419: Within each of us is the ability to heal ourselves and others. Yes! You are qualifies on both accounts. The thing to remember about self healing is that it begins with you, and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. The Universe is reminding us that we are works in progress and are all at different levels. So don’t become discouraged if you go through a temporary setback or feel that you aren’t exactly where you think you should be. Baby steps work best and give us the option to make changes as we go. If you are working with others keep in mind that you don’t need to solve their problems for them, and that being a good listener and offering encouragement can work miracles. Don’t be stingy about helping others or yourself and the benefits will return ten fold!




Archangel Zadkiel provides emotional healing and  teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to to forgive ourselves and others. The Ascended Master Saint John of God  helps during the healing process and specializes in helping those suffering from depression and anxiety. And the Chinese goddess Kuan Yin  reminds us, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit. Your faith is essential to many things one of which is self care. Sometimes as a healer you need a little help after working with others. Lapis Lazuli which helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and help us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener, and gentle Prehnite promotes unconditional love and helps you to clear your energy when you need it most.

418:  Being grateful for what we have may sound like a common or boring theme for the day. The truth is that this mindset should be embraced every day. There are times when we backslide into negative patterns and we concentrate or worry about the things that we don’t have or can’t have. These patterns place limits on our ability to manifest the good/necessary things in life. However, when we meet each day with the attitude of gratitude and look for life’s tiny miracles things flow and fall into place. Allow your gratitude to shine through today and let good things unfold and  happen!

417:  Over the last few days we’ve been working on letting go and clearing the way for new growth.  This raises our energy level and  increases our positive vibes.  We have so many reasons to be positive, and the angels want us to know that we are doing a great job. Take some time for yourself today and engage in whatever makes your spirit sing. Days like this are good for us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Read, hike, exercise, create, dance or make use of some alone time. The possibilities are endless! Whatever you choose to do will help to promote positive flow and allow you to ground, center and balance. Start your day with a big self hug and above all be kind to yourself!

416:  The Universe  help supply us really  with everything we need to be happy and successful. Today is a reminder that our needs are continually being met, even during the times when fail to see how truly blessed we are.  The key lies in doing our part to make things happen instead of sitting back and waiting. This creates a divine partnership that increases our flow of abundance. Pay attention today and acknowledge all the gifts and blessings that you receive, even the “Tiny Miracles” count. 415: We all aspire to a better and higher quality of life. Our hopes and dreams come to fruition through our thoughts and beliefs. In order to have the life we desire we must be willing to do what is necessary to make it happen. This includes making the necessary changes and choices that help us in our creation and manifestation processes. Remember that the angels are here to help us, although they will not do it all for us.  To start this process the angels ask that we turn over any limiting thoughts that we have about ourselves and our future. They are also reminding us that we are powerful creators and that the only limits are the ones we put on ourselves. By having faith in yourself and in the abundance of the universe you will see that your power and potential are truly limitless!




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. 414:  Our Spa Day from yesterday carries over into today. The Universe is asking us to release our worries and fears to make room inside for inner peace. Our spiritual helpers will be assisting us with exchanging the negative and stressful with peaceful and positive. It’s time to release what no longer serves your highest good or brings you joy. We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all things stay the same if we don’t try. This releasing is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things. While this process is never easy, remember that you are a work in progress and that your personal evolution is important.  The key here is to trust in yourself and the Universe. You know what you need so allow yourself the ultimate freedom by cutting the cords that are holding you down. Accept the challenge!

413:  There are times when we could all use a boost of healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies.  Remember that you can’t help yourself or others if you have nothing left to give. Down time, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This will help  you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!




This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to me others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief and the Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter is one of the greatest healers. The power of laughter  helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. And the Roman/Celtic goddess Sulis invites us to “Look to the elemental power of water for healing and comfort. Water has the power to cleanse away heavy and harmful energies from your body, your spirit and energy field as well.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Morganite (aka Pink Beryl) helps to bring awareness to emotional our needs or feelings that remain unfulfilled. It helps us to express them in a positive way so that we can begin the healing process. Rose Quartz, the stone of unconditional love,  soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. it provides a bubble bath for the spirit. And Mahogany Obsidian keeps us grounded and protects as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, and helps promote growth on all levels.

Ask yourself the following questions: * Who was there with me? *Where was I in this dream? *What was I /we doing? * What stood out? (feelings, colors, animals, places people etc) 

Examine the information and see how it pertains to what you are going through. The dreams that we remember vividly always correspond to people, and situations that are impacting our life and there are always lessons to learn and personal knowledge in them. You can ask the angels or archangels to assist you in your dreams. They are more than happy to help clear away negative or pessimistic thoughts and feelings. You have the power to help and heal yourself so use it to your best advantage!

411:  Today is one of those days when you may feel a little overly sensitive to other people and outside energies. The angels are telling us to avoid unpleasant people and situations if you can manage it. Otherwise “bubble up” and surround yourself with protective energy and let the “nasties” bounce off. Another way to keep your sanity today would be to engage in something creative. Immersing yourself in a creative project is a sure way to promote peaceful feelings and it also creates a block against negative energy. Remember, the angels are just a thought away so if you need help just ask them! Your key words today are Ground- Center- Clear. 




 Archangel Michael who surrounds us with protection and helps us to clear our energy and space.
