624: Every day we are blessed with wonderful things that I like to call “Tiny Miracles”. It doesn’t have to be grand or over the top to be a miracle and often it’s the small, everyday ones that mean the most. It’s part of our human nature to want more, however in reality we have what we need. Our vision of true “wealth” lies in our perception of self. If we feel sorry for ourselves our energy takes a nosedive. However, if we hold onto our optimism and look for that “One Good Thing” then the tiny miracles are brought into crystal clear focus. Today, the Universe is reminding us that everyday life is our greatest blessing. Hold these tiny miracles close to your heart so that you draw upon them when the need arises.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel helps to work through ugly or stressful situations and promotes a new positive light on them. Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back from negative situations by showing us all the good things in other areas of our lives. Remember that goodness and beauty surround us all the time, so stay open to receiving these blessings.


 The Ascended Master Babaji teaches us that by detaching ourselves from the lure of material things we are able to draw strength from life’s simple pleasures. He also helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. Letting go is a form of simplifying your life.  The Hindu Goddess Kali shows us how to get out of our own way so that we can appreciate life’s true blessings. She tells us “Do not allow yourself to become bogged down in what you perceive as lack. You are far wealthier than you realize and by getting out of your own way you will see the truth in this.”

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Chalcedony brings the mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger, or self-doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith and promoting self-love which is key to positive self-expression and empowerment.  It helps to promote the softer, more loving view that we need to embrace gratitude.

Today’s Message: Checking In With Yourself

623:  Today the angels are asking us an important question: “How do you feel today? Are you peacefully centered or do you feel “wobbly”? Either way, it’s best to take some time to ground, center, and clear. This is an important part of a daily self-care routine. It calms the mind and emotions. It reduces stress and loosens the hold of anxiety. When we are at peace this energy encompasses everything we do and can be felt by those around us. It opens the pathways that allow loving and peaceful vibes to reach our core and helps us to send them out in return. Just breathe and allow peace to fill your entire being.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Embrace the healing energy of Archangel Raphael. This enhances your personal healing abilities so that you are better equipped to help yourself and others when needed. He teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal ourselves and our lives and therefore regain our self-confidence and faith. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.

  The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours.

 The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. She asks you today “What are you passionate about and how are you using that energy? be like a cat today and use your energy wisely. By expending too much you are not honoring your commitment to your own self-care.”

 Crazy Lace Agate gently boosts our self-confidence and concentration while reestablishing our overall feelings of wholeness and well-being. It’s an excellent grounding stone that helps to bring balance between our negative and positive emotions.

Today’s Message: Faith, Focus, Reset

622: Our message, as well as our inner peace and our spiritual nature, revolves around both focus and faith. And today the Universe is asking us to stay focused on the now and avoid distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed our focus turns inward and is lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however, it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention and remembering to just breathe today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

 The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

Amber helps us to attain our goals with a clear focus and bestows a positive mental state and helps us find balance, patience, and aids in decision making.

Dalmation Stone. This light-hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline, and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and itt transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey

Today’s Message: Summer Solstice Energy

621: Today is the Summer Solstice (aka Litha or MidSummer) which makes today the first day of summer and the longest day of the year. This Solstice packs some pretty powerful energy and by tapping into this power source we can boost our own powers of manifestation. The key is to believe in yourself as well as the creator. The stronger our belief is the more we are able to clearly see the blessings and miracles around us. Even the small everyday ones become clearer, which are more important by far. The ancient Romans honored the goddess Fortuna on this day and this is a good time to acknowledge the blessings you have as well as the ones that are coming.

Today’s Message: A Boost of Energy

620:  We are receiving a big boost of energy as we head into tomorrow, which will be the Summer Solstice (Litha/Midsummer). This is the official beginning of summer and the longest day of the year. This event is charged with amazing energy and by tapping into this power source we can increase our power of manifestation. The key to success lies in faith and belief in yourself and the Divine Source. The stronger our belief the more clearly we see the blessings and miracles that surround us. This includes the “Tiny Miracles”, which are often more important than the big shiny ones. Today the angels are asking us to embrace the divine magick of the Universe and carry it over into tomorrow’s event.

