Today’s Message: Peaceful Vibes

131: Love and peace. Sounds like a 60’s revival doesn’t it? These words are just as important today (maybe even more so) as they were then. The truth is that every living thing is touched by them. Don’t lose sight of the things that really matter and do your best to keep spreading love and peace. Today the universe is asking us to end the month with a shift of thought. By lifting ourselves to a higher level of love and peace we are able to see things more clearly as we become more energetically empowered. Remember, what you send out comes back so this is a great day to share this loving and peaceful energy or by simply offering a prayer for a friend or loved one who needs it, for the world, the earth, or even for yourself!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing.  He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Greek Goddess Iris teaches us that miracles of beauty can happen in an instant. She says “Open your eyes, both physical and spiritual, then open your heart and allow the divine light to fill you. This will help you see the blessings and the beauty that are right before your eyes. Take nothing for granted.”

Today’s Message: Earthy Energy

130: Today we find ourselves surrounded by divine feminine energy. Yes, goddess energy! She is asking us to pay attention to our intuition (which we talked about yesterday). It is through our intuition that we see our own divine nature and the critical role we play in our own destiny. The goddess also reminds us to pay attention to the moon cycles which affect how we feel and add power to our manifestation process. Remember to be crystal clear about what you want or want to make happen as it will add some extra ‘fertilizer” to your thought seeds. The Goddess is always here, she is the earth below our feet, the sky above us, and found in every living creature. Like the angels, she is always there to surround her children with loving knowledge.

Archangel Ariel ( the lion) teaches us that by embracing our divine spark we can open the doors to creating the life we want. Be bold like the lion and use your strength and focus to find a forward path. The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life-giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing ourselves with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. Embrace your power and get ready to grow!”

Today’s Message: Close The Door On Drama

128: Drama people are everywhere. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that when we get caught up in everyday dramas we lose our focus and our momentum. Let yourself rise above these distractions and direct your energy into creating new opportunities, opening new doors, or simply the things that bring you peace.. To take advantage of these blessings we must be willing to let go of old habits and thought patterns. Both of which can be centered around the dramas (direct and indirectly) taking place in our lives. Allow your inner wisdom to guide you as it will keep you from getting sidetracked. Remember to stay flexible because when one door opens another closes. This initiates and activates growth and opportunity. Remember, the angels will not do this for you and you must do your part to make things happen. The combination of thoughts, actions, and energies will all play a major role in our overall success and the key is in maintaining focus and keeping an optimistic outlook to make things flow.

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.


The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protect ourselves from the negative energy of others. She says: ” Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Fire Agate. This stone allows you to embrace feelings of safety and trust as you navigate your path. It keeps us grounded and offers support when times get hard. This stone is also beneficial in returning the harmful and negative energy sent by others.:

.Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others.

Rose Quartz today to bring inner peace and harmony. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our hearts and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Today’s Message: Asking For Directions

127: Everyone’s “Life Path” is unique and once we set our course we tend to follow where it leads us. Often we’re alone, sometimes taking side paths as we grow and change and sometimes merging with the paths of others. There are even times when we leave our path altogether and wander. Wandering can be a good thing as we forge ahead and embrace new adventures. However, sometimes we wander off the path and become lost and have trouble finding our way back. Today our spirit helpers are reminding us that if we are feeling lost or lacking direction, we simply need to ask for help from our divine support team. Remember that our paths do change (nothing is set in stone) so look for signs both visual and intuitive to help you. Change help us to grow so believe in yourself and don’t be afraid to strike off in a new direction or side path if it calls to your heart. Take time today to acknowledge your personal growth and plant or tend to your thought seeds. Above all, give yourself a BIG hug. You are doing fine and any assistance you need is only a request away!

The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment, or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Azurite increases our ability to receive spiritual guidance helps us to see through illusions and clears the mind so that we can see our path clearly. It helps to develop our intuitive skills as it expands the mind to promote clear thinking, understanding, and new perspectives.

 **Copper is a conductor that moves energy and helps us communicate with the higher realms. It can also increase self-esteem and self-awareness which are essential to embracing our divine spark and our powers of manifestation.

Danburite promotes changes, patience, and peace of mind. Meditating with Danburite helps us access our inner guidance system

Today’s Message: Balance and Flow

126: It’s easy to become absorbed in the creation and manifestation processes to the exclusion of everything else. This can throw us out of balance and interrupts our PEF (Positive Energy Flow). The PEF is similar to water currents. It ebbs and flows and as we send things out and new things return to us. Today our angels are encouraging us to keep up the good work and to remember that balancing our energies creates the PEF that is necessary to open new doors and create new opportunities. Balance can be found by using the “Sacred Tools” of faith, thought and patience to help tend to your spiritual needs, which are just as important if not more so than the material ones. Be as water today and learn to go with the flow!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self-beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. He says ” Expand your mind and you will manifest prosperity and abundance on all levels.”

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”. By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

 The Egyptian goddess Maat teaches us the importance of balance. When our hearts and minds are balanced we find our inner peace. Maat helps us to think clearly when we are confused or filled with indecision. She helps us to see the truth behind all situations, other people and in ourselves while promoting integrity and order.  Maat also protects us against deceit and manipulation. She says,  “Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations and helps you to achieve the balance that you desire. Truthful and mindful balance keeps your energy free and your heart feather-light.”

Red Chalcedony gives us strength and adds the benefit of perseverance that we need to reach our goals.

Galena helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past that can get in our way during the manifestation process.

