage in your favorite form of meditation. Remember that there is no need to sit still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from the Divine Sources, the Angel or Ascended Masters. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Ascended Masters are just reminding us today to embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!

Embrace the healing energy of Archangel Raphael. This enhances your personal healing abilities so that you are better equipped to help yourself and others when needed. He teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self confidence and faith.
