718:  Today we are focusing on finances and surrounding this with the attitude of gratitude. If you are currently facing financial issues up your game and project gratitude for what you already have as well as what you are working on bringing into your life. Ask your angels for guidance and assistance and let them take your worries from you. For those who money isn’t a current issue simply embrace your attitude of gratitude. Give thanks for what you have and send positive energy to someone who is struggling. Remember that help comes in all forms and that sometimes simple loving energy is just what the doctor ordered!




The Archangels are assisting us today. Sandalphon makes sure that your prayers and request are delivered to the angels and masters who best suited to help you. Michael promotes courage and provides direction. Raziel helps us to manifest what we need and Uriel helps us to solve problems that may be getting in our way.

76: Maintaining  balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked  to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material.  There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas and we lose our way. Balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and acknowledge the  the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives.  Achieving and maintaining  balance in these areas is one of the keys to good spiritual health. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. But when things are balanced we find that our journey and the flow of life is easier, it also allows us to be grounded and more at peace.




The Archangels Michael and Raphael can help us to clear some space so that we are able to receive with joy and an open heart.  The Ascended Master Buddha teaches us that peace is found by achieving balance through moderation and the Egyptian Goddess Maat offers protection against be manipulated into giving away too much of ourselves. She also helps to achieve balance, she tells us  “Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations. It is also truth that keeps your inner scales balanced, your energy free and your heart feather light.”




Our Sacred Stones for today are Rose Quartz, this ultimate self care stone opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point, and Ruby, which promotes energy and balance. This gemstone is also a stone of abundance, however it tempers this with clarity and focus while eliminating self destructive patterns that can get in the way of our goals motivation.

627:  Today the Universe is offering us a vacation day for a job well done. we have been  getting things done and are taking the path in the right direction. Take a break today and take time to recharge your spiritual and emotional batteries. Do something nice for yourself, create some down time and just chill and remember to give yourself a BIG hug. You deserve it! Use this vacation day wisely as we are in the final days of this month and the rest of the week will involve tying up loose ends.




Archangel Jophiel encourages us to slow down and take time to relax. She also helps to promote beautiful thoughts to replace the ones that are bugging us. The Ascended Master Maitreya helps us to find joy and laughter. He teaches us that self care starts with our ability to let ourselves go and relax and the Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. Today is also a Rose Quartz day.  It is the essential self care crystal. Rose Quartz opens the heart chakra and filters away repressed emotion and things that keep us from being happy with ourselves. The soft pink hue of this Sacred Stone is soothing and tranquil and acts like a bubble bath for the heart and emotions.

623: How do you feel today? Are you peacefully centered or do you feel “wobbly” ? Either way make sure to take some time to ground, center and clear. This is an important part of a daily self care routine. It calms the mind and the emotions. It reduces stress and loosens the hold of anxiety.  When we are at peace this energy encompasses everything we do and can be felt by those around us. It opens the pathways that allow loving and peaceful vibes to reach our core and helps us to emit them in return. Just breathe  and allow peace to fill your entire being.




Archangel Haniel helps us tap into our own healing abilities. She teaches us to rely on ourselves instead of others in matters relating to our overall well being. 610: Starting today and carrying over into tomorrow we move into the  realms of positive expectations. This includes affirmations, gratitude and focusing on the blessings in your life.  Today is a reminder that we are all wealthy in many ways and on many levels. By acknowledging our blessings and embracing grace and  gratitude we are opening the doors to creating our own infinite supply. The key is to focus on what you HAVE and not on what you DON’T. Remember that true wealth is not about how many “cool new things” you have, I know people with this mentality and they are some of the most miserable people ever. 68:  Generating a positive flow of abundance is relatively simple once we have a basic understanding of how it works. To create and keep this flow moving we must learn to balance giving and receiving. We must first give of ourselves through time, money, energy, love etc. By sending good things out it helps to create new opportunities and experiences as it circles back to us. In order to receive these blessings we must allow ourselves to receive them. Too often people refuse or fight this process. Grateful and gracious receiving is an important part of the flow circle and is only achieved by balancing giving and receiving. Today we are being asked to open our heart and spirit and allow ourselves to receive. Remember, what we send out comes back and will provide positive energy that will grow with each cycle.

63:  The Ascended Masters are spending some time with us today. The AM’s are some of history’s greatest spiritual teachers and healers, (Buddha, Jesus, Kuthumi, Maitreya, Mother Mary, Saint Francis, Saint Germain etc) They work with everyone regardless of their religious path. Since the Ascended Masters were human at one time they have a better understanding of our desires, needs and feelings. They are encouraging us to reach out to them with any earthly matters or day to day concerns. Remember to ask out of love, not out of anger, hate or revenge. These harsh emotions can generate a negative landslide and no one wants to be caught in that. Asking for help to temper those emotions will be helpful and allow you to add some love into the equation.




Call on your favorite Ascended Master today or choose one to address specific concerns: Jesus and Moses can both help with Divine communication, and issues of faith. Buddha helps us to find balance and moderation while promoting inner peace and joy.  Mother Mary for all types of healing, Saint John of God helps us overcome anxiety and depression.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Moldavite and Phenacite. Both of these stones help us to communicate with the Ascended Masters and other cosmic messengers. Both stones work on a high frequency and help you access your higher self so grounding is essential when working with them, or you could simply use Rose Quartz to help open your heart to divine love.

62: The world is filled with many things both the  beautiful and the ugly. Sometimes it feels like we see more of the ugliness because that’s what the media and social media want us to see. Today the Angels are imploring us to keep our faith in the world and it’s people. There are millions of good people out there all trying their best to make the world a better place a little bit at a time. This attitude starts at home with you. Take a moment and offer gratitude for the blessings in your life and a prayer for the people in your world and the world as a whole. Surround them with love and ask that they be encouraged to see the beauty within themselves and in others.

 May Theme: This month will bring change. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things.

530: Today our spiritual helpers would like us to know that they’re proud of us. In the last month we have we faced change and learned to  embrace our faith. While these things have empowered us it has also been a challenge. These things have also strengthened our connection and relationship with the Angels, Ascended Masters and personal goddess.  We have learned that we can call on them when we need to. Take a moment today to offer gratitude to the Universe for life, for love, and all the blessings that surround you. Then take a ME day to restore and center….. You’ve earned it!




Self care is the word for today.  The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin can teach us much about the art of self care. She is the embodiment of compassion, comfort and healing. her message to us,  “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. Our Sacred Stones for today are Spinel which rejuvenates our energy and brings relief from stress, Rose Quartz  allows self love to surface and gives us a better understanding of our emotions as it helps us to heal. and Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also  promotes good feeling towards self and others.
