113: Blessings in disguise come in all forms including obstacles that can pop anywhere and at any time. The Universe wants us to remember that looks can be deceiving and that the key to dealing with these “blessings in disguise” lies in our ability to adapt to the changes they bring and to think outside the box. Remember that every obstacle (even those pesky blessings in disguise) brings a lesson or a series of lessons with it. Some are life lessons and some are karmic lessons. Either way, change is always an important component that can bring new opportunities and personal growth if we are willing to adapt and work with it and not fight against it. Shine the light of perspective on the situation and look for that “one good thing” to help you get started. Going with the flow and learning to adapt will be your greatest asset now. This is the first step to initiating personal growth. It helps to clear the pathways and makes it possible for letting go of old habits and beliefs. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to these old habits. While they may “feel” comfortable the truth is that we hold onto these things because we are afraid to change or have a fear of failure. The Universe is reminding us that we can’t grow if we refuse to accept the changes that are offered and needed. As you explore your own inner workings remember to pay attention to any recurring thoughts and ideas. The key lies in the way we receive and perceive the information provided. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right.”

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

15: The New Year is filled with possibilities and potential for growth which brings us unlimited opportunities to make changes. For example, when we make New Year’s resolutions we are attempting to initiate personal changes. We often see change as a scary thing however more often than not these changes are good things and are worthwhile if we can stick with it. Remember that Change = Growth, so try seeing these changes as seeds to be planted and nurtured. By perceiving change in this way we find that we have more control and are more prepared when our ‘seeds of change” grow to maturity. Today the Universe is telling us that something in our life is about to change and new things are headed our way. These changes will be for the better so don’t let fear hold you back. Remember, the seeds of change that you plant along your path will help pave the way for success. Ask for Divine help if you need it and listen to your inner wisdom. You know what you need to do and this is about creating the life you want.

He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.
