44: Our Spiritual Helpers (Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and Deities ) surround us all the time even though we may not be aware of it. Their job is to protect, help and guide us when we need it. Our helpers will always do what’s best for us, but remember that we limit their influence when we give them specific instructions or place conditions on what kind of help we need. Asking for help and then letting them do their job opens the way to receiving all the blessings the Universe has in store for us including some we never even dreamed of!




Open the lines of communication and strike up a conversation with your Spiritual Helpers today, and simply ask for what you need right now. (protection, healing, assistance etc.) You can also call on the Archangels for help or for specific concerns: Ariel helps with all areas of environmental concerns and animals. Azrael helps the grieving and those who are transitioning. Chamuel helps in all areas of relationships. Gabriel helps artists and all issues of fertility. Haniel enhances our healing abilities Jeremiel helps us make positive life changes. Jophiel helps to work through ugly situations and promotes a new positive light on them Metatron helps issues involving children. Michael offers protection. Raguel empowers the underdog and helps resolve arguments. Raphael assists in all areas of healing. Raziel helps us to manifest what we need. Sandalphon delivers our prayers to the Divine and to specific angels or ascended masters. Uriel helps in all areas and life lessons




Our Sacred Stones for today include:  Aventurine which teaches us to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions, and Kunzite which can help us to create a balanced partnership with the Universe as it opens your heart to receiving Divine love.

43:  Everyone needs a loving support system, which consists of friends and family. However we also have help in the Divine realms in the form of the angels,the ascended masters or our patron Goddess/God. By sharing our hopes, dreams, fears or even grief with our support systems the wheels begin to turn and things are set in motion and  we elevate our  overall success and healing rate. We then find that we are able to work the small miracles that enrich our lives as well as appreciating the tiny miracles that bring peace and joy on a daily level. The Universe is also encouraging us to take a look at both lifestyle and home. Ask yourself what changes you can make that will bring more balance, peace and good vibes into your situation and environment.




Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back from negative situations by showing us all the good things in other areas of of our lives. Remember that goodness and beauty surround us all the time, so stay open to receiving these blessings. The Ascended Master Serapis Bey brings us the necessary spiritual insight we need when dealing with negative people, feelings or situations. By surrounding yourself with loving energy you can find the peace you need to deal with off color moments. Don’t Give Up: Cat’s Angel Message for April 2, 2019 


 April Theme: We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.




Don’t give up. There are too many nay-sayers out there who will try to discourage you. Don’t listen to them. The only one who can make you give up is yourself. – Sidney Sheldon




42: There are times when life is difficult or things just aren’t going our way. When this happens we can lose faith in ourselves, the world or with the divine. Everyone goes through this, we are only human after all. When we feel negative we tend to draw that kind of energy to us so it’s important to recognize and acknowledge it and then do our best to nip it in the bud. Today the Angels are reminding us that they are here and that our prayers and requests have been heard and are being answered. Remember that divine timing will come into play here. If not everything has lined up yet or we are simply not ready for our need to be fulfilled, things will take longer to manifest. Don’t be discouraged and  keep nurturing your faith and patience.  If you find yourself bogged down with fear, worry or negative energy try one of the following: smudge yourself with sage, go outside and ground yourself, meditate or take a nature walk. This self care will help to clear your energy field as well as your mind. Free flowing energy draws more of what we need directly to us and helps us manifest more quickly.




Today we are working with Archangels Uriel and Michael. Uriel helps us to work through life lessons and assists us in solving the problems that life throws at us and Michael brings courage when we need it most and helps us to find direction and stay on track. The Ascended Master Jesus helps us when we find ourselves lacking in faith, he promotes peace within and helps us feel Divine love. And the Babylonian goddess Ishtar reminds us that “The process of change can be intimidating and keep us rooted in fear. Remember to stay clear on what you want.This focus will shine like a beacon and hold the darkness at bay.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Amethyst. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies, which it transmutes into something more positive while dispelling anxiety and fear It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. It is also connected to Archangel Michael which allows us to feel his energy and the energy of divine love.

Knowing What To Do: Cat’s Angel Message for April 1, 2019

41:  April starts with a reminder about watching our thoughts. This goes hand in hand with yesterday’s message about “the whirlpool of worry”. Do your best to stay focused on what you want to accomplish and hold love and faith in your heart. This combination will help to draw good things into your life. Even when things don’t quite go your way look for one positive thing that came of it, there will always be at least one. Now take that “one thing” and add it to the foundation you are using to build your dreams on. This step by step process ensures that you will make thing happen and reach your ultimate goal! Remember, negativity happens (it’s normal!) be sure to acknowledge the source (don’t ignore it). Learning where it comes from helps us to open and grow and allows us more freedom to be the creator we are meant to be!




Archangel Michael offers us his protection as we navigate our path and encounter new things. If you ask him for guidance he will be there to assist. He teaches us that through perseverance we can achieve anything. From the Ascended Master Buddha we learn that keeping ourselves balanced is essential to our forward progress and the key to balance lies in moderation of all things.  And the Hindu goddess White Tara says “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.”

This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions as it gently promotes creative thinking and creative problem solving. Tourmaline to help promote strength and courage when facing new challenges,  and Rainforest Rhyolite which helps overcome blocks and obstacles that keep us from moving forward.

