1217:  Today the Universe is asking us to embrace and acknowledge our own spiritual side. It’s our spirituality that essentially helps us to navigate our life path, clarifies our life purpose and helps us to surround ourselves with optimistic and positive energy even when things get rough. It’s also through our own spirituality that our power as a creator comes into play. By believing in ourselves we can generate new opportunities for prosperity and abundance on all levels. Our strength and confidence helps us to see the blessings headed our way as well as the ones that currently surround us. This is a good day to simply say thank you to the Universe, it’s helpers and to yourself for being the amazing light-being that you are!




Archangel Jophiel helps us to slow down and appreciate our lives. Looking Through The Prism: Cat’s Angel Message for May 19, 2018 


 May Theme: This month will bring change. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things.

519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to embrace a positive self image. We’ve all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self care, it also helps to increase our self confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive self image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”




Our helpers for today include Archangel Chamuel who helps promote a good relationship with other and more importantly, with ourselves. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin  helps us with all forms of self care, and loving kindness that is directed within ourselves. She tells us “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.” and Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) who brings laughter and joy into our lives, it is through these things that we find ourselves centered in the moment and are able to enjoy the process of  our inner  growth.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Sodalite and Rose Quartz. Sodalite is a stone for the mind. It encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and  esteem. Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

Even if you are in a good place right now, not everyone is and your awareness could help someone else!
