54:  Today the universe is reassuring us that the changes we are experiencing are for the best. Even though things in our lives may not be perfect, change draws new blessings and people who make it interesting and help us on our path of personal evolution. These periods of growth are an important part of life, and the truth is that we are all striving to be the best person that we can be. Remember, the key is to go with the flow and try not to fight or resist the changes taking place. Just do your best to allow them to happen and work with them, making the best choices that you can. The Universe and our helpers are here to assist and support us during these important personal transitions.




Archangel Michael is the go to angel and he surrounds us with a little extra protection during periods of change. He also provides direction when we need it and the motivation and commitment to see things through while helping us to clear space for new things. The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He  teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead. And,  the Yoruban goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that  change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”

It is a good companion crystal that provides the strength and perseverance needed to navigate the winds of change.   The gentle energy of Seraphinite clears the heart chakra and helps to open us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life, and shows the changes that we need to make to best helps us on our path. And Amethyst to dispel anxiety and fear that often accompany change. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. It is also connected to Archangel Michael which allows us to feel his energy and the energy of divine love.

424:  Today the Universe is asking us to stop and consider what is important to us. Our lives and personal well being are a work in progress, and everyday we are faced with choices and options that help us on our path. Too often we put a temporary band-aid on something and hope it holds or we find ourselves wasting time on things (people, activities, energy) that keep us from moving forward. The key to our personal evolution lies in focusing on the things that serve us best. Making choices that resonate with our inner core and bring us a sense of fulfillment and joy keep us true to ourselves and on the right  path. Connect with your spiritual helpers today and ask for help or just talk with them. By strengthening your connections it becomes easier to manifest your desires and goals into reality.




Archangel Michael helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles that pop up. He teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self confidence. The Ascended Master Saint Germain provides courage and direction as we navigate life’s ups and downs. He helps us when dealing with those well meaning people who try to push us away from our path. And, the Hawaiian goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. She  says, “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”




Our Sacred Stones for today include: Labradorite to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back. Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions and Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships.

414:  Our Spa Day from yesterday carries over into today. The Universe is asking us to release our worries and fears to make room inside for inner peace. Our spiritual helpers will be assisting us with exchanging the negative and stressful with peaceful and positive. It’s time to release what no longer serves your highest good or brings you joy. We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all things stay the same if we don’t try. This releasing is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things. While this process is never easy, remember that you are a work in progress and that your personal evolution is important.  The key here is to trust in yourself and the Universe. You know what you need so allow yourself the ultimate freedom by cutting the cords that are holding you down. Accept the challenge!




Continue working with Archangel Michael. He will protect you through the changes and the letting go process. Michael blesses us with the knowledge of our own worth and provides direction and the courage we need to move forward. The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be healing opportunity. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back. Along the way we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward. And, the Hindu goddess White Tara says, “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following; Lava Stone which is a powerful symbol of our own energy. It is a stone of rebirth and helps us to burn away unneeded layers so we can initiate new growth. Galena which helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past, and Satin Spar Selenite makes it a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.

The Stairway Of Life: Cat’s Angel Message for January 8, 2019

Life is a series of steps. Things are done gradually. Once in a while there is a giant step, but most of the time we are taking small, seemingly insignificant steps on the stairway of life. – Ralph Ransom




18:  A new year means new beginnings, new hopes and new dreams. But new things can sit in the wings if you haven’t done the  necessary work needed to take the next steps. Taking ALL the steps even the baby ones are important in our quest for personal evolution. Creating, generating new blessings is the goal.  Today the Universe is telling us that it’s our time to shine that it’s time to get moving….. NOW. Finish up old business to make room for new opportunities. Allow your inner wisdom to guide you. Remember that you already know what you need to let go of so find your strength and courage to do the work to make it happen. Free yourself and your energy to become the amazing creator that you are meant to be!




Archangel Michael helps us find the courage and motivation that we need to tie up loose ends and finish things. And as always he surrounds us with his divine protection.  The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps us to diffuse any unpleasant situations that arise during times of personal change. He works with color  so pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant. The Greek goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. This lady has both an iron will and compassion. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasure can form the foundations that you need.”




Our Sacred Stone is Sugilite which is sometimes called Archangel Michael’s stone. This is a stone of spiritual love and awareness and promotes Divine interaction and communication. Sugilite also encourages positive thinking and teaches us to live our truth and to trust our intuition.

Plant them early and begin the nurturing process that which will begin to “sprout” at Imbolc (Feb. 2). Remember to keep your intentions realistic. Reaching for the stars is great just be sure to take all the steps including the baby steps  as this will make it easier to accomplish your goals.  Baby steps are important in the overall process of creation as they insure that everything is in place and that you are ready for the next step. Today our Angels are letting us know that the wheels are turning and things are happening behind the scenes. Ask for assistance or direction when you need it and above all stay optimistic and focused on the best possible outcome.




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By  keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. Making them easier to see and grasp. The Ascended Master Jesus embodies faith, he also provides a clear and direct line of communication to the Divine and he helps all who ask. And the Yoruban Goddess Oya  teaches us that change is necessary to our personal evolution. These are designed to  inspire and encourage us to transcend our self imposed limitations. She tells us ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include Mahogany Obsidian. This gentle stone  keeps us grounded and protects as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, and helps promote growth on all levels. Our next stone is Carnelian. It is a creative stone that keeps us in the present and brings motivation and creative thinking which can help us in setting and prioritizing our goals. And finally we have our trusty Rose Quartz to help us see and appreciate the beauty around and within us.

Happy Wednesday,


Life is full of challenges. Some are easily dealt with and others require more strength and determination. Sometimes when we are faced with those difficult challenges we tend to sell ourselves short. We tell ourselves that we “can’t do it”  because we are afraid of the changes it may bring or we are simply afraid to try. Remember that you are stronger and more resilient  than you think. Be willing to embrace what life throws at you and reap the rewards of  empowerment and personal evolution.
