Today’s Message: Just Breathe

1014: Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”
Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

The Celtic goddess Nematona teaches us that healing can be found through nature as she helps us replenish our energy. She says, ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. Zincite helps to remove energy blocks which gets our life force flowing, which aids our manifestation process. It also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others.

Today’s Message: Intuition Is A Gift

1013: Today’s number corresponds with our intuition which fits in neatly with this month’s theme. As we learn to open ourselves to receive divine guidance and messages it’s only fair to point out that sometimes we are given information that we don’t understand. Sometimes this is information that we need now, while other times it’s meant to be stored away for future reference. So why would this happen? Well… this is the Universe’s way of giving you a heads up and helping you to prepare for the next step. Our Angels are always available to help you clarify the information that you have received and aren’t sure of. If you are experiencing confusion over a received message ask them to help clarify the meaning and make room for new information by turning over any worries or concerns that you have that pertain to current issues. Pay attention to the clues you are given and look for answers in unexpected places.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills so that we get the information we need without the unnecessary backwash. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom. By following our inner guidance system we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which help us to focus.

Howlite helps us to formulate our plans to and achieve our ambitions and goals. It helps us to communicate these things in a calm and reasonable manner and tempers this with patience. Howlite also creates a link to the universal realms and prepares the mind to receive guidance.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem solving skills and protects us against self sabotaging thoughts and actions. This stone is associated with Archangel Sandalphon.

Today’s Message: The Peaceful Path

1012: Over the past few days the focus has been centered around creating good things for ourselves. The Universe embodies the ultimate essence of both creation and creativity. Just look around and you will see that the evidence is everywhere and has touched everything, people, places, and nature. Everywhere you look there is reason to be inspired. Today’ lesson in creativity involves peace and is a request to all of our “Peaceful Warriors” out there. The Angels are reminding us that while the world is a troubled place right now we CAN do our part by continuing to work on promoting peace closer to home and on a smaller scale. The old adage “It starts one person at a time” is true. The angels are asking us to promote peace today and challenging us to promote it creatively…..become someone’s inspiration today! You never know whose life you will touch when you allow your Peaceful Warrior to lead the way.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution as we navigate the path of the “peaceful warrior”.

Our minds perceive and give relative value – positive and negative – to the different sides of a duality. We usually shun the negative.

It’s important to know that you cannot eliminate the negative by focusing exclusively on the positive. Energetically, both opposites must remain in balance. Increase one and its opposite will also increase. Try to be only positive and the negative within you will raise its ugly head.

We work with dualities by remembering that each is part of the whole. We must acknowledge and accept all aspects of life, because they all exist within us. Today’s Message: Surrounded By The Good

1011: Everyday we handcraft create our personal reality through our thoughts and beliefs. By focusing on the good things we ultimately draw more of the same towards us. Just like a negative focus draws negative things. Remember, negative thoughts are normal (we all have them) and they should never be dismissed out of hand. The key here is to acknowledge and examine them, look for the “WHY” you feel that way, and release it to the Universe. Today we are being asked to engage our creative side, do something fun or that brings you joy and to avoid addictive behaviors and toxic situations or people. Surround yourself positive vibes and allow the attitude of gratitude to fill your entire being.
