Encouraging Growth: Cat’s Angel Message for October 31, 2017   

October’s Theme: Divine guidance and messages. Thoughts, ideas, insights, or even warnings. These messages are important for us personally, emotionally and spiritually so work on staying open  to the information that you receive.

Loving, hating, having expectations: all these are attachments. Attachment prevents the growth of one’s true being.

1031:  As we close out the month of October by working with  the Ascended Masters. Since the AM’s lived among us during their time on earth they have a better understanding of our thoughts, our problems and what we need and want. Aside from offering us assistance one of  their goals is to help us focus on Divine truth which helps keep us centered on our path and headed ifn the right direction. Like the angels you can call upon them any time. If you are feeling down or confused they can show you how to shift your thoughts into the positive. Their peaceful and loving energy will help ease your mind and help you see things in a different light.  Today they are asking us to close out the month at peace with ourselves!

Simply call upon the Ascended Masters as whole or ask Jesus or Buddha to bring you peace. Our Sacred Stone for today is Moldavite which elevates our consciousness and helps us to connect directly to the Ascended Masters.

Thought For The Day: Oct. 6, 2017 “A Dangerous Place”

We have made it to Friday,

This has been a pretty sad week with the senseless act of violence in Las Vegas topping the list. Einstein had it right, the world IS a dangerous place to live. It takes events like this to show both the best and worst of human nature. It takes ALL of us to create unity, community and peace. While it sounds cliche, one person can make a difference to a few, but working together can make a difference to many. Be an everyday kind of hero, one who stands up for others and for what they believe in. Be a peace warrior and make peace wherever you can. Stand strong in the face of evil and adversity and you will find others standing beside you.

She Speaks: Cat’s Angel Message for September 13, 2017  

September’s Theme:  Life Purpose.  Sometimes we have a clear vision of what that is and sometimes we don’t. Many of us fall into the second category and that’s OK!  Remember that everything you do has an impact on your world and the people in it and around you. Life Purpose can be very simple, like making “tiny miracles” happen for others or even making your own life or the life of a loved one better.  Sometimes the small things are the best!

913: I love readings like the one I have for you this morning because today’s number corresponds to the Sacred Feminine, the goddess and intuition. Just like the Angels and the Ascended Masters the Sacred Feminine/ Goddess can also helps us with our Life Purpose. Her energy is is warm and comforting and can be easily felt simply being outdoors. The Sacred Feminine/Goddess is assisting us today by sharing her loving energy. I know it doesn’t seem like it with all all the natural disasters we are currently having but to me her message is clear:

” I am saddened by the disregard and hate that humans have for each other and the world. I implore you to embrace each other as family always, and not just during times of hardship. I share my deep love for you in hopes that you will in turn share it with others and continue to do so.”

It’s through the Sacred Feminine/Goddess that we learn a more loving and nurturing way of doing things. It  starts by loving ourselves and by embracing that love we are able to share it with others. This healing and compassionate flow of energy we create through Unity and Community is necessary for personal growth and the growth of mankind. Be confident in your ability to make a difference and let your light shine!

The Sacred Feminine/Goddess is the female aspect of Spirit and like Spirit she is called by many names. Today we can work with Mother Mary who helps to fill our hearts with peace and love She is warm and compassionate and helps everyone regardless of path or religion. The Chinese goddess Kuan Yin, Lady of Mercy, will also help all who ask. She helps us to learn to embrace the gifts of giving and sharing as well as loving compassion for self and others. We can also call upon the Hindu Universal Goddess Devi. Devi helps those who want to help others and teaches us how to build better relationships with those around us. Our Sacred Stones for the day are Rose Quartz to bring healing peace, and Blue Lace Agate which supports feelings of peace and nurturing energy. The energy of these stones is both calm and gentle which is perfect for sending out healing vibes!

