1231: As the old year comes to a close we are receiving an important message from our Spirit Helpers: “You are amazing beings and you have grown in so many ways over the past year. This old cycle has been difficult and you have overcome many obstacles with grace and courage. As you enter into this new year shift your thoughts to a higher level of love and peace. This will be essential to your continued growth and your power as a creator. . Stay focused and confident and above all continue to have faith in yourself. By living your truth and claiming your authentic self you are fully capable of creating the life you desire for both you and your loved ones. Creation begins with you and spreads to those around you and continues outward like ripples in a pond. Enter the new year with a new outlook on life. We are here and ready to help you all you need do is ask.”

The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. He can also help to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise as we go through change and transformation. Since he helps us heal through color, pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant.

Each time we let go of something that no longer serves us we are in truth embracing a “little death” and fear often accompanies the letting go process. One of Kali’s greatest lessons is through our worst fears lies the freedom we gain in conquering them. She says: “Dreams must be created with focus and intent. I will help you to embrace the courage and motivation that you need to see things through to a successful conclusion.”

Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward. Often referred to as the gardener’s stone Moss Agate helps us connect to nature, the earth, and our own inner garden as well. Carry it with you or wear it during times of new growth.

Dioptase helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.

Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings the rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted. It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

1229: As we enter the final days of December and get ready to say goodbye to the old year we are being given this gentle reminder. By working with the Universe and it’s helpers we learn that we are powerful creators in our own right. While we regularly receive assistance and guidance from people, our spiritual helpers and through opportunities presented to us, in reality WE are the creating force that ultimately makes things happen. It’s a combination of faith and self confidence that boosts our manifestation power and helps us create a new reality and opens the doors to new forms of abundance. Today we are being asked to embrace and acknowledge our divine partnership as well as our power to create for ourselves. Think BIG, Dream BIG and keep CREATING!

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes and brings harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

Our faith helps us to move forward on our path and brings us both grace and confidence. Remember that faith isn’t inherent to just religious paths, it also includes spirituality. Now through the end of the month, it will be important to pay attention to the messages you receive. If you have hit a rough patch recently or things have been rough for a while, our helpers want us to know that we are cared for. They are here to help and support us and want to see us succeed. Do your best to stay focused on your dreams and desires and don’t let fear and uncertainty get you down. You are never alone so don’t be afraid to ask for guidance or assistance. 1226: The Universe and it’s helpers assist us in many ways. For example, they help to ensure that our basic material needs are being met. While sometimes it may feel like this isn’t the case, in all reality it is. In today’s society people tend to want more than what they really need to live. It’s an ego thing. If you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. (I know I can) When the Universe tells us that our needs are being met it refers to basic necessities like money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing etc. They are here to assist, not to provide excess. If we aspire to have more then we need to do our part to make it happen. Working with angels, ascended masters etc. is a partnership. Today we are reminded that our needs are being met for ourselves and our loved ones. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. He says ” Expand your mind and you will manifest prosperity and abundance on all levels.”

The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Babylonian goddess Ishtar helps us to navigate times of darkens and change. She shows us how to access our courage. She reminds us ” Times of struggle and darkness can be intimidating. and keep you rooted in fear. Remember to stay clear on what is truly important. This focus will shine like a beacon and hold the darkness at bay.”

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Use Carnelian for motivation and increased creativity. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues as it boosts self esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

Iron Pyrite has a warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

1225: Today the Universe is asking us to perform a self check (it’s been a while since we’ve done one!). Usually, we are checking our balance or our current life path position, but today is a little different. Today’s check involves hidden negatives. We tend to hide things that we don’t like about ourselves, our job our situation or, negative thoughts about ourselves and others. The message is simple ” Hanging on to the negative things in your life offers no benefit to you or your loved ones. The time has come to unearth these things and heal them.” Start looking for those small hurtful places inside. Hold our Winter Solstice message of new beginnings and light in your heart and allow it to activate the self healing process. While this kind of work is never easy it will help us not only on our path, it will also usher in beneficial new blessings. We are never alone, the Goddess, Angels and the Ascended Masters are all here to help!

Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Greek goddess Persephone teaches us how to balance between light and dark and the importance of searching the shadows for what is lost or forgotten. Persephone tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath or has been hidden. By shedding light in dark or weedy places you often find treasures that you had forgotten or set aside. These treasures can form the foundations that you need to navigate your path in life.”

While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.

Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate and gain clarity from the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

Our faith is a key component when working with divine guidance. This will come in handy today as we continue to create positive change in our lives. The Universe is letting you know that you are making good progress. However, if you have been dragging your feet and fighting the necessary changes (due to fear and lack of confidence) then the Universe wants you to know that there is still time to make things happen. Remember to ask for what you need then listen to the guidance that you receive as well as your intuition and welcome the change that brings new things to your life!

Jade helps us to understand that we are spiritual beings on this very human journey we call life. It stimulates knowledge and ideas.

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

Sodalite is a stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find the truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to yourself by boosting our confidence and self esteem.

1223: We work with faith every day and sometimes even the most steadfast believers can find their faith being tested. So today the Universe has asked our Spirit Helpers to step in and give us a helping hand. We have all the skills and abilities that we need to make great things happen and transform our lives to fit our vision. Although sometimes we need a little extra help in making the best choices and decisions with what we currently have to work with. Our Spirit Helpers are always here to help us on our path and to give us a boost in the faith department. Even if there are no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can be very uplifting. 1222: Yesterday’s Winter Solstice was all about rebirth and a new beginning. These things require us to continue the positive thought process. It’s time to separate our Thought Seeds. Keep what you want to grow in the new year and let go of the ones that are no longer good for your garden. Ask for guidance and pay attention to the messages that you receive. By staying true to yourself and sticking to your path it will help your powers of manifestation. Only you know what is best for you and your personal evolution and it is your faith and focus that help you most today. If you feel at loose ends take some time to ground, clear and center. The angels are here to support you and your efforts so if you need help just ask and set the wheels in motion.

1220: Today is a gentle reminder to have faith in ourselves and in the Universe. Strengthen your belief that miracles happen, that problems are only temporary setbacks and there are solutions to every problem although some may require more work to find than others. Perspective is the key and we are being asked to view things in an optimistic and positive manner. Remember even when things don’t work out or they don’t happen quite as we planned we can always find the ONE good thing that came of it and use it as a starting point to move forward. Don’t allow frustration to cloud your vision and even if we don’t see the results of our prayers and actions right now our Divine friends are working behind the scene to make things happen on our behalf. FAITH-FOCUS-move FORWARD!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. He removes our fear of change and what the future holds and replaces them with a sense of expectant excitement.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing. He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question “How shall I live my life?” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” When you are filled with indecision you move away from yourself and your power as a creator. Indecision silences you ability to hear your own inner wisdom. If you need my help just ask and I will shower you with energy that will tip the scales in the direction of what you desire.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Pink Kunzite is a feel good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels

Labradorite, called “The Bringer of Light” It is both protective and mystical. Turn the stone in your hands and see the flashes of color and light. They create a connection and helps to raise the consciousness to the energies of the Universe. Labradorite is also used to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back.

1219: Spirituality and our own innate healing abilities create the groundwork for today’s message. The Universe is gently reminding us that we are qualified to help and heal both ourselves and others. However, this begins with you and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. The important thing about self-healing is to keep in mind that we are always a work in progress and that healing the self is never a one time thing. If you are working with others the key lies in listening and remembering that we are not here to FIX them. The truth is that if someone has a problem they are not usually looking for you to fix it they simply need to talk it out. Allowing your spiritual nature to come forward as you perform the simple act of giving someone your undivided attention and really hearing them (even if you can’t do much else) is extremely helpful. Within each of us resides the divine power that enables us to heal. Don’t be stingy about helping others or about helping yourself, both are win-win situations.

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain our self confidence and faith. This opens our spiritual eyes so that we may see what we have and how blessed we truly are as it teaches us how to make room for new things through the clearing out process. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Charoite is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear.

Fuchsite helps us to understand our personal interactions with others, particularly in the areas of basic life concerns. It teaches self worth and how to do what is necessary to get others moving in the right direction without doing everything for them.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.
