The name of March comes from ancient Rome, when March was the first month of the year and named Martius after Mars or Ares, the Greek god of war. •March’s birthstones are aquamarine and bloodstone. These stones symbolize courage.

Among the Wiccan sabbats, it is preceded by Imbolc and followed by Beltane. In the book Eight Sabbats for Witches by Janet and Stewart Farrar, the festival Ostara is characterized by the rejoining of the Mothe Goddess and her lover-consort-son, who spent the winter months in death. Other variations include the young God regaining strength in his youth after being born at Yule, and the Goddess returning to her Maiden aspect. Ostara is the virgin Goddess of spring. This holiday concerns the deity’s trip to the underworld, and their struggle to return from the Land of the Dead to Earth. When they accomplish this return, they have a life renewed. It was considered bad luck to wear anything new before Ostara, so the people would work through the winter in secret to make elegant clothes for the Sabbat celebration.

121:  Are you ready to create some good things this month? Well then welcome to December! This month we will be focusing on creating opportunities. The goal is to improve upon and create the life that you want for yourself and loved ones. Do your best to stay focused on what you want to accomplish and not on your fears, so release worries and concerns to your angels to keep your energy flowing. The work we do this month will set the tone for the new year. Allow intuition to be your guide and grab the blessings that come your way to help set things in motion.




Remember that sometimes people get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction. So to smooth the way you can call on Archangel Raguel to help resolve conflicts and disharmony with those around you as you work your creative magic. The number 1 by itself is also dominant and corresponds to confidence, personal awareness. motivation and independence. Match your thoughts to your desires and send that energy out into the universe. Remember to send any fears or doubts to the divine realm to be dealt with by the angels. Do not allow yourself to focus on them at this time or they could manifest into reality. The message from the Universe today says, “Do not be swayed by fear or negativity. Everything you do is backed by loving power. We ask that you take the time to see through the eyes of wisdom as this will help you make the best and right choices.”

Balancing Material Issues: Cat’s Angel Message for June 1, 2018 


 June Theme: Balancing our need/desire for earthly materials (possessions, money etc) with focus and faith while staying grounded and present.

61:  Our thoughts are powerful things. They can  bring us anything from great joy, peace or inspiration to anxiety and despair, along with everything in between. Material issues can often be the culprit. Sometimes it feels impossible to be super-positive all the time as some New Age “gurus” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental wellbeing. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn  negative’s over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”!  Acknowledge, let go and focus on  creative and positive solutions.




 Archangel Raziel can assist us in the manifestation process. Remember that the angels and masters will only help with what we need. So if you want more than that be willing to go the extra mile. The Ascended Master Solomon brings wisdom and understanding so that we can do things more efficiently. 21:  This month is all about stepping up and believing in yourself. Embrace the “I CAN” and “I AM” consciousness to jump start the new month. Stay focused on what you want to create for yourself and explore new avenues for growth. Your challenge lies in the letting go of outdated beliefs. Tomorrow is Imbolc which symbolizes new beginnings which makes this a great time to start planting Thought Seeds. Sow your inner garden now, and tend to the seeds you planted last month.be clear about  what you want to accomplish. No need to be too grandiose in your plans as sometimes starting small is better and provides more options. If you need direction ask the Universe and the angels for additional guidance.


 




 Archangel Michael points us in the right direction and helps us find our courage and the  motivation we need  to commit to our path. The Celtic goddess Brigid, who is honored at Imbolc fills us with inspiration and creative energy. She reminds us that with these gifts we can navigate any situation.
