34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or  our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. When allow ourselves the freedom to access our creative mind and energy we find that we are able to open the doors to change and adapt to the gifts it brings. 31:  Today the Ascended Masters are asking us to start this new cycle by raising our level of consciousness to one of love and peace. While this may sound like a throwback to the 1960’s hippie era, its energy is powerful and one that we should freely embrace. The world needs fewer instigators and more peacemakers. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. It’s important to note that the Ascended Masters are not saying that we shouldn’t stand up for ourselves or for what’s right. If a stand need to be made do so. You can still be firm in your stance while promoting peace.




Archangel Raguel helps us when we are faced with standing our ground. He can show us the path to resolving disputes and arguments in a peaceful manner. he also acts as a  motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care for is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. 225:  We all experience times in our lives when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things. These include things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. Sometimes we get so caught up in giving to others that when it becomes our turn to receive we kind of freak out and think or say something like ” Oh no, that’s  okay!” or “I don’t deserve that!” By turning away good things that are offered we can slip out of balance and find our energy depleted. But when we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude doors open up to an amazing flow of abundance and growth. 224:  Today’s message embodies our theme for the month. We are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that you are  worthy receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love abundance and more are available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. No need to be aggressive or project anger because you can be forceful and still be positive. There will always be those people who think they know what’s best for you.
