724:  Sometimes things happen that make it difficult to stay on our chosen path. Everyday brings us new challenges and distractions (OOOoo look! Shiny!!) These distractions often come in the form of well meaning people who “just want to help”. (We all know a few of these right?) Just remember that it’s YOUR path and take the advice of other with a grain of salt. Be honest with yourself because you are the only one who knows what’s best for you. If the advice you are given doesn’t mesh or is an attempt to push in a direction you’d rather not go, remind yourself that the choice is yours to make. There are also times when we question ourselves particularly during times of change, self doubt or fear. If this happens today (or any day) take a moment to center and focus. Then ask yourself “Is this really what I want?” or “What is best for me right now?” Listen to the guidance that you receive and above all trust in yourself!

723: Today is a self care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.


    

  • Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away?

Taking the time to to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to assist today. 715:  Last month was about initiating change in our lives and we did that through clearing space and making room for new things. Today the Universe is sending us a gentle reminder that what we put in motion is beginning to manifest. Can’t see the results just yet? Hang on…. they’re coming! Persistence and patience are the keys to working with changes of all kinds. This is now a good time to review what you’ve done so far and make any necessary adjustments and tie up any  loose ends. Should you have had a setback remember that these are only temporary. Look for the lesson and the truth in the situation then use this information to make the adjustments and move forward. Don’t let the little things hold you back. You’ve totally got this!

Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”
