Happy Wednesday,

New beginnings or even just keeping yourself moving forward can be hard. Our thought for the day helps to simplify the process.

If we wait for the “perfect” time, it will never come. Make wherever you are right now the right time and take the first step.

If we wait for everything to be handed to us  we never get it. Start with what you have and the rest will come (and then some!)

If we try and force things to happen our forward progress can stop. Do what you can with what you have. The object it to START and get the ball rolling. You’ve totally got this!

The key to success lies in self acceptance. Comparing ourselves to others is a waste of time and energy. Everyone has things that they are good at (and things that they’re not) and the key lies in making the best use of your personal strengths. Don’t sell yourself short or be stingy, you are an amazing being with a multitude of amazing qualities!

So I admit to being a tree-hugger. Mother Earth is our home and as such must be cared for and taken care of. There is an important lesson in today quote. Animals only take what they need to survive, man takes until he destroys. The earth has been entrusted to the stewardship of man and we are failing. The point is that we have to take care of “our world” not just for us but for ALL her creatures. If we don’t mankind will have no home at all. The ideal world is a place where man and nature coexist without destroying each other. My “native-ness” may be showing here but living in harmony and walking in beauty would be a good start.

Friends come in all shapes and sizes. You can always tell a true friend from a false friend. True friends make you feel good and there is a shared spark between you. They are always there for you, just like you are for them. They sometimes know you better that you do yourself and they always have you back, no matter what. They will tell you when you screw up and offer to help you get back on track, and they are shiny and sparkly…… did I mention that?

This is an interesting quote and it has nothing to do with actual “religion”.  This is about compassion and empathy as opposed to hate and discontent. In any given situation we have a choice to either do something that we can proud of or something that we will regret later. We are personally responsible for our actions and reactions. if you pay attention to what goes on in the world you see a lot of people refusing to take responsibility for things they do or say. The other day I had someone say to me ” Well I’m just a bitch, so deal with it.”  Uh…………… no……….. this is on you, YOU deal with it. It’s out there, you can’t take it back and there is no excuse for it. I hope you think about it later and have the decency to feel bad about it. My point is  that if we all tried to do “good” in situations we would all have something to be proud of.

119: Today’s message involves our life mission ( Life Mission is the HOW we help others) and our angels are reminding us to expect success in all that we do.  The first step is to a successful Life mission is believing  in yourself even if you aren’t sure exactly what your Life Mission is. Life Missions are different for everyone and can be as simple as helping your family or more complex like  a specific cause that helps others or the environment for example. Whatever your Mission is they all share the same core concept of helping ourselves and others lead better and more peaceful lives. By helping ourselves and others we learn that we can achieve success one step at time. New doors will open for us by not allowing small setbacks to stop our momentum and by turning our fears and doubts over to the angels. Start with baby steps, acknowledge the tiny miracles and promote goodwill to those around you. These things will make everyday a victory!


The Ascended Master Saint  Francis can help you discover your Life Mission as well as teach you how to be  an instrument of peace. Archangel Chamuel can also help us find our Life Mission by showing us how to create the foundations of strong relationships. The Hindu god Vishnu, the preserver and sustainer of all life, helps us to incorporate the principles of order, righteousness and truth into our lives. When these important values are threatened he can help restore peace and order. Our Sacred Stone for today is Sodalite. This stone unifies intuition and logic as it brings information from our higher self to the physical level. It teaches us how to remain true to yourself and stand up for the things you believe in.
