Remember that by focusing on the good things and the things that we can control it creates a positive flow of energy which brings good things back to us. 1125: Today is about learning to work with change by using an optimistic mindset. The truth is that change happens (all the time) and it plays an important role in our overall growth. The Universe is telling us that our self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary? try replacing IF with WHEN and BUT with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. 1026: The Universe and its helpers assist us in many ways. For example, they help to ensure that our needs are being met. While sometimes it may not feel that way, in all reality it is. In today’s’ society people tend to want more than what they need to live, it’s an ego trip and if you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. When the Universe tells us that they are making sure that our needs are being met they are speaking of necessities, money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing, etc. However, they are here to assist not to provide excess. Working with the Universe is a partnership so if we aspire to have more then we need then we must to do our part to help make it happen. Today we are reminded that our needs are being met for ourselves and our loved ones. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!
