When we were young making new friends was easy but as we get older it seems to be more difficult. As adults, we establish a circle of long time friends and rarely do we allow outsiders into that circle. When we look for the best and expect good things to happen, they do. While it may not be exactly what we asked for, we benefit from them nonetheless. This is also a reminder about turning your fears and worries over to the Universe and its helpers. It doesn’t matter what religion you are or whether you’re an angel person, pagan, wiccan or just spiritual. Letting the “negative nasty’s” go is imperative to your overall well being. 615: Rising above negative thoughts/feelings and indulging in self-care is on the universal agenda today. There are times when rising above feels like a monumental task. This can be especially true when there are negative things going on around us. When we experience negativity in any form it makes an impression. We get angry, freaky or we absorb it causing a harmful dis-ease that festers inside. Sounds pretty gnarly right? I mean who really wants to go on someone else’s negative roller coaster ride or your own for that matter. This trap is easy to get caught in and we’ve all been there. The angel’s advice is pretty clear on this. “The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge the situation and surround it with healing energy. Then send it to us to deal with. Surround yourself with positive people and energy. Make your own self-care one of your top priorities. Remember, you cannot be healthy for others if you are not healthy for yourself!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michaelfor assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. 1. If someone is speaking to you, make sure you write down what he or she is saying immediately upon awakening. Even if what’s being said is cryptic, or seems to make no sense, it is a message from your Higher Self and needs to be heeded. If the message is in fact rather mysterious, look to other symbols in the dream to see what it actually means. If the speaker is male, then the message from your Higher Self is being filtered through your intellect, and if female, through your supportive mind (emotions and intuition).
2. If someone is speaking to you and yet you don’t hear what he or she is saying, then there is some sort of situation in your life that you don’t understand, and which you need to understand. Again, for the actual message, look to other symbols in the dream.
3. If you are the one doing the speaking, this is a dream of contrary. Again, it’s a message from your Higher Self that you need to understand. If you are giving the message to others, the message is designed not only for you, but for those close to you as well. See (1) and (2) above.

June’s Theme: Maintaining balance in all areas of our lives. (material, spiritual, goals, dreams, self, etc.) Create and invite good things through focus and faith while staying grounded and present.
Handcrafting our dreams should not be rushed. Set things in motion and then let them unfold. Having all the necessary pieces will ensure your success.~Cat
612: Our prayers and request often resemble a puzzle which can’t be completed until all the pieces are in place. This is called Divine timing. Human beings are an impatient bunch and have been conditioned to expect everything to happen immediately. However, forcing something to happen too quickly usually means that we are gifted a few bites and miss out on enjoying the “whole enchilada” due to our own impatience. Today we are being reminded that our dreams do not truly manifest until the Universe knows that we are ready to handle them. We can help divine timing by staying focused on our goals, having faith in the Universe and ourselves, and by grabbing the opportunities that do present themselves to build a firm foundation to support our dreams. By building a strong foundation we ensure our success. Remember that patience is the key to all forms of manifestation and a positive attitude helps to open the doors and pathways you need to move forward!

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.
The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen.
The Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question “How shall I live my life?” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” When you are filled with indecision you move away from yourself and your power as a creator. Indecision silences your ability to hear your own inner wisdom. If you need my help just ask and I will shower you with energy that will tip the scales in the direction of what you desire.”

Tiger’s Eye (Gold) helps build a bridge between you and your power. It shows us the correct way to use our power and invites our integrity forward. It is also a stone of abundance and draws good things to us while helping us see the blessings we have. Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions.
