328:  Prosperity and abundance comes in many forms and is more than just money. Too often people focus on money or material things instead of seeing the whole picture. The truth is that people who focus on everyday “tiny miracles” and live in gratitude are happier and more at peace and it is up to us  to recognize and acknowledge the true forms of prosperity and abundance when they arrive.  Today the Ascended Masters are reminding us that we live in the flow of Divine abundance. It surrounds everything we do and it’s important to to be aware of our prosperity on all levels. The old adage of “counting your blessings” is key for today. Acknowledge your personal prosperity and abundance and embrace the richness of your life!




Angels of Abundance include Archangel Raziel who helps to manifest prosperity and abundance, Barakiel who brings good fortune and helps us to open our hearts to receive. Gamaliel who brings gifts, blessings and abundance and Pathiel who helps to open the gates of positive manifestation. The Ascended Master Buddha who teaches us that the key to happy living resides in balancing all areas of life and that peace brought through moderation. And the Roman goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance in it’s many forms as well as attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. Cast aside your worry and embrace the richness of your life because you have so much to grateful for.”

We may not always be aware of it, but we all create and repeat affirmations constantly. The problem is, we typically don’t pay attention to exactly what those affirmations are saying. Often we go through the day giving ourselves all sorts of contradictory, or even negative messages. We may project confidence to the world around us, while our inner dialogue says… I hope this works. I am so nervous about this. I hope I don’t blow it. Affirmations are self fulfilling prophecies. If we say, This is never going to work … then chances are excellent it never will. – John Assaraf




313:  The Ascended Masters are telling us that today is a good time to do a little self-work. During the winter months we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!




Archangel Michael assists us with space clearing. Ask him to help you to make room within so that you can welcome new things. He helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles that pop up. He teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self confidence. The Ascended Master Maitreya shows us the healing and cleansing power of laughter and how it can be used for healing. He teaches us that laughter and joy creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. She helps us to clear space (both in our physical home and our inner home) to make room for new things and teaches us the value of letting go of what we no longer need. ” If something does not make your heart sing put it where it belongs or set it free. This will clear your inner and outer sacred space. Then open the doors and invite the new blessings inside.”

We can also use Angelite to help us connect to the universe and it’s helpers, it also has a gentle energy that compliments that of Rose Quartz.

39:  While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions and interests with the world around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The ascended masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.




Archangel Chamuel helps us to uncover things we have lost or forgotten about. This includes our life mission and the thing that we excel at. Relationships are also in his realm of expertise, like the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. 226:  Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care for is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it. Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”

Today the Universe is asking us to engage in some positive self expression. Communication is the key that will unlock these doors. No need to be aggressive or project anger because you can be forceful and still be positive. There will always be those people who think they know what’s best for you. If something doesn’t work for you or is pushing you in the wrong direction say so. You have a voice and your Spiritual Helpers are behind you all the way. If you need courage or help finding your voice ask your angels for help.




Archangel Haniel helps us to find our voice and guides our words so that we can express ourselves with grace and poise. The Ascended Master Melchizedek surrounds us with the positive energy needed to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise when we try to get a point across. 214: Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to turn any fears or worries over to them and make room for some self love. By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!

12: Blessings await those you are willing to go the extra mile to  make things happen. Personal growth and evolution is a big deal this year as we look for new ways to express our authenticity. Faith and courage are our keywords for today so if you need a boost dig deep within or ask the Universe for help.


The first week of the new year is a great time to set your intentions for what you want to accomplish. These intention are like seeds. Plant them early and begin the nurturing process that which will begin to “sprout” at Imbolc (Feb. 2). Remember to keep your intentions realistic. Reaching for the stars is great just be sure to take all the steps including the baby steps  as this will make it easier to accomplish your goals.  Baby steps are important in the overall process of creation as they insure that everything is in place and that you are ready for the next step. Ask for assistance or direction when you need it and above all stay optimistic and focused on the best possible outcome.




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By  keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. Making them easier to see and grasp. The Ascended Master Jesus embodies faith, he also provides a clear and direct line of communication to the Divine and he helps all who ask. And the Yoruban Goddess Oya  teaches us that change is necessary to our personal evolution. These are designed to  inspire and encourage us to transcend our self imposed limitations. Our Sacred Stones for today include Mahogany Obsidian. This gentle stone  keeps us grounded and protects as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, and helps promote growth on all levels. Our next stone is Carnelian. It is a creative stone that keeps us in the present and brings motivation and creative thinking which can help us in setting and prioritizing our goals. And finally we have our trusty Rose Quartz to help us see and appreciate the beauty around and within us.