When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don’t adjust the goals, adjust the action steps. – Confucius




331:  It’s normal for us to think about the future and what it holds for us. Too often though we find ourselves getting caught in the “whirlpool of worry” . We spin round and round agonizing over what “might ” happen. ( What if?- Should I?- I want to…. but…) Thinking about and planning for the future is a good thing, however excessive worrying about it is counter productive. It saps our resources and energy that we could be investing in something else. Today is the last day of March which  means the end of a cycle. Your future is an adventure so be bold and take that first step (even if it’s a small one). Release your worries to the Universe and avoid the “whirlpool” by taking things a day at time and let things fall into place!




Archangel Zadkiel helps us to avoid the whirlpool of worry. He boosts our faith and fills our hearts with peace and calm. He also helps us to remember information that will help us on this grand adventure. The Ascended Master El Morya helps us to stay grounded in the present and shows us how to stick to our commitment to keep growing and moving forward and the Greek goddess Nike tells us “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

330:  Have you ever noticed that sometimes it’s hard to admit that we need help? It happens…..you know it does! While being self sufficient is a good thing there are times when we just can’t do it alone. The refusal to ask for or accept help is born out of pride and ego.While these things are good in small doses we have to know when to put them on the shelf when they get in the way. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and sometimes we need a little more. Remember, there is absolutely no shame in asking for help. You can start with the Angels and the Ascended Masters, they are always available (I always ask Archangel Michael, he’s my go-to guy!) and ready to assist you in anything that brings peace to you and your loved ones.




Archangel Sandalphon delivers our prayers to the Divine and to the specific angels or ascended masters best suited for our current needs. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over. 329:  Today’s number revolves around our “life mission”. Your life mission is essentially an area where you feel compelled to serve. While some do big things in a big way, most of us do small things in small ways. Both  make a difference to the people around us. The truth is that it’s not about how much you do but what you do that matters. Simply by helping one person you are making a difference, and by helping others we help ourselves in the process. This creates a chain reaction as people pass it on. Life missions vary just like paths do, so never let someone else tell you your mission (or path is wrong). You know what you need to do. If it feels right, brings you joy and helps you grow then you are headed in the right direction.




Archangel Chamuel offers clear guidance as we go about our life missions. He teaches us that when we move forward with heart felt gratitude we are able to see things more clearly and have a better understanding of what we need and what others really need as well. The Ascended Master Mother Mary surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love. She teaches us about compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. And the Chinese goddess Kuan Yin embodies, compassion and mercy. 328:  Prosperity and abundance comes in many forms and is more than just money. Too often people focus on money or material things instead of seeing the whole picture. The truth is that people who focus on everyday “tiny miracles” and live in gratitude are happier and more at peace and it is up to us  to recognize and acknowledge the true forms of prosperity and abundance when they arrive.  Today the Ascended Masters are reminding us that we live in the flow of Divine abundance. 327:  Spring is the season of new beginnings, new growth and change, all of which are integral parts of our path. So how do you know if you are on the right path and headed in the right direction? First of all remember that everyone’s path is unique and you are truly the only one who knows what’s best for you. Walking your path involves courage, trust in Spirit, ourselves and our own inner magick. We are being reminded that our intuition is a valuable gift. We are all able to discern right from wrong, what feels right and what doesn’t and what brings us joy. Now add to that your intuitive gifts and you’ll find your path and new paths opening up before you . If you are unsure of your next “step” take some time to think about or meditate on where you want to be then move forward making the necessary adjustments as you go. Allow yourself to move forward with confidence, set you intentions high and know that the the Universe is there to help you.

326:  One of the jobs that our angels perform is to insure that our needs are being met. While sometimes it may not feel like it, in all reality it is. In today’s society people tend to want more than they need to live. If you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. (I know I can) When the angels tell us that they are making sure sure our needs are met they are speaking of the necessities. Money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing etc. They are here to assist, not to provide excess. If we aspire to have more then we need we must to do our part to make it happen. Working with angels, ascended masters etc. is a partnership! Today we are reminded that our needs truly are being met. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!




Archangel Uriel can help us in any area of life. One of his powers lies in helping us to solve problems that crop up unexpectedly. He shows us the best way to work through them so that we free up our energy and invite progress. The Hindu deities Ganesh and Green Tara can also help. Ganesh helps us to avoid and remove any obstacles that fall into our path. He teaches us that such things are usually self imposed and that the core of these issues lies in our fear of moving forward. Green Tara who is sometimes called the “speedy ” goddess helps us when we need emergency aid, whether it’s spiritual or physical assistance, or money issues she hears and answers all requests. She says, “Come and sit beside me. Breathe and calm your mind and heart. In the center of your being lives the fire of your own creation, feel it and bring it forward. Allow it to bring with it your confidence and courage, do not fear, I am here with you.”




Our Sacred Stones for today are: Nebula Stone which allows you to see the value of the things around you and promotes the appreciation of what you have. Labradorite which allows magic to happen, reduces stress and anxiety while letting you see all the possible solutions and Chrysoprase helps us to patterns and cycles that are holding us back and how to break them.
