34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs, or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is to stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom, and your Divine support team!

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self-doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. He helps us to find our courage and our direction while giving us the strength that we need to choose wisely and make decisions on our own.

The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. He sends us information through color so pay attention to the ones that draw you or feel relevant.


The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills so that we get the information we need. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom. By following our inner guidance system we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

Angelite helps us to connect to the angelic realms by enhancing our lines of communication. It is also a good stone for healers as it strengthens attunement and perception.

Kunzite. This high vibration stone can help to create a balanced partnership with the Universe as it opens your heart to receiving divine love.

Today’s Message: Be A Friend, Not A Critic

224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love, abundance, and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!

Rose Quartz brings inner peace and harmony. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

Today’s Message: Shine -Inspire-Be inspired-Grow

219: Life is an ongoing series of lessons and we are constantly learning new things. It is through this process that we continue our personal evolution. The knowledge and insight that we acquire along the way can be shared with others and can play an important role in our “service to others”. Service to others means that we are putting them before ourselves and while this is a good thing the angels want us to remember the importance of creating and maintaining our balance. We can tip the scales in either direction by giving too much or not enough. There are many ways that we can be of service, lead or teach others. However, the simplest forms are through word, deed, or example. If you think about it it’s pretty cool that these simple things have the power to inspire those around us whether we’re aware of it or not. Today we are being asked to share our light with others through word, deed, or example. Look to the people who inspire you and strive to inspire others.

Inspirational Apatite helps us to be of service by encouraging us to be more open and at ease in social situations as it promotes a humanitarian attitude.

Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balances and strengthens our knowledge of self. It also helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener.

Today’s Message: Close The Door On Drama

128: Drama people are everywhere. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that when we get caught up in everyday dramas we lose our focus and our momentum. Let yourself rise above these distractions and direct your energy into creating new opportunities, opening new doors, or simply the things that bring you peace.. To take advantage of these blessings we must be willing to let go of old habits and thought patterns. Both of which can be centered around the dramas (direct and indirectly) taking place in our lives. Allow your inner wisdom to guide you as it will keep you from getting sidetracked. Remember to stay flexible because when one door opens another closes. This initiates and activates growth and opportunity. Remember, the angels will not do this for you and you must do your part to make things happen. The combination of thoughts, actions, and energies will all play a major role in our overall success and the key is in maintaining focus and keeping an optimistic outlook to make things flow.

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

She says: ” Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

124: Every day we are surrounded with loving energy and today our message is a gentle reminder that our spiritual helpers are always with us. Their lines of communication are always open and we can ask for assistance at any time, especially on days we feel down, scared, or helpless. Asking for their help can be as easy as saying “Angels/ Goddess, God please give me strength” or “Angels/ Goddess, God please help me now!” Ground and center, take a cleansing breath, and allow their peaceful, healing energy to fill your being. It is the desire of our spiritual helpers to promote courage and confidence so that we can be happy, healthy and achieve our goals and dreams. They know that we are stronger than we realize and that sometimes we forget that.  1117:  Today the Universe is letting us know that we should be proud of the work we have done thus far. “Celebrate your accomplishments both large and small!” Remember to watch your thoughts. There is a lot of negative energy rampaging around right now and it’s easy to get caught up in it. Bubble up and protect yourself if needed, or ground and clear your energy field. The key here is to rise above any hate and discontent that you come in contact with. Bless the person or situation with peace and love and move on or remove yourself from it altogether. What’s important is that you stay on your path and keep moving forward. Be an example to other positive souls who are looking for a light in the right direction!

 111: The new month starts off with a bang and today’s number, 111, embodies the powers of prosperity and manifestation. 11 is a master number that tells us to monitor our thoughts so that we can make things happen all across the board. The number 1 by itself is also dominant and corresponds to our confidence, personal awareness. motivation and independence. Match your thoughts to your desires and send that energy out into the universe. Any fears or doubts should be released to the divine realm to be dealt with by the angels. Do not allow yourself to focus on them at this time or they could manifest into reality. The message from the Universe today says, “Do not be swayed by fear or negativity. Today’s Message: Patience and Faith

 1029: Universal abundance comes in various forms and from many different sources. Sometimes we can see them happening right away while other times we wonder if our requests have even been heard. Our keywords for today are “Patience” and “Faith”. If you feel that you have lost something or something is missing remember that the Universe supplies us with everything we need to live richer and more fulfilling lives. Know that behind the scenes the cosmic wheels are turning and things are falling into place. So be patient and have faith that things ARE materializing. Stay strong and focused, if you are unsure just ask for assistance. Let go of doubt and open yourself to living in the now.
