Are you struggling financially because you are helping another adult who is being irresponsible around money?

Without intending to do so, we can keep people dependent when we are willing to financially rescue them. Enablers typically feel it’s their duty to help out. They may see giving money as an expression of love. Unfortunately, they may lose their own financial security as a result.

As hard as it may be to do, the solution may lie in forcing the dependent to find his or her own way financially. In this case, it’s not selfish to not lend a hand — it actually serves the highest interests of all. Learning personal responsibility can be a tough road but it’s a necessary one for empowerment.

Today’s Message: Belief In The Good

316: It’s time for a little “Multi-Level Spring Cleaning”. The angels are reminding us that it’s important to regularly clear our emotional and spiritual selves as well as on the physical level. These clearing activities help us to make room for new abundance and growth. Continue the “Let It Go” process by making room in our physical realm. Take things that you no longer need/want or that are no longer relevant to who you are now, and re-gift, sell or donate. This activity can also help us heal on the emotional and spiritual levels by bringing peace and closure. Add to this a few positive thoughts regarding your material supply and know that you are being taken care of.

Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. Many of us have been taught to do our duty. What does this imply to you? For me, ‘doing my duty’ means doing something I really don’t want to do. My heart’s not in it, and so the energy for the act isn’t there. I have to force every move. Usually, there’s underlying resentment. When this is the scenario, tasks may get done but there’s no gift to the world.

We do not truly serve the world if we give to others but neglect our own truth and our own needs. It’s only when our own needs are fully met that we can generously and whole-heartedly give of ourselves. It’s not selfish to look after ourselves — it’s essential!

Today’s Message: Getting Out Of Our Own Way

315: Every so often it becomes necessary to ferret out the things that no longer work for us. This includes releasing old and outdated feelings, emotions, thoughts, habits, relationships, and patterns. This helps to clear the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Although sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry)! The key lies in acknowledging these feelings and not letting them take control. Today the angels are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them and find ONE GOOD THING that came of them, then let them go and move forward. Our ONE GOOD THING is a starting place to build to the next level. If you need help ask the universe for guidance. Trust in yourself and listen to your intuition. You’ve totally GOT THIS!

313: During the winter months, we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring, however, offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine-tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life.
