With the help of the Universe both our spiritual and earthly needs are being met, both now and in the future. I know right now that this can be difficult to acknowledge however the combination of faith in Spirit and in your own power of manifestation creates a win-win situation. Take time each day to ground, center, and clear as this helps us to balance and keep our stress level down. This means that we are more open to receiving guidance from both the divine and our own intuition. Remember to look for the good and embrace whatever form it takes, even if it’s only “One Good Thing”. Small things add up so don’t turn one down when it comes your way. Take action accordingly and don’t be afraid to draw upon the power of YOU to help make things happen!

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.
Mookite, a form of Jasper that comes in many creamy color combinations, promotes decision making and versatility. These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure.
Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Bad days happen it’s just a fact of life. However in each bad day something good can be found. You have a choice….. wallow in the bad or embrace that one good thing. Remember that one small good thing has the power to change our attitude and our perspective.
Just like starting your day with a positive thought can help set the tone for the day ahead, ending your day the same way can help put the days events into perspective and help provide us with some inner peace. Look for the ONE GOOD THING (there is always at least one) and focus on that. Hold it close and extend it into tomorrow to create a positive platform to create from.

41: April starts with a reminder about watching our thoughts. This goes hand in hand with yesterday’s message about “the whirlpool of worry”. Do your best to stay focused on what you want to accomplish and hold love and faith in your heart.as this combination will help to draw good things your way. Even when things don’t go quite as expected look for one positive thing that came of it, there will always be at least one. Now take that “one thing” and add it to the foundation you are using to build your dreams on. This step by step process ensures that you will make thing happen and reach your ultimate goal! Remember, negativity happens (it’s normal!) be sure to acknowledge the source (don’t ignore it). Learning where it comes from helps us to open and grow and allows us more freedom to be the creator we are meant to be!

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. The Mayan goddess Ixchel helps to get our creative juices flowing by breaking through the barriers we have erected that are blocking our progress. Call on her if you are starting something new. ” Clear your mind and allow the creative source to fill you. New things are waiting for you to embrace them!”

Citrine. This happy and sunny crystal draws abundance and brings our self confidence forward. It promotes the optimistic mindset necessary to activate the manifestation process and nudges us into action. We can also use Citrine to help us sift through information and analyze situations so that we can move forward with positive intent. Citrine also helps us go with the flow and encourages us to explore all options so that we can make the best decisions for our journey.

Just a reminder today about looking for the good things life has to offer us. Living in joy really is a decision, a choice if you will. Remember to always look for that one good thing, the humor, the magic and the things that make you say AHHH!
Life is full of obstacles. Some are thrown in our way and some we create for ourselves. Both can effectively block our progress. What matters the most is how you handle them. It’s about choices. We can let them stop us or we can use them to build something positive. Find that one good thing and use it as a starting point. You always have options so be confident and creative and build something amazing!
Our goals and dreams are important. However we often let them slide because we become focused on why something won’t work, or isn’t right. We become SO focused on these WON’TS that we forget about looking for our ONE GOOD THING. That one good thing is a building block for “I can make this work!” So toss aside the won’t and start building with your WILL!
Just a reminder today to let yourself sparkle. Even when things aren’t going so well we can always find at least ONE GOOD THING that makes us smile or brings us happiness. Don’t let the Gloomy Gus’s of the world put a damper on your day. Look for the happy and drive the others crazy!

113: Blessings in disguise come in all forms including obstacles that can pop anywhere and at any time. The Universe wants us to remember that looks can be deceiving and that the key to dealing with these “blessings in disguise” lies in our ability to adapt to the changes they bring and to think outside the box. Remember that every obstacle (even those pesky blessings in disguise) brings a lesson or a series of lessons with it. Some are life lessons and some are karmic lessons. Either way, change is always an important component that can bring new opportunities and personal growth if we are willing to adapt and work with it and not fight against it. Shine the light of perspective on the situation and look for that “one good thing” to help you get started. Going with the flow and learning to adapt will be your greatest asset now. Our spiritual helpers are here to guide and assist us so ask for help if you need it.

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Sunstone has a strong connection to light and helps to harness the re energizing power of the sun during meditation and everyday life.