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that we manifest what we really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Today’s Message: Keep Your Eyes Open

125: Changes are an ongoing part of life. Some we initiate for ourselves while others hit us out of the blue. Our focus today is on the changes that we create with the intention of making things better for ourselves. When we make requests of the angels and the Universe remember to keep your intentions clear. This helps the Universe direct the right opportunity your way and provides a powerful focus point for you as well. Today, the angels are telling you that your prayers have been heard. Their message is ” Change = Growth” and the things that are happening for you now will be good for you and those around you. Turn your fear and worry over to us to deal with so that your focus remains uninterrupted.” Keep in mind that the answers and opportunities you seek can come from both expected and unexpected sources so don’t cut yourself short by looking in only one direction!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music and he is associated with the color turquoise!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

 The Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

The Yoruban Goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake, they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self-imposed limitations.”

Soft colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking so that we can focus on more important things. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe.

Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start

Today’s Message: Asking For Help

124: Every day we are surrounded with loving energy and today our message is a gentle reminder that our spiritual helpers are always with us. Their lines of communication are always open and we can ask for assistance at any time, especially on days we feel down, scared, or helpless. Asking for their help can be as easy as saying “Angels/ Goddess, God please give me strength” or “Angels/ Goddess, God please help me now!” Ground and center, take a cleansing breath, and allow their peaceful, healing energy to fill your being. It is the desire of our spiritual helpers to promote courage and confidence so that we can be happy, healthy and achieve our goals and dreams. They know that we are stronger than we realize and that sometimes we forget that. Our power is rooted in belief so believe in your heart that you are strong, blessed and that you have the power of the Universe behind you all the way.

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self-doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.” Tara’s name means “star”, and like a star, she helps to guide us along our path and through life.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Today’s Message: Simplify And Make Room

123:  We are busy creatures that spend our days scurrying about like ants on a mission, expending great amounts of energy, time and, money. Some of the “expenditures” are worthwhile and others are not which makes it easy to wear ourselves out. We also tend to hang on to things like people, possessions, and activities simply out of habit. Today our angels are asking us to look at where our time, energy and, money go and to root out the things we no longer need, have outgrown or, keep hanging onto just because. Simplifying your life is the key phrase for today. Be proactive about making room in your life and check the expiration dates. If something doesn’t fulfill you, bring you joy, or is stealing your energy it’s time to let it go. Remember that through simplifying and clearing you are making room for new adventures, friends, and blessings!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive life choices. He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama or harm. Jeremiel can help ease these transitions and reminds us that concern about change is normal. Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem-solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. Today’s Message: You Are In Control

122: We all have the power to create good things and we come equipped with the Sacred Tools of “Thought, Faith and Action”  When we activate these gifts we are opening the door to our power as a Creator. The goal is to plant your thought seeds (intentions) and nurture them to maturity through faith and action. Today our angels are asking us to acknowledge and honor the gifts that we’ve been given. If they are a little dusty clean them off and set them to work. Stay focused on your goals and stay present as this will help you to experience new perspectives and pathways.  Remember that the Universe and the Angels are here to help when we request it. However, the ultimate power is our own to control and create with. Manifestation begins with you and as you work don’t forget to assist others as well because the doors that open will keep the energy flowing and will create even more opportunity in its wake.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us. Gabriel also teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. This helps us to overcome our fears so that we can complete the things we start and achieve positive results during times of transformation and change. 

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.  

The Greek Goddess Athena embodies change and transformation through experience and learning. She  tells us. ” You are a warrior in your own right. Every day you must consciously choose the battles that you will fight so make the wisest choices you can, each choice will help lead you to discover new pieces to the puzzle and assist in your victory.”

Golden Ray Calcite to boost your creative thinking and to eliminate patterns of self defeating thinking. This helps to promote new and innovative ways to solve problems and move things forward.

Jade stimulates knowledge and ideas and can provide aid in problem-solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self-confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade  attracts both prosperity and good luck as it helps us to understand that we are spiritual beings on this very human journey we call life.

 The gentle energy of Seraphinite clears the heart chakra and helps to open us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life, and shows the changes that we need to make to best helps us on our path.

Today’s Message: You Can Do This

121: In today’s society it seems that we have more responsibilities and things that require our energy, money and, time. It’s easy to become overwhelmed which can cause us to weighted down with worry and fear about everything from the future to finances. When we allow these things to take hold it overrides our ability to be optimistic and positive. Our angels are reminding us today of how powerful our thoughts really are. We are responsible for how our lives turn out and how we think, react and, see things plays a BIG part in that. The angels know that we have it in us to accomplish great things so they are asking us to do our best at keeping our thoughts aligned with our dreams and goals. They are always available to help us and all we need to do is ask. Have faith in the Universe and in yourself. Above all remember to have patience and nurture the belief that you are worthy of great things. Tend your thought seeds and encourage them to them grow as they help manifest your efforts into reality.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain a clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. He removes our fear of change and what the future holds and replaces them with a sense of expectant excitement.

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

The Welsh Goddess Cerridwen uses her cauldron “Amen” to help provide us with knowledge, wisdom, personal rebirth and, inspiration. remember that change brings us the transformation that we need. She reminds us “The opportunity for your own transformation lies before you. It provides you the chance to spread your wings and grow. Look into my sacred cauldron and see the vision of your path unfolding before you.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Green Calcite also helps to create harmony which allows us to dissolve rigid beliefs and outdated programming. It promotes mental balance, aids in communication and gently helps us to let go of the things that no longer serve us which helps us to draw the good things into our lives that encourage growth.

 Howlite helps us to formulate our plans and achieve our ambitions and goals. It helps us to communicate these things in a calm and reasonable manner and tempers this with patience. Howlite also creates a link to the universal realms and prepares the mind to receive guidance.

Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings, reminds us that all things are a part of the cycle of change (also helps us connect to the goddess Cerridwen)  This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns
