Accept the Challenge:  Cat’s Angel Message for April 14, 2019

414:  Our Spa Day from yesterday carries over into today. The Universe is asking us to release our worries and fears to make room inside for inner peace. Our spiritual helpers will be assisting us with exchanging the negative and stressful with peaceful and positive. It’s time to release what no longer serves your highest good or brings you joy. We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all things stay the same if we don’t try. This releasing is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things. While this process is never easy, remember that you are a work in progress and that your personal evolution is important.  The key here is to trust in yourself and the Universe. You know what you need so allow yourself the ultimate freedom by cutting the cords that are holding you down. Accept the challenge!




Continue working with Archangel Michael. He will protect you through the changes and the letting go process. Michael blesses us with the knowledge of our own worth and provides direction and the courage we need to move forward. The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be healing opportunity. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back. Along the way we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward. And, the Hindu goddess White Tara says, “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following; Lava Stone which is a powerful symbol of our own energy. It is a stone of rebirth and helps us to burn away unneeded layers so we can initiate new growth. Galena which helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past, and Satin Spar Selenite makes it a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.

413:  There are times when we could all use a boost of healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies.  Remember that you can’t help yourself or others if you have nothing left to give. Down time, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This will help  you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!




This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines and cords that have been attached to me others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief and the Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter is one of the greatest healers. The power of laughter  helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. And the Roman/Celtic goddess Sulis invites us to “Look to the elemental power of water for healing and comfort. Water has the power to cleanse away heavy and harmful energies from your body, your spirit and energy field as well.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Morganite (aka Pink Beryl) helps to bring awareness to emotional our needs or feelings that remain unfulfilled. It helps us to express them in a positive way so that we can begin the healing process. Rose Quartz, the stone of unconditional love,  soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. it provides a bubble bath for the spirit. And Mahogany Obsidian keeps us grounded and protects as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, and helps promote growth on all levels.

412:  Dreams can be a powerful tool for solving problems. If you remember your dreams make note of them or write them down ( or at least what you remember)  you can then look for answers in the symbolism. Ask yourself the following questions: * Who was there with me? *Where was I in this dream? *What was I /we doing? * What stood out? (feelings, colors, animals, places people etc) 

Examine the information and see how it pertains to what you are going through. The dreams that we remember vividly always correspond to people, and situations that are impacting our life and there are always lessons to learn and personal knowledge in them. You can ask the angels or archangels to assist you in your dreams. They are more than happy to help clear away negative or pessimistic thoughts and feelings. You have the power to help and heal yourself so use it to your best advantage!




Draw upon the energy and knowledge of Archangel Jeremiel who works with visions, life reviews/changes and dream interpretations. The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps us heal  through color, so pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant. 411:  Today is one of those days when you may feel a little overly sensitive to other people and outside energies. The angels are telling us to avoid unpleasant people and situations if you can manage it. Otherwise “bubble up” and surround yourself with protective energy and let the “nasties” bounce off. Another way to keep your sanity today would be to engage in something creative. Immersing yourself in a creative project is a sure way to promote peaceful feelings and it also creates a block against negative energy. Remember, the angels are just a thought away so if you need help just ask them! Your key words today are Ground- Center- Clear. 




 Archangel Michael who surrounds us with protection and helps us to clear our energy and space. He also helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles.  The Ascended Master Serapis Bey who helps us to embrace loving self care and provides spiritual insight and peace. by providing the necessary spiritual insight we need when dealing with negative people, feelings or situations. By surrounding yourself with loving energy you can find the peace you need to deal with off color moments. And the Egyptian goddess Hathor  reminds us of the importance of loving self care. 49:  Today the Universe is telling us that this is a good day to work on any incomplete projects or things that you’ve been putting off. By making time to tie up these loose ends we are clearing the way for new growth and increased abundance to take place. The same goes for things that you may tried and didn’t quite work out. If it’s something that has meaning to you it’s a good time to reexamine it and find what DID work and move on from there. Remember that this month is all about “Challenging Yourself” and embracing your power as a creator. Your spiritual support system is taking care of you. 48: Today we are receiving assistance from the “Angels of Abundance”. Things are working in your favor so stay focused on creating and opening the channels of positive flow that will bring new opportunities. Remember that in order to receive you must be open to it. Fear and worry will shut that door and cause you to miss out. Don’t get caught up in the whirlpool of worry or obsess about money. Acknowledge the need and turn your concerns over to the angels. They want you to know that you are being taken care of and that blessings are headed your way. 47: Yesterday we talked about our angelic support system and how it assists us. We are carrying that message over into today. The angels are reminding us that they can help us even more if we ask for specific help instead of asking in general terms. For example if you need extra money to pay your rent and you request “Angels please bring me money”, you might find $5.00 on the ground. However if you phrase your request “Angels, I need enough money to pay my rent and buy food, please help me now”, this open up all kinds of avenues for getting the help you need. Remember that help comes in many forms so allow yourself to be receptive on all levels and that you are worthy of receiving blessings in all forms. Our angels are with us all the time and since their mission is to help us never be afraid to ask for help!




Today we will be working with Archangels Raziel who helps us manifest the things we need, and Sandalphon to delivers our prayers and requests to the Divine as well as to the angels and ascended masters who can best help us. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over. And Roman goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance in it’s many forms as well as attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. Cast aside your worry and embrace the richness of your life because you have so much to grateful for.”

46:  Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small, take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that bring peace to ourselves and to our loved ones. Part of the challenge is our willingness to help ourselves. Our helpers can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting our stress levels down, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that no longer serve our highest good . Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us to hold compassion for ourselves and for others. This can help to reduce our stress levels. The Ascended Master Maitreya (the Laughing Buddha) helps us to keep our sense of humor during difficult times. He teaches us that being able to laugh reduces stress and creates positive flow. And  the Greek goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope and she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy.  She says, ” While there is beauty and clarity found in turbulence remember not to let these storms become a destructive flood. Look for the light and use it to ascend to a higher level of thought.”

45:  In previous messages we’ve talked about how change is necessary for our overall growth. Unwillingness to embrace change not only only keeps us from growing, it keeps us from moving forward and fulfilling our dreams and goals. Our energy becomes blocked and all the wonderful things that Universe is trying to send us doesn’t arrive.  How we view change lies in our perception of it. There are two choices, fear change or see change as a new adventure. Today is a reminder to embrace the changes that life is offering. The Universe is asking us to have faith in ourselves, our helpers and our human support system.  Ask for help, courage and strength and they will be there for you. The changes that you make will be a good thing and will benefit all areas of your life.  Be bold and embrace these changes head on!




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. The Ascended Master Maitreya who shows us that the path to change ins’t so scary when faced with laughter and joy.  And the Greek goddess Nike says, Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”
