The Ascended Masters (AM’s) are chilling with us today and their message is simple, ” The Universe supports you in all that you do and all your needs are being met. Trust in the guidance that you receive and allow the blessings to unfold.” Gentle reminders like this are quite often what we need to initiate a little downtime. Remember that your ground, clear and center work is a good starting point for relaxation, then do whatever makes you feel chill or brings you peace. There are no right or wrong answers so allow yourself time to reset. Remember that the things that you give attention to through your focus, your words, your thoughts, and your actions are what you will manifest. It’s all about positives and negatives, so choose the best and let the rest…. rest.
