215: Today the Universe is letting us know that change is on the horizon and these changes will make us stronger and make our lives better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through it. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how these changes happen keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role.  If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head on.  This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. Remember to check your progress and path often. If it feels right…. it is. But if you have doubts or it makes you uncomfortable be bold and make the necessary adjustments to keep you on track.

211:  Today’s message is related to our habits. Habits, both good and bad, are created through our thoughts and actions. Both new beginnings and positive change require us to break the hold of outdated or bad habits in order to create new growth. There comes a time when we need to perform a self check up. (that day is today) It’s important to periodically take a look within and find those dark and dusty areas that require clean up or a serious overhaul. Letting go of what no longer serves us in a positive way helps us  to cordially invite new growth and opportunities into our lives.  Changing our habits is a work in progress and patience and confidence are required. Today the angels are reminding us we are all powerful creators who are worthy and capable of manifesting amazing things. Pay attention to signals and information you receive. Even if you can’t put this information to use right away it’s worth remembering so that when the goal presents itself you are ready to run with it.

210: Every day we receive signals and messages from the people around us and from the Universe. We see them, hear them and feel them both energetically and physically. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted and not paying attention. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with our heart and spirit. Our spiritual helpers have much to share with us and  it’s important that we pay attention. (Remember that these messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings and those mind blowing AH-HA! moments.) Open up today and allow yourself to receive the information that is  headed your way.
