After being bombarded with this ongoing negativity it can be difficult to see the good in humanity. But the truth is that the GOOD is there and sometimes we just need to look more closely to find it. This is also true in our own lives because we sometimes get so caught up in the bad that we forget to see the good. More and more of our fellow human beings are sharing positive stories and their light with the world. Today the angels are urging us to trust in the Universe and in ourselves. They are asking us to have hope and to acknowledge the divine spirit that resides within us. When we can embrace our own divine spirit we are able to see the divine in others, this enables us to find the good in humanity and promote hope and faith to those around us.

420:  Yesterday we talked about our ability to help and heal ourselves and others, and today we delve a little deeper. The biggest stumbling blocks are lack of confidence and faith in ourselves. These things can keep us from making the effort because we are afraid to fail. Today the Universe is reminding us that what we perceive as failure is actually progress. Each attempt or step (even baby steps) helps to keep us moving forward and teaches us something new. Our actions are inspiring to ourselves and to others, as we show that while we are a work in progress we continue to persevere to make ourselves the best person we can be. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, look for the one thing that did (there is always at least one) and use that as a building block and try again. 419: Within each of us is the ability to help heal ourselves and others. Yes! You are qualified on both accounts. The thing to remember about self-healing is that it begins with you, and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. The Universe is reminding us that we are works in progress and are all at different levels. So don’t become discouraged if you go through a temporary setback or feel that you aren’t exactly where you think you should be. Baby steps work best and give us the option to make changes as we go. If you are working with others keep in mind that you don’t need to solve their problems for them and that being a good listener and offering encouragement can work miracles. Don’t be stingy about helping others or yourself and the benefits will return tenfold!

However, when we meet each day with the attitude of gratitude and look for life’s tiny miracles things flow and fall into place. 413:  There are times when we could all use some extra loving and healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies. Downtime, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This helps you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!

When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. 412:  Dreams can be a powerful tool for solving problems. If you remember your dreams make note of them or write them down ( or at least what you remember) then look for answers in the symbolism. Ask yourself the following questions:


* Who was there with me?


*Where was I in this dream?


*What was I /we doing?


* What stood out? (feelings, colors, animals, places people, etc)


Examine the information and see how it pertains to what you are going through. The dreams that we remember vividly always correspond to people and situations that are impacting our life and there are always lessons to learn and personal knowledge in them. You can ask the angels or archangels to assist you in your dreams. They are more than happy to help clear away negative or pessimistic thoughts and feelings. You have the power to help and heal yourself so use it to your best advantage!
