Today the universe is asking us to embrace the changes currently taking place. Transformations do take time but the benefits will definitely be worth it as they help us to create a better life. The key is to meet change with openness and optimism. This helps us to become more self reliant and confident as it builds both trust and faith. This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfillment and happiness. Ask for help or guidance if you need it and remember that help comes in all forms and can arrive from any direction. Give yourself a BIG hug today, you deserve it!

If you feel that your communication lines are blocked try giving yourself a creative project. Did you know that creative pursuits are a form of meditation that opens the line to divine communication while it promotes clarity? Activities like painting, dancing, gardening, or crafting of any kind will allow your mind to stay present yet relaxed. Not feeling creative? Try yoga. This also promotes clarity and focus as it relaxes the mind. Do your best to remain open to all forms of guidance, even if it doesn’t seem relevant now it can be stored away for future use.

Today’s Message: The Inner Voice

510: In order to embrace our personal evolution and create the life we want we must be true to ourselves and trust in our own inner wisdom. Often this means that we must step out of our comfort zones to make things happen. The creation process is more apparent during periods of growth and change so it’s important to pay attention to the messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that this information comes from many sources (the people around us, nature, dreams, intuition, or from the universe.) and the signs are visible to those who pay attention. If you feel strongly directed to act then follow your heart and move forward. Likewise, if it doesn’t feel right or makes you uncomfortable step back and examine your reaction and feelings before making a decision. If you are unsure of what to do, or the best way to proceed ask for help. Divine guidance combined with your intuition will never steer you wrong.

Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. Amethyst crystal is used by Tibetan monks to honor Buddha. If you’re feeling crafty make yourself a set of prayer beads to honor him and use for meditation (these are great for Archangel Michael as well).

Beryl teaches us how to fulfill our true potential. It helps us to see both sides of a situation, opportunity or problem and promotes strategic planning so that we can use it to our best advantage.

Today’s Message: Pulling Weeds

59: The personal work that we have been doing recently is helping to make our lives more stable. Through changes and the letting go process we are finding our balance and are gaining a clearer view of our life path. I like to visualize this path as being surrounded by vegetation. There are plants in various stages of growth, flowers, trees and of course…. weeds. The weeds represent things that we need to let go of. A we pull these weeds we are clearing the way for new growth. We may even find some of the thought seeds we had planted and forgotten about or bare spots where we can plant new things. The angels are simply asking us to do some personal gardening today. Set a goal of weed-plant-nurture to get your personal garden into shape!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that needed to move forward on this journey of self discovery. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. This lady has both an iron will and compassion. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasure can form the foundations that you need.”

Dalmation Stone. This light hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

Hematite. This stone has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential to the letting go process which accompanies change.

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

We have been focusing on making peace with and letting go of what no longer serves us, which also includes all the things that are money and time related. You may be wondering “WHY” this is important. It’s important because today we are getting a green light from the universe in regards to projects and ventures that we have been considering or putting off. The angels are telling us ” Now is a great time to get started on what makes your spirit sing! We are here to help you achieve your goals!” Ask for guidance or direction and stay open to the messages that you receive. Remember to stay focused on making room for new forms of abundance and allow yourself to be excited for what lies ahead!

Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of what we have outgrown as well as our limiting self beliefs and fears all of which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want.

Keep in mind that things are always happening behind the scenes so continue to do your part by letting go of the what no longer serves you, works for you or brings you joy. Continue to make peace with and let go of the things that no longer make your spirit sing to continue making room for the new blessings and opportunities that are waiting in the wings The key is in not struggling or trying to force things to happen. Today’s Message: Buckle Up

55: When Change shows up at your house in his beat-up truck and tells us to get in you better buckle up because we’re going for a ride baby! To clear the way and make and room start by letting go of a few things that are no longer working for you or that you have outgrown. (People, activities, thoughts, old resentments, etc.) Start small and work up from there. This makes it easier to tackle the larger things later if we keep in mind that things are connected and by picking apart the big things it makes them easier to let go of. Now give these things over to the angels and the Universe, then visualize packing up all the old things into a bag and tossing it off a bridge. I kid you not this visualization is truly empowering! The clearing away process creates the necessary space for better things. Remember, you deserve good things and life is too short to hang on to things that no longer bring you peace and joy!

Today’s Message: Keeping Things Interesting

54: Today the universe is reassuring us that the changes we are experiencing are for the best. Even though things in our lives may not be perfect, change has a way of drawing new blessings and people who make it interesting and can help us on our path of personal evolution. These periods of growth are an important part of life, and the truth is that we are all striving to be the best person that we can be. Remember, the key is to go with the flow and try not to fight or resist the changes taking place. Just do your best to allow them to happen and work with them, making the best choices that you can. The Universe and our helpers are here to assist and support us during these important personal transitions.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Michael surrounds us with a little extra protection during periods of change. He also provides direction when we need it and the motivation and commitment to see things through while helping us to clear space for new things.

The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Yoruban goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake, they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that change must be embraced, not ignored, or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Labradorite, called “The Bringer of Light” is both protective and mystical. Turn the stone in your hands and see the flashes of color and light. They create a connection and helps to raise the consciousness to the energies of the Universe. Labradorite is also used to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back. Labradorite is associated with Oya. It is a good companion crystal that provides the strength and perseverance needed to navigate the winds of change.

The gentle energy of Seraphinite clears the heart chakra and helps to open us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life, and shows the changes that we need to make to best helps us on our path.

Amethyst to dispel anxiety and fear that often accompany change. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. It is also connected to Archangel Michael which allows us to feel his energy and the energy of divine love.

Today’s Message: Visualizing The Future

53: Change is a constant part of life whether we like it or not, and too often we find ourselves fighting against it. However, when we embrace it and allow it to unfold instead of struggling with it we find the transition goes more smoothly. Today the Ascended Masters are stepping in to help us clear the way for the changes that we are experiencing. Ask them to assist you in letting go of any old and rigid thinking that could be holding you back as it will ease our fears and our stress levels. Choose your battles wisely and remember that change will happen one way or the other. The key lies in HOW we deal with it. Work with what you can but don’t struggle with what you can’t.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us and teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. This helps us to overcome our fears so that we can complete the things we start and achieve positive results during times of transformation and change.

The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. He can also help to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise as we go through change and transformation. Since he helps us heal through color, pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant

The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us: ” I am the guardian of the crossroads. Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”

Cerussite promotes grounding and teaches us how to understand the changes we are experiencing.

Dalmation Stone. This light hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and itt transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.
