720: Navigating our path requires generous amounts of courage, confidence and a few pinches of faith. We must also have an open heart and an open mind to receive the messages  and guidance that we receive. The key is remembering that messengers and messages come in all forms. (nature, music, animals, children, physical objects etc.) We can see them, hear them and even feel them. Today the Universe is telling us that important information is on the way and that we need to stay open and in the present. Don’t allow fear to overrule your judgement because you are always safe and cared for. Keep to your path and absorb the information as you travel. You just never know what may produce a valuable AHA! moment.




Archangel Sandalphon is in charge of delivering and answering prayers. You can ask him to help you receive information clearly, so be prepared for answers to come via words that simply pop into your head or through music. Ascended Master Jesus assists us with clear divine communication and provides guidance, direction and finding our faith. The Greek Goddess Artemis teaches us to honor our intuitive abilities. She tells us that  “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is  Blue Topaz which helps us tune in to the Angels of truth and wisdom, it shows how we have been doing things and helps us see where wee have strayed from our truth.

719:  When we are confident in ourselves and our path things just naturally seem to flow together. Even if you’re not really sure where you’re going you can still be confident in your direction. By embracing our self confidence we find that we are able to rely more on our intuition and the messages/guidance we receive from the Universe. It also helps us to use this information to our best advantage. Today we are receiving a big hug from our spiritual helpers. Their message is simple, ” Your power gives you the momentum to move forward toward your goals with a light heart and open mind.”




Archangel Chamuel helps us with all aspects of our life path  as well as assisting us in building a strong relationship with the Divine. Ascended Master Saint Germain surrounds us with his “big brother” energy as he shows us how to clear the way and free our minds from worry so that we can work on more important things and the Egyptian Goddess Isis tells us  “Be grateful for the baby steps that move you along your path, for they are milestones on your inward journey. Always remember that you are a powerful creator in your own right and when you cloak yourself with dedication and determination you can move the heavens and the earth and create miracles.”

74: Our life path is full of choices. While we do our best to make the best ones possible. However there are times  when what we choose turns out not to be in our best interest, or dare I say it……. just plain dumb. It happens and we have all been there. At times like this we find ourselves backtracking to make things right and get back on course. The key is in learning the lessons of these  mis-adventures have  and moving on. This can be hard particularly if you have trouble admitting to making a mistake. These life lessons are important to our overall growth and our ability to be honest with ourselves will help us move forward with clear vision and purpose. Today the angels are letting us know that they have great confidence in us and our ability to make good choices but if we need  help they are just a request away.




 Archangel Chamuel helps us to find what is lost. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having  trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings. The Ascended Master Vywamus offers encouragement and inspires us to keep moving forward and the Egyptian Goddess Maat teaches us to honor self truth she says “Honor yourself by being truthful. Happy Monday,


What makes asking questions so difficult and why is it so hard to admit that we don’t know something? I believe it comes down to ego and the fact that no one wants to look “stupid”. Isn’t it better to ask a question than to pretend to know everything? After all  pretending to know the answers will always come back and bite you in the butt. Remember, if you ask  someone a question and they cop an attitude then chances are pretty good that they don’t know either. Be confident in admitting you don’t know something because it means that you are open to learning!

519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to embrace a positive self image. We’ve all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self care, it also helps to increase our self confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive self image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”




Our helpers for today include Archangel Chamuel who helps promote a good relationship with other and more importantly, with ourselves. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin  helps us with all forms of self care, and loving kindness that is directed within ourselves. She tells us “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.” and Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) who brings laughter and joy into our lives, it is through these things that we find ourselves centered in the moment and are able to enjoy the process of  our inner  growth.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Sodalite and Rose Quartz. Sodalite is a stone for the mind. It encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and  esteem. Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

420: Yesterday we talked about helping/healing ourselves and others, and today we delve a little deeper.  The biggest stumbling blocks are lack of confidence and faith in ourselves. These things can keep us from making the effort because we are afraid to fail. Today the Universe is reminding us that what we perceive as failure is actually progress. Each attempt or step (even baby steps) helps to keep us moving forward and teaches us something new. Our actions are inspiring to ourselves as well as others. Because we are showing that while we’re a work in progress we continue to persevere to make ourselves the best person we can be. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, look for the one thing that did (there is always at least one) and use that as building block and try again. by doing this we gain self confidence and courage. Step into your power and keep moving upward!




 Archangel Chamuel helps to build healthy relationships and Archangel Jophiel guides us through ugly situations and helps us find a new perspective on them. Archangel Michael provides direction and courage while boosting our self esteem. The Ascended Master  Vywamus gives us the encouragement we need to keep trying and helps to inspire us with new ways of doing things and Nike, the Greek goddess of victory and success help us to embrace the good things we have accomplished.

If they are critical and make you question yourself in a negative way they are most likely a relationship that needs boundaries. If they are relationships that are honest and allow you to be who you are without judgement take the opportunity to develop them and use them as a sounding board for your growth.

321: The Ascended Masters are sending us a gentle reminder today about faith. While it’s important to have faith in the Divine Source it’s just as important to have faith in yourself. This can also be seen as as an extension of yesterday’s theme of hope and new beginnings. By having faith in ourselves we are effectively acknowledging our readiness to embrace new beginnings and the hope we have for better things to come. We also gain valuable insight on a personal level and have a better understanding of our strengths and weaknesses. The key is to maintain a balance of faith between yourself and the Divine. Remember that you are a powerful creator and that the Universe is on your side!


The Ascended Masters like Jesus, Moses, El Morya can help with all areas of faith. The Archangels can help as well. Michael promotes courage and Raphael shows us how to heal areas of lives so that we can gain self confidence and faith and the Egyptian Goddess Isis teaches us that through our own divine magick we find joy and increased self esteem

226: Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes  get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self confidence  and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care for is difficult.  This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple  “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it.  Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”




Archangel Zadkiel helps us to bring our compassionate energy forward and to share it with others. He also helps with forgiveness issues as this can block our ability to show compassion. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin also helps us with compassion by teaching us how to allow yourselves to give and receive love equally and the Ascended Master Maitreya shows us how to bring our loving nature forward and about the healing power of laughter.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, the mind and the spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well.

224: Today’s message embodies our theme for the month. We are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are all worthy receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love abundance and more are available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!),  ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!




Archangel Michael is the go-to-angel. He helps us to calm down and get centered. He helps us to find our courage and our faith so that we can allow ourselves to move forward with confidence. The Irish Goddess Dana lovingly guides us through issues of self esteem and worthiness. Today she invites us to wear clothing or jewelry that makes you feel good. When we feel good about ourselves our levels of confidence increase and Ascended Master Maitreya helps to lift our mood through laughter.
