730:  The Universe is inviting us to indulge in a little self care today. In order to hear and receive both divine guidance, as well as our own, we must take care of ourselves. This involves keeping our energy field clear so that we can be (and stay) focused and centered. Everyday our energy field absorbs bits and pieces of what goes on around us and these things can knock us out of balance. This balance is important when it comes to receiving guidance and messages. Take some time today to ground, center and clear. Clean up your path, pick a few weeds, plant something new and even blow a few dandelions. Don’t forget to harvest some good things along the way….. you’ve earned it!




 Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self confidence and faith. 723: Today is a self care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.


    

  • Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away? 
    • 

  • Are you achieving balance between work and your personal life? 
    • 

  • Are you giving and receiving energy equally? Or tipping the scales?
    • 



Taking the time to to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to assist today. They have a more intimate knowledge of the problems and feelings we face everyday. They are reminding us that when we are out of balance it drains our energy making us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky or even just plain angry.  Even if you have no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can enliven and uplift you. Today is also a good time to ground-clear and center. This helps to not only free up our energy but opens us to the supportive energies sent by the universe.

79: Our message today involves sharing our light with others and being of service.  For some this means offering themselves and their skills to the community or to the world. 76:  Maintaining balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material. There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas and we become distracted. The balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and at the same time acknowledge the the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives. Achieving and maintaining balance in these areas leads to good spiritual health. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. But when things are balanced we find that our journey and the flow of life is easier, allowing  us to be grounded and more at peace.

627:  Today the Universe is offering us a vacation day. We have been getting things done and are headed in the right direction. Take a break today and make time to recharge your spiritual and emotional batteries. Do something nice for yourself, create some down time and just chill and remember to give yourself a BIG hug. You deserve it! Use this vacation day wisely as we are in the final days of this month and the rest of the week will involve tying up loose ends.

Are You Balanced Or Wobbly? Cat’s Angel Message for June 23, 2019

My spelling is Wobbly. It’s good spelling but it Wobbles, and the letters get in the wrong places. – A. A. Milne




623:  How do you feel today? Are you peacefully centered or do you feel “wobbly” ? Either way make sure to take some time to ground, center and clear. This is an important part of a good self care routine. It calms the mind and the emotions. It reduces stress and loosens the hold of anxiety. When we are at peace this energy encompasses everything we do and can be felt by those around us. It opens the pathways that allow loving and peaceful vibes to reach our core and helps us to emit them in return. Just breathe and allow peace to fill your entire being.

63:  The Ascended Masters are spending some time with us today. The AM’s are some of history’s greatest spiritual teachers and healers, (Buddha, Jesus, Kuthumi, Maitreya, Mother Mary, Saint Francis, Saint Germain etc) They work with everyone regardless of their religious path. Since the Ascended Masters were human at one time they have a better understanding of our desires, needs and feelings. They are encouraging us to reach out to them with any earthly matters or day to day concerns. Remember to ask out of love, not out of anger, hate or revenge. These harsh emotions can generate a negative landslide and no one wants to be caught in that. Asking for help to temper those emotions will be helpful and allow you to add some love into the equation.




Call on your favorite Ascended Master today or choose one to address specific concerns: Jesus and Moses can both help with Divine communication, and issues of faith. Buddha helps us to find balance and moderation while promoting inner peace and joy. Mother Mary for all types of healing, Saint John of God helps us overcome anxiety and depression.
