So Many Reasons To Be Positive: Cat’s Angel Message for April 17, 2018

417: Over the last few days we’ve been working on letting go and this process helps us create a more positive vibe. We have so many reasons to be positive and the angels want us to know that we are doing a great job. Take some time for yourself today  and engage in whatever makes your spirit sing. Days like this are good for us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Read, hike, exercise, create, dance or make use of some alone time, the possibilities are endless! Whatever you choose to do will help to promote positive flow and allow you to ground, center and balance. Start your day with a big self hug and above all be kind to yourself!




The angel Gamaliel brings us gifts, blessings and abundance. The Celtic Goddess Cordelia helps us in finding needed respite so that we can replenish ourselves. She renews our spirit and fills us with joy and laughter. To assist in loving self care you can call on the Ascended Master Maitreya (aka Laughing Buddha) who promotes laughter, joy and peace, his joyful spirit helps us to release anxiety and worry.




To enhance this peaceful vibration use Rose Quartz to promote self love and care. If you need to relax, using Blue Calcite will help as it gently soothes the nerves and anxiety, Red Calcite provides and emotional boost and Orange Calcite helps to balance the emotions as it energizes and cleanses.

Take Time To Recharge: Cat’s Angel Message for April 13, 2018

413:  There are times when we could all use some extra loving, healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our  energies. Down time, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This helps this helps you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!




This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to me others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief and the Ascended Master Buddha shows us the path to find peace within and relax.




Amethyst is a powerful protector and helps to guard against psychic attack it is also the stone of Archangel Michael. Rose Quartz give us an emotional bubble bath. It soothes, promotes self love and healing of both heart and spirit and Amazonite will soothe and calm the emotions as it dispels negative energy and aggravation.

Good Days and Bad Days: Cat’s Angel Message for April 10, 2018 


 April Theme:  We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.




You are going to have bad days and have good days. – Lou Ferrigno




410:  Bad days happen and while they happen to everyone, what matters most is how you handle them. When this happens the key is to NOT let the negativity take over.  the rule of thumb is to acknowledge those thoughts and then do your best to let them go. We can turn these negative thoughts over to Spirit and the angels and ask for help in transforming them into something better. If we allow negativity to take over it’s like being in a windowless room and shutting ourselves inside. So the letting go part is important to your overall spiritual, emotional and mental health. Bad days happen but they don’t need to rule our lives or ruin our day. Give negativity the old one-two punch and put it back in its place.




Bad days call for spiritual helpers who can help us turn our attitude in a more positive direction. Getting outside helps, and  the Ascended Master Saint Francis invites us to just that. He is also associated with animals as well as nature so try taking your animal companion with you. Pets help to relieve stress,  they bring peace and improve our mood. Archangel Jophiel teaches us how to see the beauty within and around us. Her job is show us how to create and manifest beauty in our lives, her message is “beautiful thoughts lead to beautiful outcomes”. Listening to music has been proven to uplift our spirits. Laughter is also good medicine and the Ascended Master Maitreya, the Laughing Buddha, personifies this. He shows us the path to personal peace through joy and laughter. Your sense of humor can be a valuable healing tool.




Our Sacred Stones for today are: Chrysocolla to assist in transmuting negative energy into positive energy. Apache Tears to help release any negative energy that you are holding on to. Rutilated Quartz which acts as a filter as it cleans and releases negative energy and last but not least Rose Quartz this stone provides a bubble bath for the emotions, it soothes, heals and allows love to color your thoughts and emotions.

43: Everyone needs a loving support system, and this consists of friends and family. However we also have help in the Divine realms in the form of the angels,the ascended masters or our patron Goddess/God. By sharing our hopes, dreams, fears or even grief with our support systems the wheels begin to turn and things are set in motion.  By working together we can elevate our success and healing rate. We then find that we are able to work the small miracles that enrich our lives as well as appreciating the tiny miracles that bring peace and joy on a daily level.


Archangel Azrael can assist those experiencing grief, Archangel Michael helps us to find solutions to problems and surrounds with protection. The Ascended Master Buddha brings us to find peace on all levels and the Hindu God Ganesh helps to remove the things that stand in our way. For healing of heart and spirit The Celtic Goddess Nemetona (Lady of the Sacred Grove)  teaches us how heal through nature and wild places and the Goddess Sulis teaches us about the healing and spiritually cleansing power of water.


Our Sacred Stones for today are:  Rose Quartz, this essential healing stone truly helps on so many levels. It’s gentle energy soothes our emotions and hearts. It helps us to both give and receive love and shows us a positive side to the world around us. Amazonite helps to soothe emotional trauma as it eases stress and worry and Pink Beryl (Morganite) helps us to overcome  resistance to healing. It also promotes awareness of any unfulfilled emotional needs and feelings that need to be expressed.

324:  The more we work with the angels and the ascended masters the stronger our connection with them becomes. The angels/ascended masters send us messages every day. It’s our job to allow ourselves to be open to receiving them. Our own intuition works the same way, the more we listen to it the greater our faith in ourselves becomes. Today we are being asked to be open to communication on all levels. If you’re not sure of a message ask for clarification. Never be afraid of the message or an answer, and even if it’s not what we wanted to hear it is sent with love and the desire on the angels part to help us be our best!






You can call upon any Archangel or Ascended Master at anytime for assistance. A few specific ones include Archangel Haniel who helps us to access our intuition and our other unique gifts and Archangel Michael  helps us by promoting courage confidence. The Ascended Master Maitreya helps to bring joy and laughter to our lives. He teaches us that these things bring greater clarity and a new perspective.




Technically any stone or crystal that is special to you can be used to connect to the Divine realms so use your favorite one today, or you can use Angelite, Apophyllite or Celestite to connect to the angels or Moldavite for the Ascended Masters.  313: The Ascended Masters are telling us that today is a  good time to do a little self-work.  During the winter months we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however offers us the chance and renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!




Archangel Michael assists us with space clearing. Ask him to help you to make room within so that you can welcome new things. The Ascended Master Maitreya shows us the healing and cleansing power of laughter and how it can be used for healing and the Babylonian Goddess Ishtar surrounds us with healing light. Her energy is gentle with an underlying core of strength. This strength is essential to her ability of protection against lower energies.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Rose Quartz. Working with Rose Quartz is like getting and emotional bubblebath and it fills us with loving energy and soothes our emotions and spirit. We can also use Angelite to help us connect to the universe and it’s helpers, it also has a gentle energy that compliments that of Rose Quartz.

 39:  While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to us all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions and interests with the world around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The Ascended Masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.




  The Ascended Master Babaji helps to promote the unity of all spiritual beliefs. Together   with Archangel Chamuel, and Buddha  he also helps promote personal and global peace as well. 35: Spring cleaning comes in all forms and the Ascended Masters are offering their assistance today in this process.  Taking care of ourselves is a good thing, it helps us ground, center and get back on track. It can also help us to pinpoint things that we have outgrown or no longer brings us joy. The clearing away of what we have outgrown play an important role in our self care and is essential to our overall well being. it helps us to re-energize and increases our spiritual and personal awareness and power. You do not need to do it all at once. Start small because even the little things can create more personal freedom to find new things that make our hearts sing!


The Ascended Master Maitreya (aka Laughing Buddha) promotes laughter, joy and peace. His joyful spirit helps us to see the things that truly bring us happiness and let go of what does not. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin promotes self care, love and kindness. She teaches us that it is through these things that we are able to do what is ultimately best for us.

226: Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes  get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self confidence  and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care for is difficult.  This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple  “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it.  Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”




Archangel Zadkiel helps us to bring our compassionate energy forward and to share it with others. He also helps with forgiveness issues as this can block our ability to show compassion. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin also helps us with compassion by teaching us how to allow yourselves to give and receive love equally and the Ascended Master Maitreya shows us how to bring our loving nature forward and about the healing power of laughter.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, the mind and the spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well.

Stress and anxiety are  created through negative thoughtforms and emotions, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum. For those who are struggling with this the Universe and our Spiritual helpers are here to help us. They are asking us to turn our emotional stresses,  fears and worries over to them.  When we engage in this powerful letting go process we feel better and we gain clarity. Invite your creative mind to come forward. This effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes you energy.
