Don’t Be Discouraged:   Cat’s Angel Message for November 7, 2018 

November’s Theme: Our goal this month lies in watching our thoughts.  Remember that POSITIVE opens and draws and NEGATIVE closes and blocks. Stay focused on what you want and not what you fear.

117:  We start the day with a big hug from our angels. They are letting us know that we are on the right path and that the work we are doing is paying off. Don’t be discouraged if the results aren’t visible just yet. The key is to remember that you are in charge of creating YOUR reality and to look for the best in any given situation. Even if things don’t go quite as planned look for that one (or more) positive thing that happened and use that a stepping stone to ensure forward momentum. Ground, center and clear as needed because your peace of mind assists your energy level and keeps the positive vibes free flowing!




The Greek goddess Demeter is both mother and rescuer. She is nurturing and supportive as she surrounds us with her unconditional love. The Ascended Master Melchizedek can assist in undoing negative situations so that we can attract and create new things and increase our supply flow and Archangel Jophiel helps us to slow down and enjoy what’s going on around us.




Our Sacred Stone for today are Golden Topaz which promotes joy and helps us attract wealth and well being. And Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others.

1027:  Today the Universe is giving us a vacation day from the inner work that we have been doing. It’s is a great time time to show yourself a little love and recharge those spiritual batteries. Ground, clear and center, meditate, take yourself to lunch or a movie, buy yourself a present or just kick back with a good book or take a nature walk. On day’s like this our connection with Spirit and the angels tends to be relaxed and open. Gently meditate on messages that you receive and allow the information to come to you. Pay attention to things that excite or move you to take action as this will prepare you for some pretty nifty stuff headed our way in November!




Archangel Jophiel helps to slow down and just chill out. We all deserve some down time to rejuvenate our spirits. The Ascended Master Maitreya helps us find joy and laughter and the healing that lies within them. And the Welsh goddess Cordelia is a deity of nature and technically Spring is her season. However, she has shown up today to remind us that every season has it’s own unique beauty and healing energy. Embrace joy today to help you to escape stress and let go. She tells us: “Healing can be found in nature. Allow the beauty that surrounds you to renew your spirit and fill your soul with pure joy.”

1022:  Today we will continue to work on our positive thought process. Success lies in staying true to your yourself and your goals as it is this powerful belief that helps you manifest miracles and opportunities. Only you know what is best for you and your personal evolution. Your faith, both in yourself and in the Universe will also play a huge roll. Remember to try and  let go of the doubts, worries or fears that pop up. This is not always easy but if done  a step at a time it’s more manageable. If you feel at loose ends make  time to ground, clear, center and just breathe. The Universe is always here to support you and your efforts, and by allowing them to assist you your manifestation increases ten fold!

1014:  Every so often the angels encourage us to take some time for a little self care. Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Start your day by performing a self check, ground, center and release any negative energy that is stuck to you. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this…. see our Angelic Helper below). Then do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Just spend a little quality time with yourself.

Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

826: Fear, like anger and negative thinking happens and it’s normal (don’t let anyone tell you that they are not). However, just because they’re normal doesn’t mean that we should let ourselves get caught up in them. So it’s important  HOW we handle these emotions.  Fear can affect our outlook, our faith, our self confidence and even our lives. By allowing fear to take over  our lives and actions it breaks our faith and our forward momentum. On the other hand if we look for the underlying source of our fear and acknowledge it we find it easier to deal with  and our inner strength and our power as a creator grows. 813:  It’s a good day to relax and just be. The Ascended Masters (AM’s) are traveling with us today and their message is simple, ” The Universe supports you in all that you do and all your needs are being met. Trust in the guidance that you receive and allow the blessings to unfold.” Gentle reminders like this are quite often what we need to initiate a little down time. Remember that your ground, clear and center work is a good starting point for relaxation, then do whatever makes you feel chill or brings you peace. There are no right or wrong answers so allow yourself time to reset.

730:  Our message today invites us to indulge in a little self care. In order to hear and receive both divine guidance, as well as our own, we must take care of ourselves. This involves keeping our energy field clear so that we can be (and stay) focused and centered. Everyday our energy field absorbs bits and pieces of what goes on around us and these things can knock us out of balance. This balance is important when it comes to receiving guidance and messages. Take some time today to ground, center and clear. Clean up your path, pick a few weeds, plant something new and even blow a few dandelions. Don’t forget to harvest some good things along the way….. you’ve earned it!

713: Today is about granting ourselves time for  some much needed personal healing. We all have those small places inside where we hide or store things away. The Universe is telling us that it’s time to let the light shine in those places to get the energy moving. Set aside some time to clear and center, feel the sun on your face and hands, indulge in a walking meditation, do some earthing or even  the simple act of eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow and inspire the mind. Look for ways that will support and help you on your path to personal growth. Open your divine connection and ask for assistance or guidance. Listen to your intuition and pay attention to your dreams, many of the answers you seek dwell in these realms.

 June Theme: Balancing our need/desire for earthly materials (possessions, money etc) with focus and faith while staying grounded and present.

617:  We hear a lot about positive affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.




Archangel Uriel helps us to gain better spiritual understanding on a more personal level. He aids us with problem solving and making well informed decisions which impact our process of manifestation. The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”, and the Hindu God Ganesh works closely with Lakshmi. He is the remover of the obstacles that crop up and the ones we create for ourselves, while promoting peace and harmony.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Charoite. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear, and it helps to ground our spiritual self into everyday reality and provides perspective.

67: Our message today indicates positive progress. We have been doing a lot of work  with personal growth and change and the Universe is applauding our efforts. We have reached a balance check point today and the angels are asking us to make time for an internal review. Take a look and see how well balanced you are on your path and how this relates to material issues. If things are balanced out….. HIGH FIVE! However, if you are tipping the scale then it’s time to ground and center and make the adjustments needed to even things out. Actually, grounding and centering is a good plan either way. It clears the mind, promotes peace and sharpens your overall vision. Use meditation, walk barefoot in the grass or just sit and breathe. Remember that whatever works for you is the right way.




Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it.  The Ascended Master Buddha is called the Enlightened or Awakened One. During his life he lived as both prince and ascetic. When he achieved true enlightenment he came to realize that the key to happy living required moderation and balance in all things. He teaches us true peace is found through embracing these things, and the Egyptian Goddess Maat teaches us that the point of balance is thin and feather light. It is achieved through truth and self honesty. She tells us “ Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations. It is also truth that keeps your inner scales balanced, your energy free and your heart feather light.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Rhodonite. This gentle stone helps to balance both mental and physical energy. It shows us all sides to any given situation and  clears away confusion and helps to promote confidence. It’s calming influence helps us to ground and balance even during chaotic or upsetting situations.