Making the World a Bigger Place: Cat’s Angel Message for September 9, 2017

99: The angels are once again calling out to all Lightworker’s and Peace Warriors as you are needed during this time. Remember that even small things matter and whatever contribution that you make helps create better things for all. Send love and light out to the whole world , small groups or simply start with an individual. Each of us is a Lightworker to some degree and it is part of everyone’s Life Purpose/Mission. We are all capable of spreading healing and peaceful energy to those who need it. When we all  work together on this common cause healing and miracles can and do happen. Never be afraid to embrace your inner healer and share that energy with those around you!

Thought for the Day: August 8, 2017 “The Nature of Self Care”

Happy Tuesday!

There are times when you just need to get outside, away from the confining walls where most of us spend our weekdays. Nature can help provide us with needed self care and stress relief. Doing something as simple as sitting in the sun for 10 minutes can clear the mind and help you to relax. I used to take my lunch break at a nearby park every day, sun, rain, or snow. I’d watch the butterflies and the birds along the river. It was a great way to put the job behind me for a time and I always left feeling refreshed. So today I leave you with these pagan words of wisdom!

Well we have finally made it to Friday and the weekend. It’s time to let go of the upsets and annoyances, ground, center and clear. With the new moon coming up on Sunday (5:46 am EST) it’s the perfect time for a little self care before the new cycle starts. Do what you need to do to get yourself back into balance and harmony. Remember… you are a wonderful, amazing being who is worthy of all the blessings the universe has to offer!

Happy Tuesday!

Everyday things happen, some are good and some are bad. We can become frustrated, angry or upset and these emotions change the way we think. We are a little less rational, calm or focused. Have you noticed that the bad things seem to stay with us and affect us longer than the good? I have always wondered why that is (if you know I’d love to hear it!) The best way to get back on track is take a moment to center and just breathe. As you take some deep calming breaths, remind yourself that everything will be okay, Embrace calming energy and restore focus and peace.

Peace and inner peace is not provided by others. It cannot be found in the things you have or don’t have. It can only be provided by YOU. It’s a gift that you give to yourself. Peacefulness is found in knowing when and what to let go of and by acknowledging the things that really matter. Peacefulness is the equivalent of spiritual as it’s an attitude, a way of living and a personal choice that honors your inner divine being.

You, Yourself: Cat’s Angel Message for June 23, 2017 

June Theme: Balance – Focus – Faith 

You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserves your love and affection. ~The Buddha

623: Today is a self assessment day. How do you feel? Are you peacefully centered or do you feel off kilter? Either way make sure to take some time to ground, center and clear. Take a deep breathe and allow peace to fill your entire being. The ascended masters are offering their assistance today so if you need help… just ask. Loving reassurance is easily obtained as well by acknowledging them and tapping into the peaceful energy they offer. When we are at peace this energy can be felt by those around us and it opens the pathways that allow good things to stop by for a visit!

 You can call on any Ascended Master today, just choose your favorite! However, if it’s peace and balance  you are looking for then Buddha is the “man”. I know that I refer to him quite often but his energy is amazing and can be felt as a warm glow from your heart chakra. Our Sacred Stone is Rose Quartz. This is another regular “go-to”. It’s energy is soft and peaceful and very healing for those who need self care and healing.

It Takes Patience: Cat’s Angel Message for June 12, 2017 


June Theme: Balance – Focus – Faith


No great thing is created suddenly.  ~Epictetus


612:  Divine timing is the message for today. Divine timing means that things happen when all the pieces have fallen into place. Our dreams do not manifest until the Universe knows that we are ready to handle them. We can help divine timing by staying focused on our goals, having faith in the Universe and ourselves, and by grabbing the opportunities that present themselves to build a firm foundation to support our dreams. Remember that patience is the key to all manifestation and a positive attitude helps to open the doors and pathways you need to move forward!


Archangel Sandalphon makes sure that our prayers and requests are forwarded to the angels and ascended masters who can provide the best assistance. Buddha  helps us to balance our thoughts and energies and Pele’s fiery energy  clears the way to setting and meeting our goals. Our Sacred Stones are: Danburite promotes changes, patience and peace of mind. We can also use Amber which bestows a positive mental state and helps us find balance, patience and aids in decision making.