619: When we become stressed or worried about material matters we tend to place our lives on hold or even go full-frontal freaky. Being aware of our situation is good but allowing worry to rule your life is not. The truth is that worry only magnifies the stress that you are feeling, so much so that you can become overwhelmed by it. The other unfortunate side effect is that it blocks our power of manifestation. Today the Universe is reminding us to continue the work we’ve been doing to upgrade our thought patterns. Remember that you are in charge of creating your own reality. Accept help where and when it is offered and keep an open mind.  Take some time today and acknowledge your blessings and you will realize just how “wealthy” you really are!

618: Over the last few days, we’ve worked on changing our thought patterns to enhance our power of manifestation. Today the angels are letting us know that we are on the right track and that our potential for creating and drawing good things into our lives is growing. Focus is the key and we will need to stay anchored in the present moment and stay aware of what’s going on around us. If we allow ourselves to wander off into La-La Land we could miss out on something that we’ve been waiting for or the next piece of the puzzle that will allow us to build to the next level. Embrace your strength and confidence so that when an opportunity presents itself you can run with it!

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. She says: “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

Pink Banded Agate: This stone is a member of the Botswana Agate family. It teaches us how to look at our lives and see the big picture, as it helps us to use our creative problem-solving skills through focus and attention to detail. it is a good stone for women who want to embrace a more feminine attitude by drawing their nurturing side forward. Pink Banded Agate also helps us to feel good about ourselves and is said to help ease stress and anxiety.

Red Chalcedony also gives us strength and adds the benefit of perseverance that we need to reach our goals.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us.

Today’s Message: It’s About Perspective

617: We hear a lot about positive affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

  Archangel Raguel sets us on the path to personal empowerment. He helps us to find our strength and promotes clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to our thoughts. He empowers the underdog and also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and can help us to reach our full potential.

It also cleanses the energy of our outer environment as it supports peaceful interactions with those around us.  Blue Quartz also promotes clarity and eases any fear we may experience as we continue to explore. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication

Today’s Message: Full Access

616: Today’s message relates to how we create our own reality and how our thoughts play an important role in our personal evolution and manifestation process. When we look for the best and expect good things to happen, we find them. While it may not be exactly what we asked for, we benefit from them nonetheless. This also allows us to find more opportunities and blessings that we might have missed otherwise. This is also a reminder about turning your fears and worries over to the Universe and its helpers. Letting the “negative nasty’s” go is imperative to your overall well-being. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy and the longer we hold on to these “negatives” the harder it is to find and generate good things. The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment, or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Tree Agate (Dendritic) to strengthen your connection to the plant kingdom and help you to enjoy each moment. It is also known as the stone of plentitude and promotes abundance while showing us the “wealth” we already have.

Tiger’s Eye (Gold) helps build a bridge between you and your power. It shows us the correct way to use our power and invites our integrity forward. It is also a stone of abundance and draws good things to us while helping us see the blessings we have. Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions.

 Zoisite takes negative energies and turns them into something positive. It helps us to manifest ourselves rather than what others impose on us and infuses creativity into our thinking.

Today’s Message: An Infusion Of Energy

615: Rising above negative thoughts/feelings and indulging in self-care is on the universal agenda today. There are times when rising above feels like a monumental task. This can be especially true when there are negative things going on around us. When we experience negativity in any form it makes an impression. We get angry, freaky or we absorb it causing a harmful dis-ease that festers inside. Sounds pretty gnarly right? I mean who really wants to go on someone else’s negative roller coaster ride or your own for that matter. This trap is easy to get caught in. ( And yes, we’ve all been there.) The angels’ advice is pretty clear on this. “The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge the situation and infuse it with healing energy. Then send it to us to deal with. Surround yourself with upbeat people and good vibes. Make your own self-care one of your top priorities. Remember, you cannot be healthy for others if you are not healthy for yourself!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. She asks you today “What are you passionate about and how are you using that energy? be like a cat today and use your energy wisely. By expending too much you are not honoring your commitment to your own self-care.”

Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision-making.

Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted. It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.
