1015: Fall is a transformative season that embodies change. As we travel our life path our beliefs and overall perceptions go through periods of change and growth. The Universe is letting us know that we are entering one of these periods now. These coming changes will benefit both ourselves and our loved ones and will have a powerful impact on what we do in the future. Yesterday’s self care day was the first step in helping us to prepare for the personal transformations that will be occurring. Our ability to be open to divine guidance as well as our optimistic attitude will benefit us during this period of emotional and spiritual growth. Creative thinking also comes into play and will take us down new avenues that we are now ready to explore. The key is to be confident in yourself and your intuitive skills because you are the only one who truly knows what’s best for you. Take the opinions of others with a grain of salt, if their words have merit consider them, but ultimately the choices are yours. Embrace this time of personal growth and get ready to expand your horizons!

Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controling energy of others. She says: ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Azurite increases our ability to receive spiritual guidance and helps us to see through illusions so that we can see our path clearly. It helps to develop our intuitive skills as it expands the mind to promote clear thinking, understanding and new perspectives.

Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self-defeating thinking. It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. It helps to dissolve problems and insecurities that can arise when we are faced with new opportunities.

Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings. This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns.

1014: Every so often the angels encourage us to take some time for a little self care. So today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Start your day by performing a self check, ground, center and release any negative energy that is stuck to you. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this…. see our Angelic Helper below). Then do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Just spend a little quality time with yourself.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

The Celtic goddess Nematona teaches us that healing can be found through nature as she helps us replenish our energy. She says, ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Dioptase helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Golden (Imperial) Topaz helps to strengthen our confidence, faith and optimistic outlook as it reminds us of our own divine origins. It can also be used to re-energize the body and spirit which assists us in overcoming our self-imposed limitations.

1013: Today’s number corresponds to the Sacred Feminine, the Goddess and our intuition. This fits in neatly with this month’s theme. As we learn to open ourselves to receive divine guidance and messages it’s only fair to point out that sometimes we are given information that we don’t understand. Sometimes this is information that we need now, while other times it’s meant to be stored away for future reference. So why would this happen? Well… this is the Universe’s way of giving you a heads up and helping you to prepare for the next step. Today we are being visited by the Ascended Masters. They are ready to help you clarify the information that you have received and aren’t sure of. If you are experiencing confusion over a received message ask them to help clarify the meaning and make room for new information by turning over any worries or concerns that you have that pertain to current issues.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.”

The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be stilland let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which help us to focus.

Pyrite has a warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem solving skills and protects us against self sabotaging thoughts and actions. This stone is associated with Archangel Sandalphon.

1012: Over the past few days we have talked about being creative and creative thinking. The Universe embodies the ultimate essence of creativity. Just look around and you will see that the evidence is everywhere and has touched everything, people, places, and nature. Everywhere you look there is reason to be inspired. Today’ lesson in creativity involves peace and is a request to all of our “Peaceful Warriors” out there. The Angels are reminding us that while the world is a troubled place right now we CAN do our part by continuing to work on promoting peace closer to home and on a smaller scale. The old adage “It starts one person at a time” is true. The angels are asking us to promote peace today and challenging us to promote it creatively…..become someone’s inspiration today! You never know whose life you will touch when you allow your Peaceful Warrior to lead the way.

Today the Universe asking us to share our “wealth” with others. This can be done through leading by example and help others to see things differently and in a positive light. Your powers of creative thinking will help you today and maybe even create a few “Tiny Miracles”. Let your divine light shine and don’t be afraid to share it!

Through the acknowledgment of our innate gifts, we find the paths to manifestation opening up before us. These paths branch out in many different directions and when we open our connection to the Universe we find the guidance we need to navigate the twists and turns. When you receive sudden thoughts, ideas or inspirations, be sure to take the time to examine them in a positive light as they contain the information we need to make things happen. 105: Change sometimes happens when we aren’t paying attention and this can be a little scary. However, change is a good thing and when it happens it means we are ready for new growth. Over the last several months we have worked on initiating change in our lives and by doing our best and holding it change in a positive light things progress more smoothly. Be assertive, stay focused, and follow your inner guidance. Today the angels are asking us to stay in the present and acknowledge the changes we have initiated, want to make happen or that are happening now. Asking for assistance from the Divine and from the angels works to our benefit as does asking for the grace and courage to make these changes a reality. Remember to implement your creative thinking to find new ways and ideas that will help you to make things happen.

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”,

Chrysanthemum Stone can help to remove obstacles from our path. Since obstacles tend to pop up during periods of change, this stone promotes the harmony and the balance we need to help our forward progress

Galena helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past that can get in our way during the manifestation process.
