119: Our lives are made up of endings and beginnings. At the start of the new year (and a new decade!) we are offered the chance at both. End what doesn’t work or feel right and replace these things by beginning something new. There is an old saying that goes “When one door closes another one opens.” and the Universe is asking us to take that phrase and our “January Theme” to heart today. By holding optimistic light for ourselves and meeting the day with a sense of adventure we can navigate these revolving cycles with ease. Each new cycle brings opportunities and blessings that help us to lead better and more fulfilling lives. Allow new doors to open and don’t let small setbacks or obstacles to stop your momentum.  Start with baby steps and acknowledge the tiny miracles with a grateful heart and don’t forget to shed goodwill on those around you. Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self-confidence. Peridot can also teach us how to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.


Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings. This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns.

I hear many people talk about their longing for a balanced life. What I think they are really expressing is a desire for a life with less pressure. – Mary Anne Radmacher




118: The Universe is asking us to perform a balance check today and reminding us that doing this regularly is in our best interest and an important part of our self-care routine.  Remember that there is a fine line between giving and receiving and tipping the scales in either direction can an imbalance.  By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. If you find that you are tipping the scales in either direction take the time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals.




The Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain our self-confidence and faith.  He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.

 Garnet. This deep red stone helps us to let go of old, outdated and harmful ideas, and patterns. This is important to achieving overall balance as we sometimes do things just because we can and have been allowed to get away with it. Garnet also promotes balance by helping to clear and re-energize the chakras.


The washy earth tones of Picasso Marble help to calm feelings of stress and anxiety as it settles the mind and keeps us grounded.


 Rose Quartz brings inner peace and harmony. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. 117: We are the masters of our own destiny and the creators of our own reality. While this may sound cliche… it’s also the truth. All the work we’ve done and the changes we have made and are making are starting to pay off and the Universe is encouraging us to stick to our path. Hold your course and find the things that are important to you. Make a conscious decision to focus on them. Simplify if needed and readjust your course to stay on track. Remember that you cannot control everything so listen to your inner guidance and let go of your worries and fears as you continue to push onward. Our angels understand that we sometimes get discouraged when results don’t happen right away. So they are reminding us to have faith in ourselves and in the loving energy of the Divine. The wheels are turning behind the scenes and things are falling into place.

116: Our thoughts and actions shape and create our reality and the Universe is reminding us that we have the power within us to manifest anything and everything that we need.  Faith- Perspective- Focus are today’s keywords. Have faith in what you want to create (dreams and goals). Use your powers of perception and look for that “one good thing” and use it to create that first step. Stay focused on what you want and on your desired outcome and give them nudges and tweaks to keep things moving in the right direction and by keeping your expectations high you generate a mindset that embodies gratitude as it creates a positive flow of blessings.  The biggest key to the creation process lies in finding and maintaining a balance between our material and spiritual sides. Learning to appreciate and be grateful for what we have allows us to clearly see new blessings when they arrive. 115: The new year just like any new cycle brings new beginnings and change. Remember that the key to embracing change lies in our perception of it and how we deal with it. There are three options where change is concerned:


 Fight it: Struggling with change keeps us from growing (emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and creates unneeded stress which can keep us from achieving our desired dreams and goals.


 Ignore it: Change will happen anyway, however, we forfeit our control of the creation process and can wind up settling for less.


 Work with it: This allows you to take an active roll in the creation process. By embracing change we can set things in motion then allow things to unfold naturally and nudge things along as needed.


Today the Universe is asking us to make friends with change and to elevate our thinking. Stay focused on what’s important in your life and continue working toward a positive outcome. Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work, so most people don’t recognize them. – Ann Landers




113:  Our message today is about blessings in disguise. They come in all forms including obstacles that can pop anywhere and at any time. The Universe wants us to remember that looks can be deceiving and that the key to dealing with these “blessings in disguise”  lies in our ability to adapt to the changes they bring. Remember that every obstacle (even those pesky blessings in disguise) brings a lesson or a series of lessons with it.  Some are life lessons and some are karmic lessons. Either way, change is always an important component that can bring new opportunities and personal growth if we are willing to adapt and work with it and not fight against it. Shine the light of perspective on the situation and look for that “one good thing” to help you get started. Going with the flow and learning to adapt will be your greatest asset now. Our spiritual helpers are here to guide and assist us so ask for help if you need it.




Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. 112: Winter is a time of introspection and by looking within we gain valuable knowledge and insights into who we are, who we want to be and where we want to go.  This is the first step to initiating personal growth as it helps to clear the pathways and makes it possible for letting go of old habits and beliefs.  Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to these old habits. While they may “feel” comfortable the truth is that we hold onto these things because we are afraid of change or have a fear of failure. The Universe is reminding us that we can’t grow if we refuse to accept the changes that are offered and needed. As you explore your own inner workings remember to pay attention to any recurring thoughts and ideas. The key lies in the way we perceive the information provided. The humble Agate is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.


Lepidolite helps us to focus on the important things. It filters out distractions and obsessive thinking as it soothes and heals stress, reminding us to just breathe.

111: Today’s number embodies manifestation and prosperity so keep this month’s theme in mind because choosing your thoughts with care and direction will be the key to a successful creation. 111 is also a repeating number and strongly resonates with new beginnings, individuality, success, growth, and positive decision making. Don’t waste your energy on petty drama, negative self-talk or fearful thinking lest you inadvertently manifest those instead. Make sure that your thoughts match your dreams and goals and keep things on the positive side of the path. If you do find yourself tilting toward worry or fear acknowledge these feelings and then turn them over to the angels to transform into something better. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!
