221: One of the things that the angels ask of us is to live our lives with the “Attitude of Gratitude”. We all have many things to be grateful for however, today the angels are asking us to focus on the people we are grateful for. Family, Heart family, friends all play an important role in our lives. Take a moment to acknowledge your gratitude towards them and bless them with peaceful, loving energy. Do not be afraid to let them know how much their presence means to you, ” I’m glad that you’re here”, Thank you for being a part of my life”, “I love you”, these words can mean so much. Allow your gratitude to fill you and know in your heart that these blessings will continue to flow around you and your loved ones.






 Archangel Jophiel helps us to share loving thoughts and energy with those who mean the most to us. The Greek Muses (there are 9 of them) can inspire us to celebrate our connections with our loved ones and the Celtic Goddess Brigid helps us to create and renew warmth in our relationships. The secret of making dreams come true can be summarized in four C’s. They are Curiosity, Confidence, Courage, and Constancy; and the greatest of these is Confidence. – Walt Disney






218: Even though spring hasn’t arrived yet (in the Northern Hemisphere at least) our Spiritual Helpers are asking us to start our mental spring cleaning early. By doing so we will be inviting prosperity and abundance into our lives. Open the doors and windows within your entire being and kick out any negative nasties that are lurking in the corners. make room for new personal growth just as Mother Nature makes room for hers. at Imbolc we started planting our “Thought Seeds”, which when nurtured and cared for provide us with new things (new opportunities, growth, abundance etc.) that will help us on our path. Let go of negative thoughts and self doubts and open yourself to  a balanced form of giving and receiving. As you do this remember that giving and receiving is a revolving door and what you send out comes back. So be conscious of sending our positive thoughts, intentions and good vibes. This will ensure a bountiful harvest that you can enjoy!




Archangel Jophiel shows us how to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us as well as the beauty within us. The Ascended Master Krishna teaches us how to bless all situations with love so that we are able to reap the rewards of our efforts and the Roman Goddess Vesta who oversees hearth and home. She helps us to clear space (both in our physical home and our inner home) to make room for new things and teaches us the value of letting go of what we no longer need.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Unakite. This mottled green and pink stone is one of vision. It can be used to help us ground and to balance our emotions. Unakite helps us to transform negative past experiences into something more manageable and helps us to navigate past them so we can move on to better things.

217: Do you remember the old tv commercial that said “A mind is a terrible thing to waste?” Well there’s a lot of truth in that statement. By using this amazingly powerful gift we are capable of doing and manifesting great things. The key is to focus  on:


    

  • Things that bring you joy
    • 

  • Things we want to improve in our lives and for the lives of our loved ones.
    • 

  • Staying true to ourselves and believing that we are worthy.
    • 



Today the angels are letting you know that your positive thoughts and intentions have been heard and that you are headed in the right direction. 216: We all struggle with material concerns and although we do our best to maintain a positive outlook there are times when we find ourselves stuck in the “Swamp of  Worry &  Fear”. This little side trip happens to everyone, it’s normal. The key is in having faith in yourself to  make things happen even when the cards seem stacked against you. The Universe and its helpers are reminding us that when the swamp beckons to take a moment and find your center. Let go of fear and worry and focus on what’s good in your life, Embracing gratitude allows us to gain clarity and focus. This helps us to start building a bridge through the Swamp and while we may get out feet muddy our gratitude keeps us from becoming stuck.

  215:   Today The Universe is telling us that something in our lives is about to change for the better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through periods of change Some we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening.  During times of change the nature and direction of our thoughts plays an important role. If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by filling and surrounding ourselves with positive and confident energy we are able to set aside our worries and concerns. This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement.




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us how to release worry and fear so that we are able to navigate the changes that life sends our way.  Ascended Master Melchizedek helps us to gently diffuse unpleasant situations that sometimes causes and the Yoruban Goddess Oya teaches us that change must be fully embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. 214:Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to turn any fears or worries over to them and make room for some self love.  By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own Valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!






 Kuan Yin is the Chinese goddess of mercy, compassion and protection. 213: The spark of the Sacred Feminine/ Goddess lives within each of us. The number 13 corresponds to the  13 moons, the Goddess and our own intuition. With the first signs of Spring starting to emerge it’s a great time to get outside and connect with Gaia, the Earth Mother. Look for signs of the new season and let it fill your being with fresh and  hopeful  energy. The Sacred Feminine offers us guidance and teaches us to use the sacred tool of our own intuition. 212: Do you know that we can be our own worst critics? Fear can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen the way we want them to. The fear of failure can stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating great things!

211: Today’s message is related to our habits.  Habits, both good and bad, are created  through our thoughts. Both new beginnings and positive change require us to break the hold of outdated or bad habits in order to create new growth. There comes a time when we need to perform a self check up. It’s important to periodically take a look within and find those dark and dusty areas that require clean up. Letting go of what no longer serves us in a positive way helps us cordially invites new growth and opportunities. Today the angels are reminding us we are all powerful creators who are worthy and capable of manifesting amazing things. Pay attention to signals and information you receive. Even if you can’t put this information to use right away it’s worth remembering so that when the goal presents itself you are ready to run with it.

210: Every day we receive signals and messages from the people around us and from the Universe. We see them, hear them and feel them both energetically and physically. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted and not paying attention. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with both heart and spirit. Our spiritual helpers have something to tell us and important that we pay attention. These messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings and those mind blowing AH-HA! moments.
